About this apartment rental

Our beautiful oceanfront condo is in Surfwatch III, located in Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach." It has ocean or lake views from every room with a large oceanfront balcony.

The condo is on the top floor of a four-story building with amazing views. An elevator and carts are available, making unloading so much easier.

*KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and most cooking essentials.

*LIVING ROOM includes a full-size sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, a 65" smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

*MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed with an ocean view and access to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. There is a 43" smart flat-screen TV.
*SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV.
*2 FULL BATHROOMS, one for each bedroom. Beginning set of starter supplies for your arrival.

*LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer.
*LINENS - bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed sheets, kitchen dish towels, and dishcloths are provided.

Outdoor showers are available on the way off the beach.
Two parking passes are provided. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, motor homes, and golf carts are not permitted.
The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire rental.

**No smoking.

My husband and I cannot say enough about this condo and the Handy's. Chris was attentive to our questions and responded immediately. They provided a "Welcome PDF" informing us of all necessary details and also made us aware of upcoming events and things to do. The condo was IMMACULATE, decorated beautifully, perfectly stocked cabinets, and had plenty of space. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a top-notch beach spot. Our family created wonderful memories in this amazing condo! The views are incredible! The beach is not crowded unlike other areas nearby. The condo felt like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with everything you might need for the week! Chris (and his wife) are very helpful and very kind. We had the pleasure of meeting them on our stay! If you're looking for a perfect escape to the beach - this place won't disappoint! We hope to return next summer!

The condo was everything we were hoping for and save for a brush with Hurricane Nicole, it was a perfect week. While being on the top floor can be a bit of a haul if you choose the stairs, we loved not having anyone upstairs stomping around. The kitchen is sparse, so bring extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent. A handful of good restaurants nearby. Right on the water. You'd be hardpressed to find better.

This condo made our stay at Surfside Beach over the top. This top floor, beautifully decorated, clean, light and comfy space gave us spectacular views. It was a joy to sit on the spacious back deck with coffee in hand watching the sunrise. The sky lights and side windows allowed wonderful natural light into the space. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was thought of. Chris was readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be booking here our next stay at Surfside.

Over the years, we have stayed at dozens of oceanfront properties along the SC coast - this one may be our favorite! Comfortably yet beautifully furnished, this unit had everything we needed - with amazing end unit views! The hosts were so helpful and communication was great! From the brand new appliances, comfy beds, to the well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we could have possibly needed. And the layout of this unit felt spacious and "home-like". A perfect stay and we will certainly return again!
