Welcome to beautiful Capitola Village! This newly remodeled two bedroom apartment in the heart of Capitola Village is ideally located next to restaurants, wine bars and boutique shopping. The breathtaking Capitola beach is a short two block walk away. A large private deck and two private parking spots make it an ideal location in Capitola Village. The property is located above a boutique salon.
In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.
Two private off street parking spots are included with your stay. The apartment is located on the second story and is accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking garage.

This condo unit was simply wonderful and we will definitely come back. This is the largest of the units with a front patio enclosure (with a gate) and sits atop a row along Capitola Road. The unit is bright, clean and completely updated/renovated. It is about a 3 minute walk to the main beach and 1 minute walk to the village shops. Sits right on top of one of the best cafes in Capitola (La Marea) which has the best coffee, bagels and pizzas around (they are closed Mon and Tues though). Communication was good with the property manager. Parking was good considering it was in the downtown Village. The space allows two vehicles (we had a SUV and a car) and you must park front to end within the car port for the listed unit. Street parking right in front of the unit is available (without fee) from 8 pm to 8 am. My only minor issue was the carpeting which had visible pet stains (white carpeting) -- not a big deal but just felt a bit uncomfortable walking about. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Capitola.

Only a short walk to the Capitola Beach and mercantile. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Gave 4 stars due to a few pet stains it looks like on the carpet, no wash clothes or additional pillow cases, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked in. Otherwise it was great, we’d book again! Also note there is a $1,000 hold in addition to the booking fees. I didn’t see that listed but maybe I missed it in the fine print.

We rented both units. So with the lovely patio space in between, it was glorious. I can't think of anything that would have made it better. The kitchens in both apartments are fully stocked. Everything was beautiful and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Restaurant across the street, Trestles, was great for dinner.
Spacious patio with full dining table. A highlight of the trip was sitting on the patio with wine and snacks in the evening while listening to live music from across the street.
Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well prepared. Having a reserved parking space in the area is very convenient.
Check in was smooth as parking and code access information were provided days ahead of time.
Will return next year.

I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in Capitola and this was by far, one of the best. The unit was immaculately clean with a fantastic layout. The beds were so comfortable and despite the unit being in a prime location, the bedrooms were quiet with zero street noise. The unit was stocked with everything one would need. We cannot wait to return!

The place is fantastic! The wood and glass see-through walls, the kitchen, the shower, the towels, the living room, the sleep-easy mattresses, the wonderful views from the windows, the closeness of being able to walk to Trestles restaurant across the street and throughout town whenever we wanted to explore.

My family and I visit Santa Cruz area at least once a year. We have family there. We all absolutely loved our stay in the Office. There’s one TV set in the living room. It was easy to hook up our fire stick and very easy to use the WIFI. The walk to Margaritavill was easy it takes about two minutes. I could put our names on the waitlist and walk back to get ready. We had a few issues but management was on top of it. All in all we had a really nice vacation. The room can easily hear the street noise. Everything calms down early except for Saturday night. That was the only night that was noisy. To be expected. The walk to the beach was a breeze. I’m not sure how many times I took a quick walk to the beach at all times. I felt safe the whole time so did the kids.

Our second time staying here. Just as great as the first. Everything feels clean and fresh. Enough space for us to be comfortable. The outside deck area is such an added bonus. Location is perfect. It’s just a short, shopping filled walk to the beach!
Lots of great food options. We like the Avenue Cafe for breakfast and Trestles for dinner! Zelda’s is always great too!

The apartment was perfect for a Capitola stay! Only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The parking spots was so perfect since parking is not easy in the village. Probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper with the noise of the nearby restaurants, live bands at Cork and Fork and just general car/foot traffic on Capitola Ave. We all sleep like logs so weren’t affected as much. We definitely are looking forward to staying again when we come back to Capitola!

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in early March. The condo was perfect for my needs. The 2 covered parking spots right beside the stairs up to the unit made it so easy for myself and my son and his girlfriend to meet there to spend some time together. The condo was beautifully furnished and kitchen stocked with what needed for breakfast and lunch when we ate in. Even though the weather not good during my stay , we found enough to do . I will definitely consider a stay here in future years when I visit California from my home in Ohio.

The place is new and clean and has everything you need to have a restful stay in Capitola. When we were not having fantastic meals at wonderful restaurants, or walking about town, we read our books while it rained outside. We slept as if it was our own bed in our own home. Wonderful trip!

This is a great location right in Capitola Village. The fact it includes a parking spot is awesome. I love the setup of this unit, too. The living room can be closed off with a door to minimize sound to the bedrooms.
Just be aware there can be a lot of street sounds in the living room at night (but really, that's because it's in a central location near bars and restaurants.)

Perfect Stay in Capitola
The stay was perfect and the apt was larger than expected. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax, people watch in the neighborhood and enjoy a family dinner. No need for a car, food and sand are all within walking distance. I will happily return again soon.

We loved staying at The Office in downtown Capitola. It was great to be located in the middle of the village. The parking that came with the property was extremely convenient and the property is a block away from all restaurants and activities happening in Capitola.

Mothers Day family get a way
Everything was very nice. Apt. was spacious, modern, and in the middle of town. Looks directly across the street at the Trestles Restaurant which had excellent food and is rated best new restaurant in Santa Cruz area. Wonderful 2nd floor patio adjacent to apt. Was nice given it was sunny most of the time. Having two parking spaces in Capitola really helps. Only minor gripe was light colored carpet needed cleaning.
