Casa Grande, the main house on Rancho Danza del Sol, is an amazing two bedroom, two bath beautiful casa and is located by the tennis court and swimming pool of the Ranch. Casa Grande is this elegant big brick house with high ceilings and big glass doors that open out like barn doors. So the whole house can be opened and breezes flow through all day. The seating areas around the house are magical with views of the mango trees, tennis court, swimming pool and the driveway. It's really beautiful and in the morning there are hundreds of doves cooing and in the evening a couple of our owls talk to each other across the property.

Casa Grande has a king, four post bed upstairs and a king bed downstairs. Casa Grande is one of four casitas located on property Rancho Danza del Sol.

The ranch is like Narnia! It was built as a retreat over 25 years. It has a peaceful and serene energy that makes everyone feel like they are part of something special. It's so amazing for exploring fun and we have a friendly open policy for guests to be able to use the swimming pool, tennis court and walk through the trees just exploring. The casitas are all about 50 yards apart. The ranch and the casitas have never been about the money. The ranch is about people who want to experience something special. After all, it's a working mango ranch! Why rent just a house with a small yard when you can rent an amazing house and when you walk outside you’re blown away because you part of a 25 acre mango ranch. The rescue dogs are a hige part of the ranch and every house. They greet you. Hang out with you and tell you their stories. Amazing. In the early mornings, there are hundreds of doves calling you. It's incredible the life we have with 600 trees! Evenings can be spent with our fire pits with crackling wood. We provide endless firewood and Firepits are a huge part of us. Evenings spent around the fire in the Baja are magical for connecting with others. And the nights can be chilly here at 60 degrees low. The tennis court is grass and easy on the knees. The nicest court in the Baja. Again, The rescue dogs are sooooo wonderful and everyone loves them and no guests want to leave. the serene energy of the ranch heals all. Including humans. The beach is literally a couple hundred yards - just the perfect distance. Believe me, you don't want to live right on the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Ocean can talk. It’s a cooler strong ocean. And the breezes at sunset can be chilly. When you're living right on the beach in Baja it's very barren from salt and cold breezes in the late afternoon. It's a fun 200 yard walk to the beach down our driveway and then a small dirt road surrounded by flowers. Coming back to the warm ranch always feels good.

The Esquina Restaurant is only 400 yards away and they have some of the best food! Garden to table, mango smoothies, tortilla soup, and yummy raised oatmeal cookies. They also have a yoga center with punch card. Right there is also Pacifica fish tacos with the best fish tacos ever. And there’s also an authentic farmers fruit and vegetable shack. So, we are located perfectly close to the town. Also Pacific Fish Tacos with their insanely good tacos. And also right next to us is Logan Logan with the best grilled tuna burgers and poke bowls.

The ranch took 25 years to build and i built it as a retreat. You’ll be blown away as it’s the nicest property in the whole area. Welcome to Narnia Saludos dirk

Staying at the Mango Ranch in Todos Santos was an extraordinary experience. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves... a serene retreat surrounded by lush groves, a grass tennis court, and a swimming pool. We had fast WiFi too which was great for work. The location was fantastic. We loved the palm trees and the sounds of nature around the clock. It was magical. The kids loved the rescue dogs on the property. A heaven of tranquility.What an awesome experience.

Great property, really cool vibe there. Communication was great. It's Baja, so there are some critters in the house, mice, lizards, etc. Place could use some updates/repairs, but great if you want a hippie commune vibe at a good price.

Our family of four stayed in Casa Grande for two nights and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We absolutely loved "the ranch" and the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. We even got to eat fresh coconuts as we watched them harvested from the tree! Our kids fell in love with the very sweet rescue dogs and we enjoyed the communal fire pit and walking to a beautiful quiet beach. The ranch is a safe and beautiful retreat. We will definitely be back and for longer next time!

My husband and I, along with two friends, stayed at the Casa Grande house for four nights. It is the perfect space for two couples. Dirk was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and Desi is also close by and helped in any way she could. The rescue dogs are so sweet and made us feel like we were at home when they greeted us each day. Be sure to buy a few hot dogs at the Mercado--they love being spoiled with special treats.

Our only regret in staying at Rancho Danza Del Sol is not staying longer! Five nights was not long enough. It took three to realize the gem that this house and property are! Deysi, the ranch and house manager was lovely. And the owners Dirk and Christina could not have been friendlier. We felt very welcome. We just needed a few more days. We will know better next time!

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Grande. Dirk was really patient and helpful with the directions and got us there in the dark! The house was beautiful and all the views so peaceful & romantic. We especially enjoyed a set of tennis in that amazing court, and having a variety of sweet doggos to greet us and hang out. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at the Casa Grande on the Rancho Danza del Sol for 3 weeks and enjoyed every single minute of our time there. The host is wonderful and the on-site managers, Ruben and Deysi are there for you all the time. The ranch is so peaceful and full of good soul! From waking in the morning to the sounds of song birds and cooing doves, to the evenings sitting by the outdoor fire watching the brilliant stars listening to Great Horned Owls , nothing can surpass Danza del Sol! We will go back and want to stay forever, once again!

Our group of 4 stayed at Casa Grande for 4 nights, and would have loved to stay longer! The property is beautiful and there's plenty to entertain yourself with there - beautiful walk to the beach, basketball court, tennis, pool. The dogs are as sweet as can be, and are happy to be around guests. Thanks for the great stay, Dirk!

Characterful and Quirky BTW, we are: not new to travelling in Baja (20+years) not new to being vacation rental landlords ourselves not new to being flexible and accepting not new to the Spanish language (one of us is fluent) So, we stayed in Casa Grande for almost a week. Just fine if you don't mind no privacy in one of the "bedrooms" and people looking down on you in the outside shower. Just fine if you don't mind sitting outside on furniture that seconds as dog beds and that you observe dogs peeing on the filthy blankets / comforters that second as cushions ( yes I have photos!) Just fine if you don't mind the total misadvertising on the website Just fine if you don't mind sharing the one wine glass and using jam jars for the rest of you or the plastic drink cups Just fine if you don't mind using the same (old beach) towels in the bathrooms all week Just fine if you don't mind running out of drinking water two days before you leave.... Just fine if the upstairs toilet leaks onto the floor Just fine if nothing is really clean and the swimming pool is a risk better not taken. This place could be wonderful...it has the bones. The smaller casas seem better but the place is lost and needs the time attention and care of the owner. It is really obvious. The caretakers do the best they can but it's not a really restful place anymore....more a memory of what was. Dude, you need to come down here and see it for yourself.....

So first I will say that Dirk the property owner went ABOVE and BEYOND to adjust when Covid-19 hit last March 2020 right when our original stay was going to be. We rescheduled first for July of 2020 not even realizing at the time how much traveling in our world would change and FINALLY got our incredible vacation this last April. Dirk was understanding, flexible, and kind through it all! We love "off the beaten path" and non-commercial adventures. Many years ago we visited Todos Santos and always said we would return. It was all and more that we remembered and we will definitely be back! Casa Grande on the Ranch was just spectacular, we would get tickled when Dirk would refer to it as Narnia but it's definitely a fair description. The house was wonderful, the relaxing outdoor areas were so peaceful, the nighttime fire pit with the waves crashing in the distance were heaven, the doggies that live on the ranch made you feel right at home, and the local food close to the house was second to none! This house if off the beaten path but worth it! IF we could go back tomorrow my bags would be packed.

If you are looking for a serene stay environment that has an estate feel… This is for you! We stayed in the Casa rande which is a large beautifully made home with a surround porch and surround balcony. We slept in the upstairs bedroom which is huge and the view is among the treetops. Relax with some furry friends that make the stay homelike.

Wonderful escape

This was the perfect place to get away from the city and purely relax! We had a great time chillin’ with the dogs, sitting around the fires at night, and enjoying everything the grounds had to offer. I would love to come back with a big group and rent out the whole ranch. The hosts were great and did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. Muchos Gracias!! It was hard to go home.

We stayed in the Casa Grande. It is a beautiful house on a beautiful piece of property. The sunrises were exceptional, a short walk to the beach for stunning sunsets. The location is wonderful with restaurants and a convenience and veggie market in walking distance. We loved the dogs, fire pit and beautiful porches all around the house. We will be back!

This property is beautiful and welcoming. The owner, farm manager and dogs are all wonderful! We had a great time in the town and on the beach, but we especially loved relaxing at the farm! We enjoyed playing cards AND tennis, picking mangos, swimming and just chilling with the pups! This place is one of a kind! We will return!

Great place for groups- we loved the bonfires, tennis court and basketball court access. Fun diving from the rock ledges into the pool! Really sweet dogs, best for dog lovers. Reuben was very accommodating.

Very special place - loved it!

Very special place - loved it!

We have already travelled 60 countries - from Camping/backpacking to 5 Star hotels. We were the only ones at the estate. Rancho Danza del Sol is such a special place. Kids loved the pool and the dogs, the fresh mangos and coconuts every morning. We played Tennis surrounded by palm trees. Definitely a recommendation for people seeking a close to nature hidden gem and do not need luxury.

Our family stayed at Casa Grande for two nights and had a fabulous time. Great place for older kids because of the tennis court and basketball court. So many fun areas to explore on this property, sweet dogs, plus it's close to the beach. The casa was rustic and spacious with an amazing collection of artifacts. Love the upper balcony for chilling. Dirk was welcoming and his enthusiasm is contagious. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night and thousands of starts visible. We would have liked to stay longer.

Quite Impressive in Many Ways

This ranch is very private, yet close to town. The roads are dirt once you get off the paved roads, but there is not much traffic, so easy to navigate around some of the pot holes. The hidden jewel for us was that the walk to the beach was 10 minutes max. This is not a beach for swimming, rather it is a magnificent place to sit and view the incredible surf and sunsets.

Tucktaway in the beautiful rolling hills just north of the town of Todos Santos is this quaint little ranch that will meet your every need. Just a five minute walk away from the Pacific Ocean, if the time of year is right you'll be able to see everything from Little turtles hatching on the beach during the night hours to the possibility of whales or dolphins swimming by during the day. If you like to shop, Todos Santos can meet your every need as I would surmise the town hasn't seen any real crime since its conception and the local shop owners and street vendors are very gracious. If you want to relax outside the ranch Cerritos Bay is still one of the better secrets on the Baja and only 10 minutes south via the car. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort, this is not your place. Go to Cabo and stay away from Todos because you don't deserve it. But if you're looking for something original, with true style and character that will give you a vacation to remember for the rest of your life any of the properties on the ranch will suit your need depending on how many people are in your party. We had a great time, when we come back to the region we will be looking to stay again
