Short but very nice

I cannot say enough about our stay here! It’s the little things they do to make you feel at home; the cabin decorated for Christmas, gingerbread cookies, candy covered pretzels, a bottle of wine, etc. Can’t wait for our next getaway here

No surprises here. The high ratings were 100% accurate. Very well upkept space, lots of great amenities, and a beautiful solitary environment. Zero hassle from the owners means a nice relaxing vacation.

A charming cabin located on the back side of a ranch. There are yard games located in a fenced in backyard, but also areas not fenced in with a huge firepit. Really loved the large covered porch, checking out the pond and gun range. Inside the cabin is two bedrooms and 2 baths, our additional friend stayed on the pullout. Plenty of room for us and close to restaurants and downtown. But very quiet and private for the most part, we really enjoyed our stay.

4-wheelers were a blast, something for everyone . We took advantage of the gun range, fishing, s’mores by the fire, horseshoes. It is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees and scenery.

A short get-away to celebrate our anniversary, and this was the perfect place. Private, secluded, and romantic with a fire pit, gorgeous screened-in porch, and jacuzzi tub. We even took a canoe ride. It was the perfect way to celebrate. Thank you to the owners/hosts who we were so blessed to meet, when they delivered a bottle of wine to us and wished us a happy anniversary. It was wonderful!!!

This place is even better than described. The communication was great! The atmosphere was even better!! We celebrated my husband’s birthday just the 2 of us doing most of our favorite things in one peaceful spot off the grid; Fishing, shooting, archery, grilling, horseshoes and the hot tub with a bottle of wine supplied by our amazing host. We were even lucky enough to be greeted by the cows as we enjoyed hanging out on the porch. We can’t wait to come back and this time we’ll bring the kids!

Property was as listed. Very clean and peaceful. Even though it was very hot outside, the A/C kept up and the inside was very comfortable. In the evenings we immensely enjoyed the Sunset Swing on the back porch. Overall great place to unplug and relax. Very comfy master bed!

In lands so spacious, 'neath the azure sky,
Where cattle roam and verdant pastures lie,
There stands a property, rustic and grand,
Two bedrooms, two baths, on nature's hand.
The cabins quaint, with charm they do impress,
Their walls adorned with nature's sweet caress.
A haven set apart from city's noise,
Where peace and tranquility do rejoice.
The shooting range, a spot for thrill and sport,
A place to test the prowess one's heart sought.
But mind you well, the small miscommunication,
For pets, perhaps, were met with consternation.
Yet, 'twas resolved with good communication,
The owner's heart inclined to explanation.
And though the hounds could not roam free at large,
Their souls were soothed by nature's sweet discharge.
Throughout our stay, the owner proved most kind,
Ensured our stay was blissfully aligned.
With open ears and willing heart, he tended,
To make our sojourn one that's comprehended.
Thus, with delight, we left the land so grand,
A mix of joy and sorrow hand in hand.
For though we bid farewell to cows and glen,
The memories endure like ink on pen.
In sum, an enjoyable experience,
Embracing rustic charm with recompense.
Amidst the hills and meadows, we did thrive,
A cherished stay, our spirits did revive.

This place was perfect for our family!
Myself, my husband, my son (9 y.o.), and my mom (73 y.o.) all had a great time. The cabin is private and quiet, with a gated entry so it's always secure. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you could need and more, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch.
We spent every evening by the pond catching fish and in the canoe. The days were hot but the cabin stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. You are out in nature, and on a ranch, so expect to see lots of wildlife/critters and cattle that come through daily. None of which was a bother.
Its a good location with lots of things to do nearby.
The host, Jimmy, was excellent. Great/easy communication the entire time. He and his daughter gave us an atv tour of the property when we arrived, it was beautiful and interesting to learn the history of the place!
This is a place we will definitely book again!

What a beautiful location with amenities that matched our family's interests! We loved that the fire pit, archery, and gun range were all just steps away from the cabin for our private use. Inside the cabin had everything we needed. The bicycles in the listing might not be available as advertised and the wi-fi and DVD player were not exactly functioning, but that was not our priority on this trip. We will definitely be back!

Property owner "Jimmy" was always quick to respond to our communications. The property was clean when we arrived. We found the stay to be very relaxing and enjoyed it very much. Would be a great location to stay with some children. Plenty of activities on the property. Not fancy but very comfortable. Would be happy to stay again when in the area.

Spent spring break at the ranch. Owners are so nice and responsive. Our dog greatly enjoyed the huge fenced yard. I wish we had better luck fishing but we did catch a few. Thoroughly enjoyed the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cabin on a working ranch! The cabin itself was everything we needed - two bathrooms for our 4 person family, equipped kitchen, a huge screened porch and fenced in backyard for our dog. I fell asleep in the rocking chair under the sun - so relaxing! We were visited by the adorable cows and dogs and cats that live in the ranch daily. My kids loved it. We took full advantage of the gun range, ATV rentals, and barbeque and fire pit. So much available right there on the ranch. The hosts could not have been nicer and professional. We booked our rental at the last minute, and everything was tip top. We would love to go back when the weather is warmer and do water activities at the nearby lake!

My family and I really enjoyed this place. There were so many activities to do. I love how cozy and clean the cabin was. The beds were super clean and extremely comfortable.
A few of my families favorite activities were : the tree swing, bicycles, canoeing, hiking, the swing in the backyard, the range and the tic tac toe board they had. We will be going back very soon.

If you’re looking for a place that is pet friendly and has a gun range, this is your place.
Our dogs enjoyed the large yard. We enjoyed relaxing and some time at the gun range. The house had pretty much everything you’d need for a stay. We didn’t do any of the other activities at the house, but took a short-ish drive to Winstar for an afternoon and also visited OG Cellars (highly recommend!)

We were in town for a wedding and chose this place to stay. It was wonderful! Very responsive hosts and very private, peaceful!

Well kept ranch home. Very clean. Rustic vibes but decorated well and cozy. Large screened porch and biggest fire pit we'd ever seen. Kids road bikes on the trails in front and around the house as well as canoed in the pond. Heard coyotes at night, woke to cattle surrounding the home and even spotted a giant armadillo. There was a large jacuzzi tub in master. Rented an ATV to bring the kids around the ranch. Main family home is far enough away for privacy but they're close enough if you need anything. The property is managed with close attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was a nice contrast to the rest of our trip on the gulf.

We had a great time relaxing at the cabin. I wanted somewhere that we could relax and get away from all the electronics and craziness of everyday life- this place was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the corn hole, bow and arrows, canoe, fishing, bikes, swings and the ATVs. We enjoyed the fire pit and having s’mores. My boys liked the shooting range. It was awesome walking out the front door and seeing cows in the yard. The cats were also a big hit with the kids and my daughter even named them. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. We look forward to visiting again and have already recommended this place to several of our friends. If you need to get away and recharge then check out this place for sure !

Paradise and hospitality:
We love this place. Everything was just perfect And the folks that we rented it from our very hospitable and provided everything we could possibly need to have a great vacation. Let’s start with the cabin; Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of water pressure and hot water, Huge covered front porch with authentic cabin rockers and couch, small pond with a canoe across from the cabin (stocked with fish), Lots of open land around to explore, beautiful animals, A good sized backyard fenced in for the dogs to run, and more. Now for our hosts; Really great people, warm and welcoming, gave us a tour of the ranch, (There’s like 4 miles of trails around the range, simply beautiful); And although they’re really hospitable people, we didn’t see or hear from them our entire stay, Other than texting to make sure everything was good and we had what we needed.
We can’t wait to come visit again.
PS: they have ATVs to ride around the ranch available for rent too.
