We were very pleased with the location, beauty, and cleanliness of the cabin like home. The home was well stocked and had a rustic yet modern decor. The visiting deer family made it feel like we weren’t even in town. Thanks!

We loved this spacious home with 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room to watch the CU Boulder football game with our son and his girlfriend; the kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed to make dinner together (seasonings and olive oil, pots, pans, etc.) The binder with all the information about the area was helpful too. We enjoyed a hike on Lumpy Mountain before the game, and a stroll around Estes Park before lunch. Beds are comfortable, gas fireplace was a nice feature in the evening.
Our host was nice enough to offer a late check-out because no one was coming in after us, so we had time to hang out a little longer on Sunday morning (and threw in some towels and sheets in the washer).
We would definitely return when staying in the area.
One suggestion (coming from an east coast guest adjusting to the dry air), would be to have a couple of humidifiers available for the bedrooms in the winter. It took us a night to adjust. Also, note in the book about the thermostat and how to adjust the temperature so it sticks. I thought I set it at 60 degrees for sleeping and it was on all night at 69. Too hot for us.
All in all, a wonderful stay. Loved it.

Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Did not realize that the home was a duplex but having two garages between homes made it seem totally private. Neighborhood is nice and really quiet. Never heard a sound. Host communication was great. Enjoyed our visit.

We absolutely, enjoyed our stay! The home is very clean, charming and equipped with "everything" imaginable! It's far enough away, to offer that quiet neighborhood feel, but conveniently located to downtown Estes, stores, the mountains, etc. Leah was also, very accommodating. We will definitely, be back!

Weekend getaway in Estes Park and RMNP. The house was clean and as expected. Easy check-in. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house and it was great for what we needed. House is About a 20-30 minute drive to RMNP which was perfect. We saw multiple elk between the short drive from downtown Estes to the property which was awesome. Thanks for the book of activities and food ideas!

This unit was the perfect location for us to go exploring in Rocky Mountain National Park and also a 5 minute drive from about anywhere in Estes Park. It was plenty roomy for my wife and I along with our daughter and her dog.

Wonderful host, great accommodation and even better location
Charity was incredibly easy to communicate with and overly accommodating to our requests. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was great for access to a number of our planned outings. We couldn't be happier. Definitely saving this for any future trips to Estes Park.

Perfect place to rest after a long day
Great spot with friendly and accommodating hosts! We spent our day in RMNP and it was nice to have such a short trip to the property afterwards. The kitchen was great and it was nice to drink coffee on the back porch in the morning.

Great stay
We had a nice stay. We knew it was a duplex so no surprise. The views were lovely. The frig was a little loud for the sofa bed sleeper but overall everything was nice enough. Maybe a top sheet for the sofa bed would be nice but otherwise we had all we needed. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay In Estes!
Great views, awesome kitchen, comfortable beds, clean home, quiet neighborhood. Our family couldn't have asked for more during our yearly trip to Estes. Charity's home was just the ticket for us to recharge after hiking at RMNP and Roosevelt National Forest. We love to cook and the kitchen had all of the tools, pots, pans and utensils we needed to put some tasty meals on our table. We enjoyed watching rainstorms from the front porch. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Charity!

As a family of 5 in Estes Park for hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, this place was great. It’s a short drive to downtown and about 15 minutes to the park entrance. The property was clean, nicely appointed kitchen, and Will was very helpful with the couple questions we had. The only recommendation we have for improvement would be a ceiling fan in the living room. There’s no A/C and visiting in July the house was 80 when we got home every afternoon . Opening the windows was ok but nothing to really move the air through. Overall our stay was great!

This house was very easy to find for us as first time visitors to Estes Park. It had everything that we needed and was very clean and inviting. It felt like a home away from home. Will was easy to work with and answered all questions about the house and the area. It was also very close to the downtown area and most importantly to us, it was easy to get to the entrance of both of the RMNP visitor centers. We highly recommend this property and had a wonderful time. Great job!

Estes Park vacation
Great location with nice yard to relax in.

Sparkling clean! Nicely decorated. 2 bedroom duplex, yard separate from other side. Has all amenities you would want. Most Estes Park rentals have no air conditioning and this does not either. It does have floor fans to help on high heat days. Kitchen has every appliance you will need and all work well! The location is on edge of neighborhood next to quiet businesses and it’s SUPER easy to get anywhere including National Park. Would not hesitate at all to rebook. Easy check in and check out.
