About this apartment rental

Featuring soft neutral colors, beachy-chic furnishings, and plush bedding. This bright and airy suite offers a calm, restful atmosphere. Step outside this newly updated guest suite to dine alfresco on a patio with string lighting and lush landscaping. Enjoy coffee or tea in the morning before grabbing some boogie boards and chairs from our stocked beach closet and head to the beach. Just a short two minute walk to the nearest access. Enjoy the nearby amenities without paying for parking. Dog friendly (see information below).

Our one bedroom, one bathroom private studio suite is located on the first floor of our home. You have a private entrance and there are no shared spaces. The unit makes up the entire first floor of our home. We do not reside at this home and the upstairs will not be occupied when you rent the studio suite. We offer a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot with starter supplies. In addition, you will find basic kitchen items such as dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses and opener for your convenience. As this is a studio suite, it does not offer a full kitchen or main living space. This is a bedroom/bathroom only suite. We recently updated this former rental with new bedding and linens. We have brought beach flair to the wall decor with soothing colors and ocean scenes. We offer a 42 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities from your favorite streaming apps.

We have a stocked beach closet located within the private entry to our suite. You may feel free to use any of the items you find in the closet.

We also have a full patio with grill ( purchased new in March, 2022) and outdoor furniture that will be accessible during your stay. An outdoor shower is located near the private entry to our guest suite.

Quiet street located two short blocks from the beach. Easy walk to the Oceanfront Grill and Tiki Bar. In addition, there are many other amenities located within walking distance including restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and ice cream parlors. We hope you will enjoy the convenience of having these amenities within walking distance. We are also conveniently located to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk (1 mile) where you can enjoy listening to live music, shopping, rides and entertainment, fireworks and many more restaurants. The famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just one mile south of our home. Here you will find restaurants, diners, coffee shops, and bars. In addition, enjoy the Kure Beach boardwalk with artisans markets, a playground and other family friendly activities. Fort Fisher Area, the North Carolina Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport are also just a quick 3 mile drive down the road. Checkout the sites with easy access to historic downtown Wilmington as well with a 20 minute drive.

Our family had such a great time at Carolina Beach. The suite was a very quick walk to the ocean (which was awesome as we were travelling with a three year old). The suite was clean and beachy and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and very close to the boardwalk without being loud and chaotic. I would 100% recommend it to a friend. Erin was fantastic with communication and answered all questions. The only note I would make - a few hooks to hang wet items and a shower curtain on the outdoor shower would be awesome and provide a little more privacy in the residential area. Thanks again Erin + Joe - we loved CB and hope to return again soon. :)

We loved our stay. That’s the main thing. Everything was great. Location was perfect and everything was easy and comfortable. Just two tips: the first aid kit needs to be restocked. My partner knicked themselves shaving and there were no bandaids. Also, it’d be a huge plus if there was already soap in the property for showering! Was just a little inconvenient to have to go to the store for soap. Loved our stay!

The property was great! The fenced in back yard area was so nice. We could grill and listen to music and we even had supplied mood lighting and outside furniture supplied! The room was clean and close to the beach! The air conditioning wad the best ive ever had! The owners were nice and answered my text quickly! Having a fully supplied vacation space was great, they even supplied beach supplies! Wagon, umbrella, gass grill, beach towels and boogey boards! The neighborhood was nice with excellent neighbors! We would love to go stay again!

The room was perfect for my husband, dog and myself. It was a beautiful space that actually looked like the photos. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the nearby food spots, plus having dinner on the back patio. We also appreciated the provided beach supplies, towels, and coffee. We had a minor issue the first day but the owners responded so quickly and with such kindness to get it resolved right away. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and could tell they truly care about their guests.

We booked a stay for our honeymoon it was very nice. We did have to go out and get some hand soap as we were unable to locate it. It is very close to the beach so we were able to go several times and walk to the boardwalk. The outside patio was nice and we were able to enjoy breakfast on the outdoor table, the couch furniture was a little dirty so we did not use that. The bed was also a little hard on my own and my husband’s back. There was a list of local places to go which was helpful and a mini fridge/microwave. Overall we had a pleasant experience!

This was the perfect 2-day getaway location, close to beach, shopping & restaurants. The location was clean and had all the amenities including beach items to use. My only suggestion would be to ensure the back patio is cleaned for use, it would have been nice to sit outside ;)

I booked this property for my mother to stay at. She is elderly and this apartment was perfect for her. No stairs, quiet safe neighborhood, short walk to the beach and very clean and comfortable. She loved the private patio!

The property is as described, a private entrance to a foyer which has a closet stocked with "beach stuff", the bedroom with a roomy closet with beach towels, plenty of indoor towels and linens then the bathroom. Lots of light through the window that overlooks the patio. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It's very convenient and comfortable space.

I'm so happy I found this guest suite! I travel with my two dogs and usually have to rent an entire house in order to get some outdoor space for the pups. This guest suite has the most perfect, fully fenced in patio. You can hear the ocean while sitting outside. My dogs loved watching squirrels run across the fence and up into the tree. Inside is clean, bright, and cozy. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The entryway is spacious and there is a large walk in closet. If you're traveling with dogs, there is enough room for a large dog bed on both sides of the human bed and if traveling with dog crates, there is enough space to set up a large dog crate in the entryway and another one in the walk in closet. There's plenty of furniture with drawers to stow items you don't want your dogs getting into. The property is just steps to a public beach access and conveniently located to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. This property is the perfect beach getaway and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful 1st time vacation to Carolina Beach. Property was excellent for us and out Collie and Golden Retriever, which was out Golden's 2nd Birthday at arrival and 1st trip to the beach. Suite was enough room for us since we eat out most of the time, but we did grill some fish the 1st night there. Erin and Joe provided excellent communications with us if needed and made great recommendations for eating and things to do. Property was very clean and cutely decorated. Patio was wonderful to sit and let the dogs roam around (June Bug our Collie was into the flowers in the back corner, maybe after the lizards?). We already are looking forward to staying again next year, and can't wait. Thanks for a wonderful stay for our vacation! Darin and Paula

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the beach supply closet which included not just boogie boards but a beach umbrella, wagon, and sand toys. Secondly, there is a vestibule which allows for 2 locked doors between you and the outside which is great for those worried about safety and privacy. The room itself felt secluded which was perfect. Thirdly, the sheets are safe for those with sensory issues. We will absolutely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at the property and couldn’t recommend it more! It was the perfect space for my fiancé and I and our golden doodle to enjoy one last beach trip before we welcome our baby! The back patio was a great space to hang out with our pup if we weren’t on the beach, which is only a short 2 block walk away. We liked being within a very short walking distance of the beach. It’s a central location to Wilmington and Bald Head Island. The room was extremely nice, we enjoy a less expensive condo so we can have more money to spend on dining and site seeing. We’ll be back soon!
