It was a quiet place, and we enjoyed being here. Had every basic thing we needed pretty much, and we enjoyed the park down the street. Neighbors were all friendly. Not too far from the things we needed to do in Salt Lake City.

The house in question is a duplex with a very polite neighbor. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained, semi-closed off. The instructions provided by the hosts were perfect and really helped us get settled in where we needed to be!
The house itself is one of, if not the best, place we've ever rented and stayed at. It was neat and tidy, not too busy, and very comfortable. There were very thoughtful additions and amenities that made our stay a truly enjoyable one. If we found ourselves in SLC again, we would absolutely stay again!
Future guests should note that the water pressure in the shower is pretty low, so keep that in mind, and we found the tap water to be very soft. It was fine, but we preferred bottled water brought from home for drinking. Other than that, I don't have a single complaint!

We came back to Utah to visit family and friends. The house was in a perfect location and very comfortable.

We were here for 5 days of skiing. Traveled from CA w our 2 dogs and this house made it perfect for us. This property had a complete fenced yard and host even provided dog bed, bowls and treats. Close to grocery store, park right down the street and easy freeway access to ski resorts and Salt Lake City. House was very comfortable w all amenities. Long driveway for parking off street. Gave this a 4-star only becuz of location. Nowhere interesting to really walk and check out area. Busy streets and lots of traffic although neighborhood was very quite.

We needed a holiday gathering place in SLC for myself and adult children. We chose this place because it was pet friendly, and what are holidays without the 4-legged members of the family? They and we felt at home. The house was clean and organized and reminded us of our very first family home years and years ago!

Nice location, quiet street, Appreciated the use of the garage to put our sport quad and bicycles. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen that had more than four place settings and plenty of cookware. Also overjoyed to see and kettle and french press so we could have good coffee!

Home looks small on the outside, but feels roomy inside. It is very clean. I appreciated the use of the air mattress and sleeper chair as we were traveling with kids, and the Host provided bedding for those as well upon request. Check in and out was simple. Neighborhood was quiet. Good communication with host. Great stay!

We stayed 2 nights and the property was a duplex. The neighbor was generous and very helpful. The cooling unit was something new to us but it worked fine. Loved the furniture and amenities.

We stayed while we were in town for a boys basketball tournament. Listing is slightly confusing about how many bedrooms, there are only two. Central location for activities focused on the south side of SLC. Host was super responsive.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our time at the house. It was perfect for us. Graham responded quickly to any questions we might have, and Karen was so helpful. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories +

The house was very clean. It's an older house but I found that very appealing. If I need to stay in Salt Lake again I would be very happy to stay here again.

Quiet, cozy 2-bedroom house with comfortable beds, functional kitchen with utensils, flatware, washer/dryer, etc. No need for anything else. A special "nothing special" stay which we enjoyed very much.

We came during a crazy storm and Graham went above and beyond to ensure we were able to keep the trip. The house is in a great location for the near by ski resorts. Close to local eateries! House was clean and cozy! It really felt like home! We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay for our short weekend getaway as a family. The park was so convenient and perfect to let the kids run out some energy after a long drive! We had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!

Very nice safe neighborhood. Somewhat secluded so we felt like theft wasnโt a big concern. But thereโs a garage to park in, if you are worried. With that being said it was still conveniently located and easy to get to! Very cute and clean! Weโll stay again during our next rendezvous with family in SLC!

This duplex is in a convenient location close to a lovely park, shopping and the freeway. And, it is pleasantly quiet. The duplex itself is comfortable and could sleep 2 couples and maybe one other person. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were perfect. Even our dogs liked the doggie bed ๐๐ป๐

Perfect SLC Getaway
Loved staying here in Taylorsville. The place is great for getting to the cottonwood canyons (only ~30 mins), golfing (2 public courses within 10 mins), or just getting around the city. Graham and Odessa were also excellent hosts. 10/10 would stay again.

Great communication and fantastic stay
Graham was very responsive with us and checked in periodically throughout our stay. He was even so kind as to allow us a tour of the property before our stay. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and had just enough parking for us. The street is quiet and private and next to a park. The best part was that they very obviously tried to make it as seamless as possible by providing everything from plates to detergent to shampoo. It was awesome and the location is right next to a shopping center that has everything someone needs in a quick trip. I highly recommend staying here if you're in town and want something quiet. Really great hosts and property!

Amazing place in a perfect location
This place is fantastic! The location is close to the ski slopes and the house has everything you could need/ want. The backyard and close proximity to the park was absolutely perfect for our pups, and they even had a dog bed and a welcome treat! Communication was immediate with Graham and check in and check out was a breeze. We loved this place and can't wait to stay again!
