Relax in a "true" downtown! the property is located 1 block from the historic square of Ellijay. Appreciate a 10 ft ceilings, open layout, gourmet kitchen and modern amenities inside an older home.
Imagine after a day of enjoying nearby outdoor activities or wineries, you can come back to a quiet home with a large porch and yard. In less than a 1 minute walk you can be in any of the incredible restaurants, shops, bars, spa, yoga studio, juice shop, and awesome coffee shops that Ellijay offers!

The house is nestled in a quiet street.
There are 3 bedrooms:
1) Main level primary bedroom : King bed, TV, primary bathroom and walk in closet attached.
2) Main level secondary bedroom : King bed, TV. Note: bathroom is in the hallway.
3) Attic loft bedroom: 2 Queen beds, TV and bathroom attached.
Please note that we limit the overnight capacity of the house to 6 guests, no exception.

- Large Gourmet Kitchen: with Designer 6 burner gas stove, luxury farm sink, and retro luxury Big Chill refrigerator box. The kitchen is fully equipped.
- Dining area: 6 persons table and chairs.

The house was spacious and decorated to make it feel like home. All the beds were comfortable. Beautiful kitchen with everything needed. Full size washer and dryer. Close to the town square, so you can walk to the shops and restaurants. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay. Ellie was a wonderful, responsive host. Will definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We have been coming to Elijay for 15 years and usually stay in cabins. We decided to try something different this time. We loved being able to walk to everything. The farmers market on Saturday was great. The fish dip at the Tavern was yummy! We will definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The location is ideal for walking to downtown Ellijay. We love the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market! The backyard makes bringing our pups so easy as it’s fenced and easily accessible. The inside of the house is spacious but also feels cozy and inviting. The kitchen and baths are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We love the beds- so comfortable!
The owner, Ellie is extremely responsive and easy to work with.
This is a 10/10 property for us and we will definitely stay again if we come back to Ellijay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Ellijay Chalet. What an adorable house and property tucked into the downtown area where everything is a very short walk to shopping and food. Very clean and Ellie was so easy to communicate with. We explored nearby areas like Amicoala Falls, Blue Ridge that were all convenient drives. Ingles is a very nice grocery store not even ten minutes away and so is the very nice new movie theatre. All in all this is the place to stay in Ellijay. Thank you!

We had a great time on our Girls Spring Get-Away. The bungalow is located in the town of Ellijay and within walking distance to quaint shops and delicious restaurants. The bungalow is very cute and well stocked with all the amenities you'll need for your time away. All of us particularly loved the decor and enjoyed an evening around the firepit. We also had a very relaxing visit to the Roo Mountain Winery which is within a 10-15 minute drive of downtown Ellijay. All in all, we were very happy with the bungalow and will definitely consider renting from Elle again.

This home is so cute! The design and comfy-feel is welcoming and relaxing at the same time. So much attention to detail! The location can’t be beat. Just park your car and walk everywhere.

Actually the 3rd time we have stayed here. Beautiful home. Easy short walk to town, restaurants, and shops. All my grandchildren are teenagers. Plenty of room for everybody in this house. Everything very clean in the home. Would definitely stay here again. Great house for families. Also big back yard.

We had a weekend stay here during a long weekend.
This home is beautiful with several amenities and so close to downtown.
We were a minute walk from Ellijay Coffeehouse that has wonderful coffee and great breakfast paninis. You are 5 minutes tops walking distance to the heart of down town and all restaurants. We ate at the Rooftop for dinner and Canterbury for lunch and both were wonderful choices.
Besides being close to downtown you are 20 minutes or less from beautiful hiking (we would recommend the Pinhoti/bear creek trail loop). There were several other trails we would have loved to hike if we had the time. Once finished hiking you can park back at home and then walk to a close by restaurant. If there is a wait no worries walk around downtown or go back to the house to sit and watch a movie… you close enough to get back quickly once the text you your table is ready (there was never a very long wait 30 minutes tops).
Overall a great experience with no complaints! We hope to be back to Ellijay soon and would not hesitate to stay here again!!

This is a beautiful bungalow, a few steps from all the shops and restaurants on a quiet street. Ellie was always quick to respond to our questions and gave us great advice on activities and restaurants.
The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and the back porch.
This will be our "go to" place the next time we are in the area!

I invited 4 girlfriends to stay in this house for a weekend as we were going to attend a 2 day seminar downtown Ellijay. This house was even cuter in person and we could easily walk everywhere in town. A true gem!

This is a lovely, spacious home, comfortably furnished and very clean. Our family, ranging in age from the teens to the 80’s, enjoyed the choice of being able to all be together for games in the dining room or yard or to get away for a tv show or a nap. The location is just a few minutes walk to the square for meals, shopping or frozen yogurt.I believe we will be returning.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The home was beautiful inside and out. Everything in this house was well thought out there isn't a thing that you could have wanted or needed that wasn't available to you. The backyard even though we didn't use it it was so inviting. Again everything provided that you would need to enjoy your outdoor space. I just can't say enough about this home and I hope to be able to go back more during apple season and so much is going on in Ellijay. Beautiful town and friendly people.
