Fabulous property. Beautifully appointed, yet VERY comfortable! Host provided thoughtful touches throughout, from 3 types of coffee makers, to extensive, dimmable lighting throughout, to fabulous outdoor area with pool, kitchen, furniture, and fire pit. Property has numerous large screen TVs, ample supply of dining, cooking, and bar ware, perfect for a wonderful stay!

It was a great place to stay. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and outside area was relaxing with plenty of seating. Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends and everyone one enjoyed themselves. If I’m ever going to the area again I will definitely be booking this house.

This property is exceptionally clean, well equipped, open and modern with an outstanding backyard. We had 9 adults staying and everyone had their own space/bathroom. Dual washer and dryers allowed us to complete our laundry quickly before cruising. The backyard is an oasis. We did workouts, lounged in the sun, enjoyed the pool, played cards, and made supper in the outdoor kitchen.

Our family had a fantastic week stay. Matthew was super helpful whenever we needed to contact him and he always made sure our stay was enjoyable. The heated pool was so much fun! Our grandkids spent lots of time in the pool. The short drive to the beach was fantastic! We would love to stay here again!

What a great house! Our family of ten, three generations, spent Christmas vacation at "Paradise Palms" and loved it! The house was well appointed, very spacious, exactly as listed, and well worth it all the way around! The pool and tiki hut outside are wonderful, six sleeping areas, and more than enough refrigerator space made for a wonderful family Christmas!!!

The photos are very accurate, it’s a spacious home equipped with everything you can imagine and then some. Check in process was simple, the location is centrally located and the home was perfect for our friend reunion.

We have a bachelorette party stay here. The house was so nice and close to everything. The backyard area was perfect for hanging out and grilling! Matthew was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!!!

Check in was easy once we got the password, the home was just as nice as the pictures. My group was 8 adults ranging from 48 to 68 years old. The house has everything we need and plenty of space for everyone. We had a problem with the grill in the back yard and called the owner and with in 20 min he was there and we got it taken care of and the BBQ was on and going. All we can say is Thannk You for the use of your nice house and we had a great time..

Stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette party with 8 other girls! Enough beds for everyone and enough bathroom space for everyone to get ready! The neon sign was a great new addition and the pool area is great for the warm days we were there! Not far from a lot of nightlife and easy access to shopping, etc. The house was beautiful and had everything we could’ve asked for!

This VRBO was the perfect place for our group. With plenty of mirrors and bathrooms to get ready, an open kitchen and living area with lots of room for all, and a gorgeous backyard space- it was great. I felt as though the space was throughly cleaned, however, I do need to mention that we found 2 live cockroaches on different occasions. Additionally, this was not necessarily the owner’s responsibility, but I felt as though his communication was not as good as the reviews say. I asked about the potential of an early check in or bag storage several times with either a response that didn’t answer the question or no response at all. He noted that he would provide an update a week prior to our arrival and never did then did not respond until less than an hour before the regular 4pm check in time. This was an additional request he by no means had to accommodate, but I would’ve appreciated a response even if it was as simple as “no”. Again, an amazing space overall, but wanted to share my honest experience!

I had a group of 9 stay at this house for my best friend's bachelorette party, and let me tell you, this house has everything we needed and more! From the amazing kitchen/living room open space inside (plus a fun neon sign), bedroom sizes, and so many bathrooms, this house is absolutely perfect for a large group - especially with the attached guest house. And don't get me started on the backyard.....it was unreal. The pool was awesome, there were a ton of chairs to lay out on, the grill area/tiki hut was UNREAL. We could not get enough of that backyard! Additionally, if you are planning a bachelorette party here, leave your tape, balloon fillers, and floats home - because there are plenty. Also, the property manager, Matthew, was so responsive and helpful. Any question or potential issue that we were having, he answered immediately and was always checking in to make sure we were all set. I would stay at this house over and over again!

I stayed here this past weekend with friends to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. The house was exactly as pictured, the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we could’ve needed, and there were plenty of towels in all the rooms for the pool and bathroom. Matthew the host was commutative and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. If you are looking for an awesome house in Fort Lauderdale look no further this is it!

The check in process was super easy and the house was so clean and stocked with everything we could have ever needed! There were a ton of pool floats and a tool to inflate them all. Everything about this property was perfect for our weekend. We decorated for a bachelorette party and the new neon sign matched perfectly with our decor. The backyard was great and we even decided to stay there instead of going to the beach our first day. Matthew was very easy to communicate with and checked in to see if everything was okay. Check out and check in was very simple. Everything was very clean and felt just like a hotel. Amazing weekend!

Matthew’s property was amazing and he did his best to accommodate all our needs. Great communication. The house had everything you could ever need. The space was amazing, and for a group of people it was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you could think of and we enjoyed the coffee bar each morning. The tiki bar was where we spent most of our time and the outdoor set up was amazing. We would stay here everytime we come to Ft. Lauderdale

They literally thought of everything! We were a group of ten (family, arriving from different places). We had plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor kitchen, lounging area and private pool exceeded our expectations. The location was great with lots of food and entertainment options (although we mostly chose to stay out in the amazing backyard). The indoor and outdoor areas were immaculate and had so many supplies that made our stay great (pump for numerous pool floats, bug spray, daily kitchen items, bathroom items, etc). The owner was attentive and accommodating, checking in with us to make sure we had all that we needed. Highly recommend!

We booked this place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with the family away from the Toronto weather in December and found it to have been a very good choice. The place is super clean, well maintained and equipped, has great beds and plenty of bathrooms. The separate apartment was perfect for my son with his small kids. Matt was very helpful and quick in his reponse. Would highly recommend.
