About this apartment rental

Fishing, Family Fun, and Relaxation best describes our gated waterfront condo on Aransas Bay. You will enjoy the beautiful ocean vista and sunrise from the balcony which overlooks the pool and new 350 ft. lighted pier with benches and cleaning station. If you are a boat owner, we have a private boat launch. Winter Texans, we offer 50% off for a stay of 30 days and over. Please call us if you would like to take advantage of this offer.

Allegro North is built on 9.5 acres with green space for throwing footballs, grilling, playing games, or just sitting and watching the kids catch hermit crabs among the rocks near the shore.
Our condo has a master bedroom with a king bed, new comfy mattress and your choice of down feathered or down alternative pillows, two large flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet and drawer space for a long stay. The window coverings have attachments for blocking The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, a his and her sink and mirrors with complimentary bath soaps and shampoos.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a twin pull out trundle. It will sleep 2 adults or 3-4 children. The limit of adult guests per rental is four for the entire condo.

The guest bath is a tub/shower combination with one sink and complimentary shampoo and bath soaps.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, serving pieces, cooking utensils, trays, pans, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, crock pot, toaster, wine ware and opener, microwave, range, dishwasher, disposal, and fridge with water dispenser and ice maker.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer with complimentary laundry soap and softener.

The dining room has a beautiful handmade farm table that seats 6+. There is a large picture window in the dining area.

The den is open with a vaulted ceiling and fan. It has a large flat screen television along with a dvd player. The sofa is great for watching tv or napping. It has down filled cushions and pillows. There are also two bamboo accent chairs. The den has a large double sliding door to the balcony.
Additionally, we have a pack and play, highchair, umbrella stroller, and baby monitor (which works great at the pool if baby is taking a nap), along with games, toys, and puzzles for the older kids.
Charcoal or gas grilling is prohibited on the balcony; however, we have an electric grill which can be plugged in on the balcony.
For the pool or outdoors, we provide beach and lounge chairs, along with smaller bag chairs for kids.
Be sure and bring your fishing gear. Our pier is the longest pier on the bay. It has a cleaning station with running water. The best time to catch fish on the pier is after dark under the lights. If the fish are biting, you will get to enjoy the dolphin antics which is one of the highlights of our pier.

We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and had a fabulous time. We’ve been coming down to Key Allegro North for years but this was our first time staying in this unit. It was immaculate and perfect set up for a family. We had plenty of room for our kids to play, not to mention Ed and Brenda even had toys available for them to play with. The Jones’ have thought of basically everything you might need for your trip. I would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back!

What great accommodations and such a relaxing stay. Beautiful condo, loved the decor and it was well-stocked. Easy access to pools (yes, there are 2) and the fishing pier. Lots of grassy areas for kids to play and also a great area for kayaking with kids also. The beach chairs, towels, toys and games that were made available were especially appreciated. Special thanks to Brenda for being so responsive to our needs. I highly recommend for your next stay in Rockport! We will back!

We were looking for a place where we could be close to water/ pier so that my 15 yo son and his friend could fish their hearts out and they did. My mom and I could see them from our patio balcony and pool. It was a great time and the condo exceeded my expectations. We will be back!

We have stayed at many different Key Allegro condos over the years and this one was by far the nicest. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated with high end finishes throughout. Everything from the furniture to the art to the kitchen appliances and dishes down to the towels was first class. Highly recommend!

There’s really nothing negative at all to say. The condo was as advertised and I would say more clean than others we have stayed at. This is a great location that’s close to everything and has an amazing view. The fishing pier was awesome and seemed very private. The owners were very helpful and quickly responded to any question we had. They provided an easy check-in and check-out experience. There was also a list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops and shopping areas provided that proved very useful. The condo exceeded our expectations. The location was awesome (on the water and close to eating and shopping), It was beautifully decorated and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable (all of the furniture was beautiful and comfortable). I will definitely be staying there on our next trip. I highly recommend this property for a family or a couple.

Centralized location to all the things you would want to do in Rockport area. The property itself had space for the kids to go and play in their own space. A kitchen stocked with basic kitchen necessities to make a meal if you so desired. All and all a great place to stay with friends or family.

My husband and I along with our son and daughter-in-law had a wonderful time celebrating the 4th of July in Rockport, TX. This condo is absolutely beautiful and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The deck overlooks the swimming pool and a lighted fishing pier. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and all other dishes/utensils you need. I highly recommend this condo. The owner is easy to contact and provides excellent instructions. We plan to come again!

This is our third time visiting Rockport, but our first staying at this location. We really enjoyed our stay! There is A beautiful view off the patio, and we enjoyed watching a storm roll in one night. The rain only lasted an hour, but it was exciting to watch! The condo was so clean, and it was fully stocked with everything. I brought along my personal iron, but didn’t even need it bc there was an iron and ironing board there. I also appreciated that there was laundry detergent (again I brought my own), and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. I stopped at heb as soon as we got into town to get all the food we would need for our stay. The layout was great! The second bedroom was a bunk bed with a trundle pull out, and that was plenty of space for the kids. We had no complaints, and really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Staying in this condo was a great pleasure! The wonderful location provides beautiful Aransas Bay views. We were very comfortable with every need anticipated and met. The coastal decor looks like something out of a magazine. I especially liked the Rockport vibe in the hall art work. I have already highly recommended this condo to friends.

We use VRBO fairly often and this listing was pristine in cleanliness and organization. The sunsets were gorgeous from the patio. I love that I could sit on the patio and watch the kids (teens) in the pool. The owner was kind to provide basic toiletries and kitchen staples (thank you for that). The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Great communication with the owner, super easy to deal with. The fishing pier was great, we often fished late late into the night. We caught sand trout, cat fish (which I found weird in the ocean), redfish, the ocassional grumpy crab. We even added an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. Loved this rental and highly recommend.

We come to Rockport all the time and have stayed at several places. This is probably our favorite now, we really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. My boys loved the dock and fished until late at night. Since it was November it was pretty so quiet which we loved. I plan on booking this place again

This was an amazing condo. Very clean with an amazing view of the pool, pier and bay. Our family enjoyed fishing on the pier and sitting on the patio taking in the views. We had a great time. Communication with Brenda was awesome and we will definitely be back in the future! Loved our stay!!!
