About this house rental
This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
No shoes inside the house
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

This was a great home! Everything was meticulous and comfortable. Communication was great and would highly recommend. The only issue was that the listing said it had cable TV and it didn’t. They have Samsung Smart TV with their version of “live” channels but not cable. Overall though a 5 star stay!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about this place, the house was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed, and was close to Highlandville.
Only comment I would make is that it needs blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Very bright in the master bedroom too early in the morning.

We enjoyed out weekend in Ozark. Really liked the house and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned in Springfield.
The garage was a big plus.

This was our third time to stay here. Obviously, we like it or we wouldn't keep coming back! The house is very clean. The furniture is comfortable. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, and Hwy 65. The host is responsive to any needs you may have. Highly recommend!

Home is very nice, was clean, beds weren’t horrible and they had toys in a closet for our daughter to play with. Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to enjoy the home for longer then we did, as our travel plans changed and we because of this we literally showed up at 11pm and checked out the next morning at 10am.

Kitchen was very usefull and clean, great (quiet) neighborhood, extra things available in kitchen (utensils-bowls-cups-pans-spices-coffee), closet in masterbedroom was awesome, balcony was very nice (two chairs and table on deck-comfortable), location to Branson and Springfield was perfect for us, washer-dryer convenient, very convenient. 6 night stay.
Have a few suggestions: have extra costs listed upfront. King size bed in master bedroom, pillows were small, garage barely fit the grand dodge caravan. Larger vehicles may not fit.

My daughter and her wedding party stayed here during the weekend of her wedding. This house was truly a "peaceful getaway" for the bride and bridal party. It was spacious and clean. The girls had almost everything they needed. Lacking were a few kitchen items, like dish detergent and baking pans, and hand soaps. (We were able to run to the nearby Walmart - very convenient) Otherwise, GREAT place!

This was our second time to stay here, and we plan to come back again! It's in a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants. It's 5 minutes to the highway if you want to travel south to Branson or north to Springfield. The home is new, clean, and spacious. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We love it!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do.. aquarium, Dickerson zoo, Braum’s, the big biscuit, lamberts, iguana rojo, & the drive thru zoo. House was clean & organized. Found toys in the closet which was a great surprise the kids loved. We enjoyed the house & would recommend.

The house was beautiful, the owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions/messages, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Everything in the house was neatly labeled which we appreciated! It was a great place to stay!

This house is perfect for anyone needing to stay in the Springfield/Ozark/Branson area. Very convenient for going to both Springfield and Branson. Beautiful property unless you need something from the Host
Upon arriving to our house we noticed a paper on the fridge stating they strive for a 5 star review and if we need anything to give them a call. I went ahead and contacted the host to let them know some of the items we ran out. We stayed there for 8 days and were given one paper towel roll for a family of 6, master bedroom was out of hand soap and body wash. Also they wanted us to throw trash away but didn't leave any extra bags for bathroom trash. All I asked was for trash bags, hand soap and toilet paper. He responded back and said if we are not happy with our stay to leave. From there on he kept pestering us to leave and find another place to stay. Giving us 30 min to check out. We didn't violate any rules or make any disturbances to be treated this way. And then he told me that we better leave the house in good condition because he was going to check in person. House was lovely and cozy but the whole experience was ruined with this outrageous encounter with host. No check out instructions were given the night before so we ended up cleaning the whole house the night before. Even though we paid for cleaning services. Flying cross country with a family of 6, with 4 kiddos and to be told to leave the resistance for no reason is so upsetting!!!

Nice clean home in a great location!
This home is in a nice neighborhood with quick access to stores, restaurants, and major roads. It's an easy drive to Branson or Springfield. Everything is new and clean. All of the furniture is very comfortable - from the beds and sofa to the dining chairs and bar stools. The host was quick to respond anytime I contacted her. This house was the perfect place for my family. We hope to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Peaceful Clean Safe
This place is so nice. It exceeded my expectations. Everything you want and need for a get away. I will refer you for others as well and next time I am in this area, I’ll book you first. Abs the host, thank you for being so quick to respond for my requests.

Overall stay was good. The house is very nice with good amenities. Had to call on two occasions because the lock wouldn’t open and let us in. Other than that, we had a good stay.
