This Spacious one-story home is as dreamy as its own vineyard name, Flora Vina. Located in the Russian River Appellation, this vacation home has approachable luxury wine country living in mind. You’ll be tempted to linger longer in the spacious great room and open concept floorplan. This light, airy, vineyard views dwelling is complete with a private backyard inclusive of an outdoor kitchen, herb garden, bocce ball court, lounge seating, dining table, firepit and hot tub for you to enjoy.
The private home is set on over 2 acres surrounded by vineyards outside the city limits. We are approximately 3 miles to downtown Healdsburg. A car or rideshare transportation will be required.
Nearby J Vineyards & Winery, Rodney Strong Vineyards, Windsor Town Green, Russian River Brewery and River Front Regional Park located on the beautiful Russian River. Just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg, it’s a quick drive or bike ride to the Plaza wineries, restaurants, spas, and shopping.
This single story 2,136 Sq ft. home (3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms) is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and small families to come and experience the amazing Sonoma County Wine Country.

This home's exterior is monitored and protected by Ring Door bells and Ring Security Camera/Lights. Front door has Ring Door bell. The House has a Ring Security Camera/Lights at each end of the house to monitor the driveway and fenced entrances to the house. There is no camera inside house.

Everything was ideal… the house the location and our host! The house was very clean and handy tips were available, by the guide book and directly from the host. Jennifer was always responsive to questions before and during our stay.
The patio is an added treat and we spent much time there as well. The location was quiet and peaceful yet close to many vineyards and towns.i highly recommend this lovely property for any group.

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to wineries, restaurants and scenic hiking. This home is well appointed and is perfect for gathering a group of friends or family.
The hot tub, fire pit and bocci court were great places to relax and connect with friends.
We highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine country escape.
Owners Jenn & Rob had great recommendations and were available if we had any questions about the home.

Went here with a group of friends for a weekend of wine tasting. The house and grounds were beautiful. The location couldn’t be better for a weekend of wine tasting around Healdsburg. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Anytime we plan on coming back to the area we will be booking again. Wonderful experience.

This home is perfectly situated. It’s about a five-minute drive from either downtown Healdsburg or Windsor, close to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Yet, it is in a rural, private, serene setting. The home is immaculate with a wonderful open floor plan. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The backyard is huge and offers a great place to enjoy the barbecue, hot tub, fire pit and bocce ball — or just a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. As soon as I left, I wanted to return.

The hosts are wonderful. This is my second time staying at the property in 2023. First with my family (adult children and their partners) and next for a girls birthday trip. The house is stunning. Lots of privacy. The back yard was our favorite place every morning for coffee and every night for fires. The host helped with a number of recommendations for both stays and every singe place was better than expected. My kids said it was our best vacation ever and the girls on the next trip couldn't stop gushing over every single thing. Both times "once in a lifetime stay". We also loved the rooster. And everyone wants the contact information for the interior designer. I have a feeling we're going to replicate about 5 houses just like this one in Nebraska. You won't be disappointed staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfectly decorated and was immaculate! We even canceled a dinner reservation one night so we could grill / cook and enjoy the house and lovely patio and backyard. Enjoyed the fire pit every night! We hated to leave and will definitely return!

A fantastic getaway spot for an adult family or a bunch of friends. Secluded and private but close to many great wineries and the towns of Windsor and Healdsburg! The house is beautifully done and all needs are carefully met.. A great open floor plan. But the best part is the open backyard with BBQ area, hot tub, bocce ball and firepit. A truly nice location in a great area of wine country. And our hosts were very responsive to questions and recommendations. Bravo!

Everything was lovely! We enjoyed the relaxing morning and afternoon views from the spacious backyard and firepit! The house was perfect for grilling and enjoying wonderful dinner at home one night and the property was very convenient to so many wineries and breweries! All the amenities you could ask for and communication with our host was seamless!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. The space was perfect for our family with small children and one set of grandparents. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. Even better than the listing shows. We were particularly grateful for Jennifer's quick communication and willingness to accommodate our requests for early check-in and late check-out to align with kiddo naps. The home is truly amazing. You walk into this gorgeously furnished home that takes your breath away. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The fireplace is HGTV worthy and the view to the backyard makes you stop and look before you even get to the bedrooms. Huge firepit, bocce court and large hot tub along with an outdoor grill/kitchen. We enjoyed every bit of the amenities. The primary bedroom is spectacular, bed is super comfortable and you could live in the on suite bathroom, with its heated floors. The other two bedrooms are very comfortable and there are two additional bathrooms. The whole place is a dream and high end. We especially loved the wine cabinet and the neighbors roosters. We miss them, believe me you will too. There are so many special touches. We can't wait to go back.

A lovely comfortable home away from home. Although it rained the entire visit, we enjoyed the country like setting, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor spa & cooking in the open kitchen that has all of the modern high end appliances. Not to mention, great restaurants & wineries very closeby. The house has plenty of room to spread out but with a cozy feeling. Didn't get a chance to use the fabulous oudoor kitchen, bbq or firepit due to rain- maybe next time!
The owners couldn't have been kinder & were so quick to respond. I had unfortunately left a piece of jewelry behind & the owners responded to me right away & went out of their way to meet me at the house after the fact to let me in & helped me look for it. I found my jewelry & could not have been happier. A wonderful birthday getaway!

My husband & I came to Sonoma with our adult children as our son was standing up in a wedding. This VRBO was absolutely perfect in every way! Gorgeous property, chef’s kitchen and amazing outdoor space. I texted Jenn with a couple of questions and she responded immediately! Our only regret is that we had so many activities planned and didn’t spend more time at the house. We will need to come back so we can fully enjoy the home next time. This is a beautiful house that is sparkling clean and perfectly furnished and equipped for a family. The backyard is amazing! Jenny is a great host, she left us such a nice welcome surprise and communicated immediately; she was also so helpful in giving recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

We were on vacation with our adult children. The house was located in a great area for easy access to wineries, day trips such as hikes and the coast. The house met all of our expectations. We enjoyed cooking and grilling and relaxing in the backyard. The home furnishings were very nice and made it a comfortable place to be. All of the bathrooms were great. The home was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again. The host was very attentive and made sure we that all was good after we checked in.
