About this house rental
An ideal option for extended stays and working vacations. There are significant discounts for Week-long and Month-long bookings. Live comfortably while working on the road. With high-speed internet and separate office space, you can work undisturbed while the kids go out and play.
All bedrooms are upstairs along with the full bath. Come prepared to climb stairs. The Livingroom, Parlor, Dining room, Kitchen, and Den \ Office are downstairs along with the 1/2-bath and extra day-bed. A vintage style fully-sealed Gas Fireplace-stove is available for use in the living room along with a 100-year-old standing piano in the Parlor.
There are Modern appliances in the kitchen; a new Double Oven Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and microwave as well as Coffee maker(s), cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, and bakeware. A new washer and dryer are available for use, accessible in a small portion of the basement set aside for laundry.
The unfenced backyard is available for your use as well as some lawn furniture set out from spring through fall.

- This is a Non-Smoking, No-Pet vacation rental to accommodate those with sensitivities.
- Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
