About this house rental
Ridge View, surrounded by wildlife, birds, butterflies, and a marine layer that graces the home once or twice a day during the season. Milkweed is cultivated throughout the neighborhood to raise monarch butterflies to release in Oak Ridge Estates. This area is on the monarch migration path, and butterfly species are plentiful. The stars are bright, and the air is fresh at Ridge View. Ridge View is conveniently located off Highway 41, in between Hwy 1 (Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, & Hearst Castle) and the 101 which is the route to Paso Robles wineries, Atascadero breweries and shopping. Ridge View is a beautifully appointed four-bedroom, 3 bath home with comfortable modern furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating. Take in the panorama view while BBQing on patio overlooking the Atascadero valley. From the meditation bench in the front of the house, you can enjoy a beverage and take in the stunning western ridges as the sun slips into the Pacific Ocean. The spa is waiting in a more secluded setting overlooking the grounds. Spend your day exploring the Central Coast and then come home to this gorgeous getaway. Getting to the place we were a little skeptical because it is located in the hills where it can get really hot/cold and the terrain to drive there was rough, but we were amazed when we reached the destination. The home was massive to say the least. The pictures online do not do the overall grandness of the house justice. Not only was the house kept up nicely, but had all the modern updates you could benefit from. Definitely enough room for our family of 10 visiting with extra storage spaces everywhere. The Master Bedroom is literally a house of it's own and wasn't like anything I had ever witness from a bedroom before in real life. Not to mention the amenities like the hot tub and fire pit. Whether you're throwing an intimate birthday celebration like we did, or just have a peaceful trip to recover in a luxurious home, this space is definitely worth the cost and travel. Only negative we could find was there's only one tv in the whole house situated in the living room, but that actually helped us connect more as a family. A must see and visit....and we would definitely come back again.

The house i located on top of a hill and you can see the valley and stars at night. Absolutely gorgeous! Also, it was centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. The house was superb in every way. There were four of us and we each had plenty of room. We love to cook and the kitchen had all of the essentials; however, a few more wine glasses would've been helpful. ;)

The property was absolutely beautiful, the house was immaculate, extremely well appointed and decorated beautifully! A gorgeous neighborhood and views of rolling hillsides. Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer! We Would love to come back to this wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was huge and well appointed and the views were wonderful as the property name would suggest. Only knock is it’s very windy at the top of the ridge so hard to sit outside for much of the time we were there. Not a fault of the property but something to consider.

Booked this house for the Morro Bay Iron man triathlon. The house was perfect inside . The rooms were large, master room was unbelievable, hot tub was great, and the lay out of the house was well thought out. Great view from the back of the house of the valley below.....Loved it....

We needed to find a place close to a family member who no longer travels and this was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Cooking our holiday meal was easy enough in the kitchen (we did bring some essentials from home). Watching the sunrise and sunset every night was lovely.

The house was well equipped, but that’s just the beginning! The house is very spacious with a welcoming atmosphere not to mention the view from all sides to the area below. It was a small journey the the home from the freeway but we’ll worth the trip! We would stay here again!

Location with 4 king/queen beds is hard to find. No one had to sleep in a bunk or twin. Canyon view is beautiful. Home is just as beautiful. Plan to visit again

Great house. The roads are a challenge, I will not lie, and the lack of views many times due to being so high up in the clouds was disappointing but definitely not your fault!
Beds, soaking tub, hot tub and fireplaces were a dream!

The house is beautiful and bigger then imagined.located on the top of the hill with magnificent views! The kitchen is fully equipped.
Everything was perfect except the fact we were with children but no games for them.

Beautiful home. Everything was clean and nice. Amazing master suite. We were 8 in all and the house easily accommodated all of us. A couple of caveats - the house is a little distance away from everything. Driving in the dark, fog and pouring rain especially on the first night was a little unnerving. So, after that scary drive the first time, we decided to get back in the evenings by 5 p.m. before it got dark. Also - we had an issue with the heating. The house got extremely hot at night. We reported it, and they supposedly fixed it right away - but it didn't help at all. The next night was again unbearably hot. Not sure what was going on with that. But neither of these detracted from a wonderful house, and our enjoyable time there.

We loved our stay at Ridge View. Everything about the house was absolutely wonderful. It has been our favorite house rental of anywhere we've traveled! We plan to bring family back and stay again in the future. The master bath and fireplaces made the already beautiful and well appointed house an extra special stay since it was cold and rainy. Plenty of seating, most comfortable bed ever, and all the amenities we could need. Thank you so much! We look forward to returning many times.

We had a wonderful time with my family and extended family. It was a hot weekend but the strong breeze make it possible to enjoy the wonderful outdoors of this beautiful home. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet this home offered. Hot tub was nice and clean too. We would like to stay again later.

Amazing location, great experience!
The entire experience was great from the interactions with the property manager to our stay at the home. The location is amazing. We wanted a place that would comfortably fit 8 of us for an entire week, was a very quiet retreat away from everything, and still a quick drive to many of the great wine country and central coast beach towns. This house did not disappoint. It’s well appointed, extremely clean, and allowed the 8 of us to be very comfortable under the one roof. The views from the backyard are incredible, and the jacuzzi, fire pit and grill provided for some wonderful relaxing evenings at the home. Many of our mornings were spent sitting in that backyard with our coffee where the loudest noises we heard where the buzzing of a bee in the distance and the low hum of several hummingbirds that were hanging around us. Jump in our cars and a quick drive later we were enjoying wine country and central coast beaches. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to rent from this property manager in the future.

Awesome view home
The property was just as in the pictures. Awesome views from the patio area of the valley below. Daughter's master suete had a separate area was nice sleeping spot for her girl. The other bedrooms were really nice too. Everyone was happy with them. I'd rate everything as top notch really. Kitchen,living room, family room, tv ,internet, laundry room, 3 car garage with openers and a extra fridge. everything really period. The jucuzzi is a nice one too. Easy parking and open space around the house was nice for everyone too. Liked the friendly help from vacation rental office personal a lot. They were friendly and helpful when checking in and out. Definitely would rent with Pasa Robles vacation rentals again. It's just my honest assessment . I have renting a rental house each summer for awhile.

Beautiful house and views
We spent a lovely 5 nights in this house. The amenities were exactly as described; we loved the spa and views from the patio. House was big, clean, and in great condition. There was no desk, so if you need to work a little, plan to use a table in the common area. The location worked well too, about 30 minutes to vineyards, SLO, Moro Bay, etc. There is a nice park and zoo for the kids only 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, well equipped with just about everything you could want. Being a chef, we spent most evenings hanging out in the kitchen & enjoying the views with plenty of room for all of us to hang out together after a full day of wine tasting. Super comfy beds & plenty of room for privacy. Loved enjoying the hot tub after dinner too.
