1800 square feet under roof. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & Wi Fi. There is a large screen flat panel TV in the great room and each bedroom. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants.
If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

Will not stay there again, Checking was an hour and fifteen minutes late. The property was it was an unacceptable condition. The couches and chairs were so stained.We couldn't even sit on them. The walls had scraping of sheet rock missing the moldings at the bottom of the sliding glass doors were rotted.There were leak stains on the ceiling.The white sheer curtains were filthy at the top.You could visibly see the brown dirt. The outdoor furniture was rusted. The trash outside was piled up and ripped.Open trash was all over the ground.I'm assuming from rodents or raccoons eating it. I have stayed in other condos on that street that were beautifully decorated clean and.
And respectfully well kept. So for this condo I will never go there again. Extremely disappointed.

This is a beautiful location and the unit layout was very comfortable. The listing, however, said sleeps 8 adults but there are only beds for 7. Beach towels and chairs were also in short supply. The wifi didn’t work for several days and it was difficult to get a helpful response from the property manager. We had an enjoyable stay, but with a few small adjustments, it could have been wonderful!

The view was beautiful. Parking is tight but usable. The beach is steps away and has a private walkway. This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The place has lots of room for everyone. We hope to do so again in the future.

Decided last minute to head to the beach for two nights with two of my sisters. We had a wonderful time. The rental was perfectly set up and very nice. We were so close to the beach!!

We were impressed upon walking in how large the condo was. Lots of space to spread out. The decor was a bit worn and no curtains on the windows looking out to the beach was pretty but not very functional as it got really hot in the afternoons. There seemed to be a bug problem in the dishwasher and the appliances need to be updated badly. None of these issues were bad enough to keep me from coming back if we wanted to vacation in the area. The biggest issue was the parking situation, the spots are super tight AND the driveway is impossible to get through with a large vehicle. The uturn at the end of the condo is so tight that my family members would not come into the parking area. I saw a extended cab truck get virtually stuck, it took them 30 minutes to maneuver through the uturn. We did enjoy the condo itself, the location is perfect and we would return. Our host was responsive and accommodated a last minute short booking so that is a definite plus. Overall we had a good trip but to the owner, please update the appliances and get some curtains on the windows to block the afternoon sun. The AC can not keep up with the heat in the living room.

Our stay was pretty wonderful. When it says parking is tight, i did not expect how tight it is. Parking between the concrete pillars in a full size truck is quite the challenge. Our unit had 4 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. The unit was very spacious and every room has a balcony.

We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. It is very conveniently located. The beach was wonderful. The furniture is dated and the dishwasher didn't work, but the unit is very nice. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

If you're looking for family getaway place, right on the beach then this is right place to go to. Located on the beach , you're only few steps away from amazing beach and turquoise water. Spacious condo , well kept, maybe little outdated but whar cam you expect fro rental property.The most favorite part of the condo is ocean view balcony where you can read or sip your favorite cup of coffee, tea etc, while enjoying the sound of waves.

This was our second stay in this condo complex. The views are outstanding. While the 3rd floor view is less obstructed, the views from this condo are also amazing, and we enjoyed sunsets and watching storms roll in.
The furniture is pretty comfy. I read some complaints about the master bed, but it was fine for us.
The bathrooms are beautiful, we come home and hate our own bathrooms after them!
Good location, walking distance to restaurants, the souvenir shop, and the circle k for coffee. About equidistant to Stump Pass and Blind Pass, both great locations to go to the beach, and find shark teeth!
We had an issue with the tv not working, and I casually mentioned to Andrew that there was no toilet paper roll holder middle thingy, and he responded within an hour or two with suggestions for the tv (which ended up working), and then sent over someone with a solution for the toilet paper roll the next day. Over and beyond communication wise and addressing concerns.
We had an amazing vacation and I highly recommend this condo!

Our family and I had a nice stay. It was big enough to accommodate all of us and only steps from a private beach. There is only a small view of the ocean, but that was enough for us. We did have to go out and buy the basic essentials (except hand soap) and more toilet paper and paper towels, since only what was on the holder was provided, which I thought was odd. Also, the sliders to the balcony were very hard to operate and needed some work. Plus, the TV was not smart, and we could not watch any Netflix or anything but the standard channels. But besides that it was a very nice stay. If we would have payed more, then those issues perhaps would have been a problem, but for the price it was great.

The condo is large, on the second floor with elevator or stair case access, featuring 3 bed 2 bath, with various balconies, two having semi-obstructed ocean views. The apartment building is about 150ft from the sand but there is a bungalow in front that keeps you from having direct beach view. Parking as mentioned is difficult for large cars, think parking between columns but also no space to back up, just be careful. Only one parking spot per unit so keep that in mind.
The unit is nice, it has everything you need but a bit outdated, mainly the carpet. The kitchen is equipped for moderate use. Keep in mind you aren't provided toileteries such as body soap. Bring all you need for the bathroom, except towels which are provided both for bath and beach.
Also bring your beach gear, there is about four chairs available in a storage shed, but bring your lotions and umbrella.
Instacart is available in the area, highly recommend so you don't have to be taking your car in and out.
Overall nothing beats walking a few steps to the beach and witnessing amazing Florida West Coast sunsets, the price is good considering what you get so I do recommend. We had a good time and if given the opportunity would be back.
