Surrounded by manicured tropical landscaping at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that’s aptly named Sandy Shores, sits this enormous, luxurious home in Seacrest Beach with a private pool. Boasting over 5,000 square feet of professionally designed living space, this home was custom-built for large family getaways, reunions, girl’s trips, a guy’s weekend, or any other combo of friends and family you can dream up— there’s room for absolutely everyone here. With eight bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms spread out over three sprawling levels, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to find a bit of privacy, too.
The main living and dining area is bright and open, bathed in a soothing, neutral color palette and sumptuous furnishings. Overhead, the high ceilings have a lovely wood plank tray detail and lots of recessed lighting options. Large windows and glass doors with transoms allow the natural sunlight in, while cream-colored sofas surround the fireplace and HDTV. Comfy armchairs and built-in window seats add more lounging space.
In the dining area, a large dining table has ample space for ten, while the nearby kitchen island bar has seating for four more. Over the dining table hangs a stunning, unique chandelier, and the kitchen island is finished in a beautiful shade of blue that reminds you the shore is very nearby. Premier appliances include a giant refrigerator, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a gas range. Gorgeous granite countertops with a matching backsplash provide plenty of workspace for preparing a stack of fresh blueberry pancakes before hitting the beach, blending some frozen margaritas at happy hour, or simply heating some yummy takeout from a nearby local favorite restaurant.
On the top floor, the primary bedroom suite features a classic king-size canopy bed and glass doors leading out to the sunny balcony with a porch swing. The primary ensuite bathroom also includes access to the balcony, as well as a free-standing tub, step-in shower, and marble-topped vanity. Four additional guest bedrooms include attached bathrooms and three more sleeping spaces are bunk rooms that each feature built-in twin-over-twin size bunks with sleeping space for four per room.

This house is incredible!! It's even better than the pics in real life. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the items you'd need. We had 13 in our group and everyone had plenty of space. The street is beautiful, you have your own private beach access, and it's walking distance to both alys and rosemary. 10/10 recommend this house!

This house tops all vacation homes we have ever rented. You know when you enter a rental home there are always a few things that pictures hide and you’re slightly disappointed in certain areas? Not this house!! From the moment we arrived all expectations were exceeded... SUPER clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is loaded with all your cooking/baking needs (even a Vitamix - I was thrilled!!!) all beds & pillows super comfortable, bathrooms come with soaps & shampoo/conditioner etc. I could go on & on about how the attention to detail is unmatched. I truly can’t say enough about how awesome this house is - I just never wanted to leave! :( Also, this review doesn’t just come from me, we had 8 adults in our group and we all agreed it’s exceptional. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations for superior communication and support in making this a “one for the books” vacation rental. Already looking forward to coming back - hopefully sooner than later!! :)

We stayed here for a week with 4 families that included 7 kids. The kids loved the bunk rooms of course and all the other rooms were very nice. We had a lot of small issues during our stay like pocket doors that wouldn't stay shut, the refrigerator temp flashing, the ice machine flashing buttons. etc. Management was generally responsive and friendly. The house overall was really nice and we enjoyed the pool, the porches and the outdoor swing, access to the bikes. The location was nice and the fact that it was gated and a short walk to the beach. However, we did not know there were a lot of stairs to get to and from the beach. It was very difficult with a handicap child. We loved the free setup of the beach chairs and the private beach, that was priceless. Unfortunately, the beach was mostly double red flags most of the week so we didn't get to enjoy the water much. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance but we didn't find much else to do in the area that was a short drive. It was hard to get information ahead of time. I repeatedly had to ask for information. For instance I asked about neighborhood information and beach rules but was never given an inclusive answer. Then during our stay a random person knocked on the door and told us we were not allowed to have a trailer in our driveway. Nowhere was that every stated. But she threaten to have it towed or us fined. We never heard anything for property management either. We then had to waste time and money finding somewhere to park it and pay for it. If this is indeed a rule, this should be stated somewhere upfront. Also, the beach setup is not marked with the address as stated in the paperwork. It is marked as Sea Star. The first day we could not find our setup.

This house was hands down, the best house we have ever rented for our family vacations. It fit 16 of us comfortably wherever we were...bedrooms, kitchen, family room, game room. They thought of every detail to make your stay perfect...2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 dishwashers, ice machines on every floor, family room/sitting rooms on every floor, fun games for the kids and adults. The house was impeccable when we arrived and any questions that we had were immediately answered/resolved by the property management company by phone. This house is on a street that is a gated community so it is quiet and the beach area is reserved only for guests on this street which was an unexpected but wonderful surprise. The beach right next to us for all the vacationers to Rosemary Beach had people packed in like sardines! Shops and restaurants were walkable and the house had 6 bikes which we used often. Each day, our beach umbrellas and chairs were set up waiting for us (the house comes with 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas, you can pay for more if you like). We would absolutely rent this house again. I'm not sure we could find a better house!

House layout is nice and spacious.. Good location.House was very DIRTY. Had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy, food was stuck all over the cabinets. Rings from glass and food particles on living room tables. Mold and mildew inside both washing machines and horrible odor. Patio furniture was awful it was so dirty. When we arrived the temp of the A/C on the third floor was 81 degrees! We were told the repair man had just left and that it would take a few hours to cool down. Air zoning is terrible in the whole house. Some rooms are freezing, others are hot. Pool heater does not work so don't pay extra to have it on. The owner of 30a is very unprofessional. The company took care of all the issues, but the owner was not nice about it and it was a bad 2 days the cannot be replaced. This house is overpriced for all the issues.

This was a great house in a great location. It had very easy access to the private beach and the pool at the house was a huge plus. The house was perfect for the three families, giving all of us plenty of individual space while also allowing for a great place to gather all together. Excellent property. Great for large families or multi family getaway. Have no complaints, only positives about the experience. Only thing to note is that there is no longer a beach/full ocean view as depicted in listing, a new beach house now sits on the lot in front of house. Loved the house and our time there. Would certainly book again.
