Across the street from a great little beach for small children and a short walk to an awesome uncrowded beach for swimming, beach volleyball, fishing, beach games, or morning strolls along the water. Close drive to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping, parks, and playgrounds. Lisa was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The home was well-supplied and equipped for our family of 6. A gem!"

Sleep will come easy in the two quiet and very spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are similar in size and style, complete with high-end King size beds with medium-firm hybrid mattresses, hotel-style linens, locally inspired artwork, and calming color schemes to help you relax. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has lamps with charging stations and full-sized closets. Both bedrooms have wide entrances and no steps.

The two ensuite bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, plush towels, and bathroom basics for your convenience. The third bathroom is off the hallway and features a shower/tub combination. All spaces combine wood, glass, and chrome elements for a stylish place to prepare for the day.

This harbor view villa is within walking distance of many local bars and restaurants, but on the nights you want to stay in and cook at home, this kitchen has everything you need. The well-stocked kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and counter space. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and cookware, you will feel right at home. Also, essentials like olive oil and vinegar, plus a spice rack, so bring your groceries!

Subtle beach decor adds fun and flair to the lounge area and helps keep you in “vacation mode.” You’ll find a comfortable leather sofa sleeper, armchairs, a simple coffee table in the middle, and a flat-screen TV on the wall, and modern electric blinds. A sliding door leads from the living room to the sunny patio and allows plenty of sunlight to fill the room during the day.

A dining area has views of the harbor in this open-concept living area. The long rectangular solid wood dining table can seat 8.

The outside space makes this gorgeous home stand out from the rest. If you’re looking for a home with a view, this is it! Open up the door from the living room and step out onto the private patio that overlooks the harbor. Enjoy lunch under the shady umbrella and watch the boats glide in and out of the channel.

Fire up the BBQ for a family lunch or dinner outside, or eat leftovers from the restaurant down the street in the sun. When the sun goes down, sit around the fire pit and watch the city come alive with lights and music.

There is a secure dog run with a doggie door accessible from the rear bedroom. We have two kayaks and life vests for your use. Put them in their caddie wheels - Hobie beach is where you can launch them and enjoy your day on the water.

The house has central air conditioning, heating, games, romance novels, and children’s books. Beach towels in the closet, 999Mbps Ultra-fast Spectrum Wifi, and streaming Smart TVs in every room. It’s one of the only houses in the area with central air conditioning and heating for your added convenience.

☆☆DOGS WELCOME!☆☆
We know you love to travel with your dog! We don't CHARGE A PET FEE but ask that you clean up after your dog's waste and excess hair. If you can bring him groomed and on a flea program - you are magnificent!

☆☆NEIGHBORHOOD☆☆
The quaint town of Silverstrand beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of beautiful coastline. Our bungalows are all easy walks to the sand, with Harbor views.

The beach is relatively quiet on weekdays but gets a fun crowd on weekends at the north end of the beach. Plenty of good waves for surfers with various breaks fit for any skill level. If you want to leave the neighborhood, Cafe Zack is a short drive and great for dinner, and Cafe Nouveau is a must for brunch.

So many things to do! You can rent a fishing boat or go whale watching close by. You are within blocks of the Bay shops and restaurants. In addition, Buena Ventura Golf Club is just minutes up the road. Don't miss the massive farmers market on the weekend too! This will become your favorite getaway gem!

Silver Strand is the last hidden gem of a California beach. Nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara, it has that super-local feel. From the Boardwalk, you can watch sailboats and little electric boats traverse the harbor. Across the way, rent a jetski or paddleboat, or go deep-sea fishing. The whale-watching tour happens between December and May. It will become your favorite place to escape the daily grind of life. Several large grocery stores are within 2 miles.

Many restaurants and stores are close by on the north side of the beach. You have a driveway for your use, and we have parking across our little crescent street. Also, Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area.

This is the ground-floor duplex, and the outdoor patio is yours exclusively. In addition, you have your entrance, and the kayaks and dog run are for your use only. The floors have been sound-proofed, and these carpets have been added to minimize sounds.
