About this apartment rental

Located within the world famous Innisbrook golf resort and its four champion courses known for hosting the Valspar tournament every year, this listed property is a studio condominium. Within the gated community which features twenty-four hour security, the condo is located next to the Copperhead18th hole which is a short walk and viewable from the second floor balcony. This studio condo features a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sleeper couch located in the common room which allows the property to accommodate up to four adult guests. Featuring fast Wi-Fi, two TV's, free spectrum cable and two roku's to utilize your streaming services. Kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with included amenities such as shampoo, soap, etc. The condo also features full size washers and dryers, as well as an ice machine down the hall where you can do your laundry for free. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. The property further features well renowned restaurants and bars on site: The Market Salamander Grille which features a wide variety of food and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, as well as acclaimed Packard's Steakhouse, which is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis without additional fees.

What a great little place. Very quaint and cozy!!! The host went all out with little extras for the bathroom, extra blankets, extra pillows, full kitchen setup and more. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in town!!

Lovely condo with plenty of seating options outside and inside. Centrally located in Innisbrook with easy walks to the Osprey and Copperhead clubhouses. Corey is friendly and responsive. We have booked multiple times now and we will continue to book in the future.

We have rented more than several times in the area while visiting family. This unit was the great for our ten day stay. The location was great,quiet area, clean unit and a very comfortable bed. We had two minor glitches and our host Corey and John were at our door within minutes. One star omitted as the code to the door had changed which caused some angst especially after a long day of airports.

This is one of our favorite properties to date. It’s a perfect location at the Innisbrook golf course. The owner did a great job turning a studio condo into a 1 bedroom looking space. It had everything we needed and a spacious upper level balcony with multiple seating options outside. Highly recommend this property and Corey is great to work with. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

We were visiting family in the area and needed a quiet retreat after busy days. Everything one could think of was provided by the owner from toothbrushes to welcoming snacks. The property was clean and everything was in working order. Perfect for the two of us. The grounds were beautiful and the host let us know everything we needed to know in a timely manner. A very pleasant and relaxing experience all around. This was our first VRBO experience and we hope in the future others can match this level of quality and price.

My husband and Love Honey Moon Island area. This lovely condo was perfect in every way.Above expectations . The Innisbrook Resort is amazing place to stay 5Star! It’s gated so we felt safe number one. The host Corey is an excellent host.We missed lunch but when got to condo to unpack there was a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine.We where most comfortable. Enjoyed the patio area.Very nice quiet atmosphere. Convenient to several places we enjoyed.Gulf Inn Restaurant at Hudson Beach,Dunedin .Safety Harbor and Tarpon Springs. We will recommend to our friends and family!

We were in the Tampa Bay area for a granddaughter's wedding and the Valspar Championship. The condo was compact, but we had no intention of spending much time in the room. The decor and amenities were great.

This was just what we needed...enough soace for the two of us but just enough room to have the mids iver for dinner on the patio. It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of pillows, which is always important. We will definitely be back.

Owner and property were GREAT. Highly recommended. Great communication, felt very welcomed, property was excellent for our stay and no amenities were overlooked. Owner even left a bottle of wine for us! Could not have been better and being right in the heart of Innisbrook is always a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was really responsive and quick to answer any questions or concers. We stayed for like 5 weeks, my husband works from home as a sound engineer and the wifi worked great. The neighborhood is really pretty but does not have a lot of sidewalks for walking or running. The place could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but it is fully stocked with what we needed. We were 4 total. 2 adults, 1 teen, and an 8 yr old and for staying so long the room started to feel really small, but for shorter stays it would be fine. Over all the experience was good and would recommend the place and host.

The location was great. The area is very safe and easy to get around. The unit was very comfortable, clean and organized. The patio is a good size. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is it doesn't overlook the golf course, but the building is right on the copperhead course.

Really good expereience

We had a really good experience- all that we expected. The place exactly what we expected based on the listing and was comfortable for two of us (non-couple). The host was really friendly and super responsive. We really liked the location. Having several Innisbrook restaurants and pub a short walk away was really handy. There are a ton of good golf courses nearby. We got in 4 rounds of golf and 2 Grapefruit league baseball games and didn't even have a vehicle. We were able to get everywhere by uber. It was neat too being beside the Copperhead golf course. They were still taking down the grandstands from the Velspar Championship while we were there 3 weeks after the tournament ended. The only caution I d offer for golfers is that just because you are staying next to the Copperhead golf course doesn't mean you can play it. The Innisbrook golf courses are a tough place to get a tee time if you aren't a member or a guest at their hotel.
