We were in town for a wedding and needed a pet-friendly place to sleep for the weekend. This place had everything we needed. It was clean, beds were comfy, it was in a convenient location, and had a cool vibe! We loved all the music-themed decor. Parking was a little tricky coming home late at night, so bear that in mind. But we were able to figure it out and enjoyed our time!

I can tell owner is in process of updating this property. Outside looks great. I’m sure he will start on inside soon. That said, it is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The place is tastefully decorated. There are roomy closets too. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We'll come back when we are in town.

Really liked the easy access from the interstate and proximity to the Capitol Theater. Really liked the amount of space and cleanliness inside. Liked the residential neighborhood - safe. Was able to park within 1.5 blocks of the location after the show.

We stayed here for our wedding that took place in White Plains. It was 10 min drive away from the wedding venue so it was convenient. We wanted a bigger place to prepare for our wedding so we chose this two bed room condo rather than a hotel room.
It was located in a quiet residential area, nice neighborhood. We were happy to have the spacious accommodation that is clean but only cons are that the place is old so that the floor squeaks every time we walk everywhere. A bed in the master bed room squeaks so I didn’t sleep well. Also there is limited parking space (street parking) so if you come back at later time, you will have a hard time find a parking space close to the accommodation.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Certainly the BIGGEST TV I've ever seen!! The only downside was parking was on the street (although the nice tenants downstairs let us share the driveway) and the apartment was too HOT. There was no way to control the heat, but to open the windows. I would definitely stay here again, the proximity to the Capital Theatre was perfect!! Only a $10 Uber ride (which were always available).

Lovely space, very convenient!
This apartment is lovely, well-furnished, comfortable, and immaculately clean! It’s within easy walking distance of cafes, delis, and within a very short drive of the Metro-North train station, movies, etc. The living room has the biggest TV I’ve ever seen, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, and the wifi and streaming services worked perfectly! Very comfy beds with premium bedding, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The window A/Cs worked well and quietly. Street parking was occasionally crowded but we were always able to park within a block. Note this is a second floor walk-up with a fairly steep staircase, but it was manageable and there’s a good handrail. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. All in all, a very nice place! My hubby and I will definitely be booking this location again!

Overall it was a very comfortable stay & we would keep it in mind for staying again! 😊 The living room sofa/chair and the big bed were very comfortable, TV & turntable/records were cool, & the layout/decorations homey & tasteful. There was a good amount of space; we were a party of 2 but could see 4 people staying quite comfortably. Window ACs in every room were awesome! Rules were straightforward and easy to follow.
Recommendations for improvements:
Using unscented laundry detergent & dryer sheets. Scent was very noticeable; irritating to me and an annoyance to my partner, though he found it more manageable.
Also, switching bedsheets from a polyester blend to all natural fibers would increase luxury, are more breathable for sleeping comfort, and are easier to wash smells out of; synthetics easily hold onto bacteria smells even after washing, whereas cotton, linen, & rayon/bamboo/viscose don't. :)
Let people know the deadbolt doesn't line up when door is fully pulled; door has to be pushed in just a smidgen for the automated lock to actually work. Took a while to figure out what the issue was.
Lastly, dark curtains or shades of some sort in the bedrooms and for the windows facing the TV in the living room. All the natural light was wonderful during the day, but it was hard for us to sleep much past 7am, and light from the windows directly facing the TV impacted the image quality of anything we watched, which was a shame for such a truly impressive screen!
Thank you!
