The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach and local restaurant's. The public pool was great for the kids. It has lots of seating and shade. Unfortunately the pool quality degraded over the weekend with lots of use from the complex.
The beds were comfortable with ample space for everyone to sleep. The bathrooms had a sufficient quantity of towels for use, but no beach towels if you are planning your next stay.
The common area could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The floors left our feet very black within minutes and there wasn’t any way for us to clean again ourselves.
Overall I would recommend it for families.

Floors, bar stools, linen and couch’s were extremely stained.

Great location! Easy walk to everything. May be difficult for elderly to navigate stairs and elevated built in beds. Adorable decorations!

This place was in a great location, easy access to the beach. The condo looks better on the inside then the outside. The king beds are very firm, the queen beds are super soft. There is not a green egg bbq pit but there is a gas grill. Overall was a great place and would stay again

Plenty of room for the 14 family members. All amenities needed were included. Great decorations with a beach theme. Clean- no ocean smell!
Porch front and back was nice. Pool was wonderful. Within walking distance of everything needed. Less than half mile from the beach. Communication with manager was never a problem. Check in and check out was easy.
Loved our beach vacation.

We were a group of 8 and stayed at the house and it was a perfect stay for us! Plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms and enough kitchen needs for us all! Great location to town and the beach, the unit is a corner unit so perfect parking situation if you’re traveling with a boat! Would definitely stay again with a group!

Had a wonderful stay! Had plenty of cookware and utensils. Everything was perfect!

Having to say goodbye to my nephew (nieces husband) was bittersweet, but we enjoyed our time together made better by our accommodations. I originally planned for more people, but this was comfortable for 3 sets of adults and 5 kiddos.

The place was nice. Close to the beach. Management was great with communication.
There was no toaster. There were very very little pots and pans; and the few pans that were there were of very poor quality. Blinds upstairs in kids room were damaged and everywhere. Door handle to pantry was broken before we got there. Screen was torn prior to our arrival.
Overall, good experience, just not convenient for a 10-13 person location.

You can see from the photos how charming and cute the decor is; it’s just as charming in real life! We enjoyed the half-mile jog to the beach for our morning runs and the local restaurants within walking distance. Just a wonderful long Easter weekend!

We had a great time at this house. Location was excellent, management was attentive, house was clean, fit our group of 13 just fine. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay overall. Enjoyed the location and the living space.

We had a fun family getaway at this property! It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants (walkable) and a quick drive by golf cart to the beach. It was an easy check-in and check-out process and property management was quick to respond to any inquiries.
I loved the outside patio area and screened in porch, and the pool is nice and private for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Twin Palms is a great little complex and this property has a cute beach theme throughout. My only recommendations would be to add a toaster and a non-stick skillet to the kitchen supplies for breakfast cooking and maybe a fan for the downstairs bedroom which tends to get a little warm.
I would definitely recommend this property - we had 7 adults and 3 children (5 and under) and the space was great!

After our unit TP5 had an a/c issue when we arrived, we were put in WV11 and everything was excellent

Air conditioning not cold enough especially on the first floor bedroom. We did ask management to check on that and to check kitchen war before we came due to a previous review and because of that review we did bring a couple of our own fans. The upstairs queen bedroom ceiling fan still did not work when we were there. Plenty of utensils and dishes now; however skillets not big enough for our family. The largest skillet was 8 inches. Everything else was great and we would rent again.

Senior trip
The house was beautiful and close to everything fun in Port A! The amenities were great and there was so much room in this house! Loved it!

Overall, Great place!
We enjoyed are stay with just a few issues!
A/C did not work well! The down stairs bedroom was very hot and we could not sleep in it! Had 2 vents but no air flowing through! There was no fan in both bunk rooms.. Queen room upstairs ceiling fan did not work. And there was not a green egg outside to grill on! There was only an old rusted out charcoal grill that has seen it’s better days! Overall, was a great place to stay! Very convenient to everything! Most within walking distance! There was 14 of us and with the exception of not being able to sleep in the downstairs bunk room, we all had a great time and would rent it again..

Beach stay
Fantastic location and really great layout of bedrooms. Linens and Facilities were clean and ready to go. Response of management was fast and accommodating. The only complaint was the pool was not ready for the day we needed it.

Perfect Getaway
This house is a perfect spot when staying in Port A. Right downtown and close to everything. Literally walking distance. We had plenty of space for our entire family, the house was really clean, and the perfect hangout spot for our 3 families. Nice little gated in yard area for bbqing and a screened room to hangout bug free. It's nice having the bedrooms upstairs so as people are done hanging out they can head to bed while some of us late nighters continue hanging out. I definitely recommend this property.

It was easy to rent

I had to call prior to our check-in time as I hadn’t been contacted by text but we then got in by 4:30. The listing was a little different than pictures but still nice. There were a few items I noted to them but nothing major…chips on bowl, etc. All in all a very nice stay!

Family Vacay
Our Family of 12 had a great time here. There was plenty of room for everyone not a lot of stairs and the location was great. Right down the street from a car rental place and about 4 min to beach ! We enjoyed the outside patio and screen protector from mosquitoes. Definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed this home during our stay. We had 2 families stay in it and it was perfect because every kid got their own room. It had lots of space and was in such a great location, walking distance to everything around. My only complaint was similar to a past reviewer that there just wasn't much stocked in the kitchen as far essentials. There weren't any pot holders which made it difficult for cooking, there weren't any kitchen towels and there wasn't any basic cleaning supplies for cleaning off the table or countertops. But other than that, this was such a perfect home for our family and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a very pretty condo with some nice features, but with a couple of features that will keep me away next time. On the plus side, it's very nicely decorated. Lots of windows with lots of light. There's a very nice screened in porch, and the mattresses and couches are super comfortable.
The location is ok. You're right off the main street to the beach. With kids, it's a 15 minute walk on a moderately busy road to the beach. It's Port A, so for a few bucks you can park on the beach if you want to deal with sand in the car.
On the downside, the kitchen is VERY poorly stocked. There wasn't a colander or any pot holders. Cooking pasta was a real pain. For a condo that sleeps 14, they provided us with 10 very large plates, 15 bowls of varying sizes, and 10 cups in three different sizes. No smaller plates, or enough plates to actually feed everyone. No wine glasses at all, and only five coffee cups. Also, I expect not to have a fully stocked spice shelf, but was surprised to not have salt or pepper available. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work, and the dishwasher and microwave are way more complicated than they need to be. We're pretty good at rolling with whatever our beach house has in place, but this was by far the worst kitchen we've had to work with in several years of staying in condos at the beach.
As far sleeping, do not plan on putting kids in the top bunks. The mattress rises over the railing, so there's no physical barrier or railing to keep the kids on the bunk at night. Both the 10 and 8 year old we had planned on sleeping in the top bunk were too scared to sleep without a railing, so we had to make changes on the fly.
We also didn't have a functioning TV in the main room until the 2nd night. But once they got it up and running, it worked great. There's no cable, but if you're used to using apps, you'll be fine.
Not sure who stocked the linens, but the towels were not much better than what you find in a Motel 6. I get that it's frustrating when guests take your towels to the beach, but why make everyone suffer?
Overall, I'd give this place a pass, at least until they fix the kitchen and the towels. Take care of that and we'll be back for sure.
