About this house rental
This house is a perfect vacation spot to spend with friends and family. You have the opportunity to rent a brand new home, built in 2021, located blocks away from the beach. In 5 minutes you can be down on Oceano Dunes State Beach. Here you’ll have the chance to enjoy the sun and surf. A short leisurely walk to the north and you’re in downtown Pismo and the Pismo Beach Pier. Oceano Dunes is a vehicle access point if you want to load up your car with your beach gear and drive onto the beach for the day. It is also the location of Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation area. ATV’s can be rented to ride the sand dunes. However you choose to spend your time, there is no shortage of things to do: surfing, sunbathing, boogie boarding, family gatherings or evening bonfires abound.

Our two story home is clean and spacious with an open style living room and kitchen. You will find quartz countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, kitchen table, and a plethora of kitchen accessories to meet all your cooking needs.
Enjoy ocean and city views from the upper roof deck. It’s the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee, read a book with a cool afternoon breeze, or watch the evening sky light up with brilliant colors during sunset. The roof deck is spacious with ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing, a gas fire pit and outdoor lighting.
The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe with wide streets.

Just wanted to remind you about the awesome new house we checked out. It's got a great layout and is in a super convenient location. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or ride a bike there in just 5 minutes. There's a Vons grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. I totally recommend the place!

Very clean and quiet area. Rooftop retreat is awesome! Great location for where ever you are going when visiting the central coast. Vons grocery store in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for Cal Poly Graduation weekend. Great set up and location, The house feels brand new, is warm and welcoming with a great family room/kitchen/dinning area where everyone can hang out. The rooftop area is really nice also.

We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group.

We needed a change of scenery and found this amazing place! We are a family of five and this house was super clean and comfy. The location is great! We visited nearby cities but also enjoyed just hanging at the house, playing games and reading books. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this house!

Loved everything about this place - everything felt new and clean like a hotel and the place had everything we needed - especially loved the rooftop and kitchen! Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants as well. Definitely would want to come back to this place for another trip!

This is an outstanding house for the Pismo/SLO/Edna area's. We rented it to attend a wedding in Edna. The house looks new, is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The living room upstairs with connected kitchen is welcoming and great place to hang out and play games. Master bedroom is large with comfortable bed (upstairs). The rest of the bedrooms are downstairs, all with comfortable beds. Very nice bath and showers both up and down stairs. The home is a stone's throw from Pismo and a very easy drive to Edna and SLO. If we had more time, we would have made use if the upstairs patio and view as well.
Owner was attentive, responsive and kind.

We had a great time in Grover Beach and at the house. It was perfect for us - myself and my husband, my mom, our two teen boys and 10 year old daughter. We all had our own space and it was fantastic. The roof deck was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the grill as well. We will stay there again when we are in the area next.

The house is in a central location; we were in the middle of everything, from the beach to the grocery store and freeway access.
The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it great for large groups. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for my son’s graduation and had a nice dinner afterwards with just the family and a few of my sons closest friends. So we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and later watched the sunset from the roof top deck. We would recommend this house.

The house is neat and the host has really thought of everything : The kitchen was super well-equipped, a comfortable living room with concise instructions on how to use the TV remote, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries, info about local attractions & restaursnts, a grill and an awesome rooftop deck! The owner was friendly and promptly answered our questions about recycling and where to charge my brother's electric car. The beach is about a 20 min walk and only a short drive from the house. Even my pickiest siblings were happy. I heartily recommend this property. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location, close to amenities, close to the Pismo Dunes entrance and the Monarch Butterfly sanctuary.
We had a wonderful time on the rooftop deck where we watched amazing sunsets every evening.

We wished we had more time to stay! The house is newer construction ad was very comfortable and clean. We loved the floor plan of master on upstairs off of main living area and lower level bedrooms and bathrooms. The roof deck and fire pit was a great place to hang out and chat after a busy day. Very quick drive to the beach and downtown.

We rented the house for a weekend family wedding. Each room was beautifully decorated and came with crisp clean linen and towels. Each room was spotlessly clean. This was my first time using a rental and the bar has been set very high for future rentals. We loved staying here.

This was the perfect house for a family gathering . The house was very nice, clean and modern, and the roof deck was much enjoyed. We had some difficulty finding the address as it was down a driveway but the location was convenient to where we wanted to go.

Randy’s place was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to enjoy the weekend! Everything was super clean and well stocked. My wife was a huge fan of the bed in the master. We were in town for a concert in Avila Beach, and this was the perfect location for us to enjoy the surrounding area and a quick drive to Avila.

Host was very responsive and responded within minutes for all questions and requests. Was the perfect size house for 5 family members. Roof access with seating and gas fire table, including a view of the ocean was a great way to end our days after spending the days at the beach. Location is 5-10 minute drive from numerous restaurants and beaches including Pismo Beach.

My family thoroughly enjoyed Randy's Grover Beach house. The house itself is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The roof top deck is a wonderful bonus with a great view! It is perfect for happy hour and for watching the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very accessible to all the surrounding beach towns. Overall, this was one of our best vacation rentals. Well done Randy!

The overall experience in renting this property was very easy. Attention to detail.
What a great place to stay! The house was sparkling clean. Beds, linens, towels, couch, and of course the Lovesac ... everything was super comfy and greatly appointed. A lot of thought and attention to detail went into this vacation rental — from the easy check-in process, the detailed house information, to the fully equipped kitchen.
Randy was terrific and helped make our stay superb. We were torn between all the things to see and just sitting back in the comfy house ... and that amazing roof top space.
