Our accommodations are perfect for a family or friends wanting to share a space together. It is located on a quiet street one block off of the Mississippi River road less than ten minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Walkable to the UofM, Seward neighborhood, and St. Paul. 2600sf of space, including a fully stocked kitchen and espresso machine, comfy beds and a master bath that will make you feel like you are at a luxury hotel!

Our family was in town for a weeding. The home was clean and convenient to everything. It has a very homey feel and the listing was very accurate.

The house was beautiful and everything was nicely labeled! The master bathroom and spacious kitchen were certainly added perks of this property! The neighborhood is quiet and very close to downtown. We stayed here with our toddler and found the home to be toddler friendly. A great advantage to the home is the private driveway which made parking hassle free. The hosts were kind and always responsive. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

It’s close to the Viking stadium and just about everything thing else you need! The owners are great to talk to and the house is amazing! Have to rent it to truly experience it!

We had a total of 6 people stay here for a musical festival. House had everything we needed and the owners were great about communicating when we had a question.

Came into town to watch an MNUFC game and visit some family fully expecting to use the VRBO as a place to sleep. It was immaculately clean, and beyond nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Property was very quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of the University and multiple bars and restaurants in the area. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Can’t wait to be back!

The place was more spacious than the pictures show. It met (and exceeded) our expectations and the hosts were super communicative and mindful of our needs. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it withoutany hesitation.

We loved everything about the neighborhood, the house, the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, the outdoor seating, the kitchen amenities, and so much more. We can’t wait too book again next year!!

The house was really amazing! Fully upgraded and very clean. The only thing to note is that the depth of the stair tread to the basement were very narrow. It wasn’t problematic for any of us but might be hard for people with mobility issues. The kitchen was amazing with all of the necessary supplies (spices, condiments, appliances and pots/pans). The bedrooms were set up well and comfortable. The room with bunk beds (in basement) had an open wall into the game room. Our two girls had no problem sleeping down there with all parents upstairs. The basement area is very nice and feels like just another floor of the house. I can't say enough nice things about the house. The house is on a great street with easy access to the river walk. Very easy to get downtown and restaurants.

Staying in a home is way better than a hotel! We were thankful to have a place to gather, cook, and spread out for a weekend celebrating our oldest son’s graduation! The little things made a difference at this place! Coffee, foil, shampoo, paper towels - available to use. It felt like we were staying with someone we knew and felt we were trusted to care for and use things like they were ours. Loved having a few games to play! Such a cute and quiet street in the city! Thank you!

I wish I had booked an extra day to appreciate the home more! Trevor and Andrea’s home was incredibly welcoming and well equipped with amenities. The comforting decorations made it hard to leave! The neighborhood was beautiful and tranquil and very easy to navigate to get around town.

Trevor and Andrea are the perfect hosts. They have created a home away atmosphere that made us hate to leave. Beds are very comfortable, towels are much better than a hotel, water in the frig and snacks an appreciated touch and their immediate response to any question so kind. This is a 5star stay and we hope to return.

We traveled here to attend the Green Bay/Minnesota game (GO PACK GO)! The house was everything we were looking for and was as advertised. It was spacious, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back.

We had a great time at Trevor’s place. It’s super clean, has everything you need and communicating with Trevor was super nice and clean easy. We got a little unlucky and power went out due to a storm but Trevor reached out right away and told us when it was expected to be back on

Our group consisted of 5 adults in town for to watch a family member play football at a nearby college. We arrived from 2 different cities and time zones. Trevor and Andrea were incredibly understanding of our requests. Their home is beautiful and extremely clean. This is a beautiful gem in a beautiful spot. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in their country cabin. E

My family 2 adults 2 kids and my parents stayed here for a week and were very comfortable. Plenty of space and in a good location to lots of activities in the cities. Would stay there again. Property owners were quite responsive and helpful.

Trevor’s house is awesome. Very clean and perfectly described. My wife is very picky and she was blown away with how perfect it was. This is a great house in a great location with a great host. The house is spacious and clean - with a bathroom for each bedroom and a great kitchen. The house is in such a wonderful location central to everything we wanted - from walking along the river to the cultural events and to civic areas like the George Floyd memorial. And the host - along with great suggestions on shopping and eating - went out of the way to accommodate our check in. This is the place to stay for anyone looking for a great experience.

This house was absolutely perfect for my sisters and I to visit relatives in the city and surrounding area. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and is equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. This is an older home but well updated. We had a lovely time and would absolutely recommend staying here.

This property was exceptional. Our daughter was in a swim meet at the U over a five day period. There are five of us in our family. Try cramming that many people into a hotel room for five days, add in lots of wet suits/towels and the emotions that come with an elite-level meet, and you have a recipe for family self-destruction. This home saved us from all of those things, giving our family the perfect home away from home in an ideal location for zipping a swimmer over to early warm-ups without waking the rest of the family. The beds were comfortable, everyone had their own room, and we could cook our own meals and/or eat take out at a kitchen table rather than on our hotel room beds. We enjoyed the proximity to the trails along the river for runs and walks, and on days we had enough time we even walked to the pool to watch our daughter's races. Our kids were sad to leave and have already requested to stay at the same house should we find ourselves needing to be at the U in the future.

Love this place, had a tournament that weekend and shared it with a soccer family and was big enough for everyone, equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Nice neighborhood and enjoyed the walk by the river.

Charming and newly updated home is comfy for a family get together with everyone having the privacy of own room and bath! Kitchen serves very well with everything you could ever need! Location near the Mississippi and U of MN is perfect!!! We got to enjoy a fabulous weekend taking in the sights of the twin cities! Trevor and Andrea are a real pleasure to work with!!
