House was perfect. Lots of space and rooms. 2 full size refrigerators for longer stays and the AC worked great. Yard could be maintained better. We beached our boat and jet skis in the cove and walked to the house. It’s a bit of a walk in the heat but we didn’t have younger kids so it was fine. Would suggest launching your boat if you have one before driving on the narrow dirt road to the house.

The size and location of this house can’t be beat! We had plenty of room to spread out, loved playing pool, watching the star at night and just enjoying the view. We did as other suggested and used a truck for easier beach access.
The kitchen could use a little more stocking up and a little more care for the yard would be nice but neither detracted from our enjoyment of the house.
It’s also worth checking out the Maverick for dinner, it was yummy!!
We will definitely be back for our yearly Roosevelt vacations!

You cannot beat this location for the community lake access point. After launching at the nearby Seven Bays Marina, we were able to beach our boats (primitive) at the community lake access, leave them overnight and walk to and from the house. Easy! Bunnies and deer visited regularly and the views from the home are amazing. The open-concept, four bedrooms and three baths provide spaces for large groups. The host communicated quickly through the VRBO messaging.

We will hopefully get to rent this place again! Loved it.

The house had great space for our family and grandchildren. We liked having easy access to the boat launch at 7 Bays and to the lake. There is limited parking for vehicles and the road into house is narrow and challenging for a boat and trailer. We look forward to renting this house in the future. Tanya was very good at responding quickly to all communication.

We absolutely loved this property. This was our annual get together with family and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing. Large and perfect for entertaining. The host was super helpful and easy to work with. Getting to the water was a little more work than just walking out the door, but was still super easy. It's a one minute drive to the trailhead, then a 3-5 minute walk (275 yards, 45 feet elevation change) on a flat, sandy trail. Not difficult at all. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Family vacation
This house was perfect for our large family. From grandparents to babies. 22 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Only had to move a few items and it was baby proof.
Huge Dining area was great for air mattress for extra sleeping space. There also a great bunk room this is listed as a three bedroom buts it’s 4 with bunk room.
Kitchen was very spacious and a great island space. Lots of storage space.
The chairs around the bar were a great conversation piece and fun for pictures but not functional for actual use at the bar as they are to short. Lol they also block the view from the kitchen. (They can be moved )
Pool table was great for some family bonding & competition.
Walk to beach is not to bad. Kids had a blast in the cove.We were able to leave boat and jet ski tied up in little cove below the house. We could see them from above.
BEAUTIFUL views and sunsets !!! Deer and bunnies visited daily 😍

Plenty of room, gorgeous views
Our large party had a wonderful time here. The views are spectacular and there was plenty of space. The chairs around the kitchen counter are enormous and fun, beautiful kitchen, awesome pool table. Instead of walking down to the beach, we all hopped in the back of the truck and drove down to the trailhead - about a 2 minute drive on slow back roads, and then about a 5 minute downhill walk on the trail to the beach. The trail is easy for kids and adults but my mom who is 77 took it slow and she made it fine. We kept our boat on the beach during our stay - very convenient. There is a bunk room that the kids all stayed in and loved - 3 twins and 2 queens - plus 3 other bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen). So fun for our family. We would stay here again for sure.
