We had a fantastic time staying at Gigi’s Mountain House. We were able to easily walk to Helen close to restaurants, alpine coaster and tubing. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Our family of four stayed here for a summer vacation to Helen. It was a perfect home base for all of our adventures. A few things to note: due to a few steep inclines, despite it only being a very short distance from the main street, we did not consider the cabin to truly be "walkable" to downtown. Also, the staircase was very steep, so be cautious of that. But regardless of those two items, it's a fantastic space. The beds are super comfortable. The washer and dryer were intuitive to use and conveniently located. The hot tub was fantastic. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and private. The property management company was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We were looking to get away from the hustle of a busy life and this place delivered. It was just outside of town giving us the quiet but close enough so that everything we wanted to do was within our reach. The house was very clean and comfortable, many amenities. Was well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great. The only issues we had was getting the bottom floor heated. It was very cold downstairs and never warmed up. Also, the hot tub never got warm as well. We really couldn't figure out how to control the temperature. Other than that, we have a wonderful; relaxing time.

My 81 year old Mom, my sister, and myself spent four night at Gigi's cabin for Octoberfest. It is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Memory foam mattresses are not my favorite; I get very hot. Other people love them. My sister and I walked to the main strip in Helen two mornings; about a half mile down the hill. The walk up was more challenging, but we did it! Beautiful fall weather and leaves that we don't see in Florida. Cabin is nicely decorated and very peaceful. Kitchen sink faucet could use some adjustment or new faucet. (dripped a lot) We loved our stay! Would highly recommend it for a girls trip!

Like that no steps to climb to entrance. Like that two bedrooms with bathrooms were on entrance level. Very good for us because of our difficultly to climb stairs.

Very peaceful, easy access to Helen's activities, etc. I came with my oldest daughter, an older sister, and older brother. We stayed in cabin. It was fine for us. Luckily, my oldest brother could not make it from Jersey with his wife and daughter...the living room and kitchen area would have been too crowded. Shame that the hot tub was a bit dirty....when they saw the dirt and couldn't Tell if it was really just dirt or animal feces...it was decided no one would use it. Otherwise, we had a nice, peaceful and convenient place to wind-down. Thank you!!

Cabin was super clean and everything was perfect when we arrived! The location was very quiet and the front and back porches were the perfect place to kick back and relax. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after dark! We will definitely be back again!

The location of this property was amazing. It was less than 5 minutes to the “strip” in Helen which is exactly what we were looking for. The communication with the company was wonderful. The hot tub was gorgeous. The only true complaint is the bedrooms on the main level had no TVs and in all honesty, I didn’t check the property description of each room so that might’ve been my fault. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was clean and cozy! This property will easily sleep 8 people. Thank you for a great relaxing stay!

We loved staying at GiGi's Mountain House. It was very clean and the setup was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved having their own space downstairs and loved the hot tub. You cannot beat the location, it is perfect!! We would absolutely stay again.

This house was so perfect for me, my husband, 2 year old, 9 month old, and my mother in law.The set up of the house is perfect for large families. The location is literally right on the edge of town, but still feels secluded. The hot tub was AMAZING! We had a small issue when we first arrived and I was contacted within 5mins. Super happy with this house!

Words can't even explain how beautiful this property is! The jacuzzi was the best part! The home had everything you could need during your stay. For Coffee lovers like me they had a fully stocked coffee bar! Your located less than 5 minutes from downtown & that was awesome! We are already planning our trip to come back this summer!!

This trip was planned a few months ago for my family, husband, 2 children and 3 grands. We have never been able to get away with only us for Christmas. We didn't know what God did when we booked this trip. The past 2 months has been hard. We lost my dad, their papa John. This vacation was far from perfect as there is no such this here on earth! But is was perfect for this wild fun loving group of people that I am proud to call family!

This property was perfect for us. Four friends from high school days getting together for little R and R. It is close to town, well kept, with plenty of room. The only issue we had was, it wasn't ready by check-in time, but I am guessing it was because of the difficulty getting people to work these days.

Very easy check in, the kitchen came with everything that you would need to make family dinners, the house makes you feel like your at home. I enjoyed hanging out on the porch and down stairs during the day. I rented this house and surprised my grandma with a three day get away she had never been to Helen Georgia before. The beds were comfortable which I loved
