Great place to stay. Close to BYU where we had our courses everyday for the week we stayed. Having 3 bedrooms was nice. The kitchen had all one needs for meal prep. The only cons, not allowed to use the washing machine and no temperature controls downstairs, at least none that I could find. One night was pretty chilly. But would definitely stay here again. Five stars all the way.

We had a great stay at the VRBO. Everything was as pictured and it was easy to access and parking was available on the street.
We loved being able to bring our dog!
King bed was comfortable and room was spacious.
We will stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter in college.
Thanks,
Jon

The apartment was cute. But the washer didn’t work, one beds frame was broke, no key so house tenants could easily access when we left. Host quit replying to me. But it was better than a hotel

I had a great, albeit short stay at this nice property. Being in a basement was great during the 100 degree weather outside. The space was much bigger than I expected and well organized, clean and with comfortable beds. Everything I needed was present and it was perfect for one person, although it easily could accomodate 3.

All went well. A little trouble getting in, as the host did not send us the code. But she promptly responded, when we arrived, and all was well. Would stay there again. Oh, feedback: No separate thremostat im basement we could find, so the A/C kept the basement very cold.

We had a great time in Utah. This place worked perfectly for our stay.

The description was clear about entering through the garage and I knew it was a basement, but it still felt 'very downstairs' to walk through and across someone's garage (cleanest I've ever seen) and take a hard left down a narrow flight of stairs into a basement (that was well decorated) and chilly. There were plenty of space heaters but no windows on the longest wall. Bedroom windows had a view of underneath a deck or patio. It was a bit claustrophobic. Ty he kind bed was a best bed I've ever encountered in a VRBO. If you're going there to sleep, it will be perfect!

It was just like the pictures show, easy access , lots of space, could have been a bit cleaner, wifi was not available during my stay but I didn't contact the host about it. We just needed a place to sleep and shower so we were happy with where we stayed.

It could have been a bit cleaner but was still very nice.

Larger than we expected. Spotless clean. Reasonable price. Thank you for sharing this with us.

With two boys going to college nearby, this was the perfect place to stay. Check-in and out was easy and communication great. Lots of cookware to use and a clean kitchen made it a nice place to cook.

Very convenient location. Appreciated the quick communication with the host in addressing a few issues we had. Comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with supplies. Appreciated the little snacks left for us!

A few small issues but nothing to highlight. We were just there for 1 night. Very clean which is most important for my wife. We only used 1 bedroom so not sure how it would perform with multiple people.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs. Three bedrooms and a full kitchen was way better than a hotel! Thank you!

One of the queen beds is very uncomfortable. The door hinges are very squeaky, so we would wake up every time someone got up in the night. The people upstairs were up very early every day, so it was very noisy for us. We neglected to notice this place is pet friendly, so there was pet hair that was very noticeable. Otherwise it was ok. We don't mean to be too negative, it just didn't work out for us.

The location has great access to the freeway entrance with a lot of eating and shopping options.
This property would not be a good option for someone in a wheelchair or difficulty with stairs since it’s in the basement and the stairs are steep.
Our visit was during the heat of the summer but the temperature in the basement was very cool and nice. It was cool enough that we sometimes had to use a blanket at night.
The beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. The towels could be updated but weren’t terrible.
The kitchen had all the essentials. The fridge was clean. They set out some treats on a tray for us to enjoy. The decor was nice and welcoming. Couches were comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen table seats 6.
The sink in the bathroom seemed to be clogged and would take some time to drain but the water pressure and hot water for the shower was excellent.
They offered the use of a washer and drier and even included laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They also included enough toilet paper and paper towels to last a family of 4 for a week. Extra garbage bags and dish soap were also included. There is not a dishwasher
The neighborhood was quiet. Parking is on the street. We brought a dog and were able to use the front lawn for him to do his business.
Overall our experience was very nice

Good not Great
We loved the location, the price, and the cleanliness of the property. Did not love the inability to control the thermostat. I loved how cold it was, but my wife and kids did not appreciate it. Also, the master bedroom bed frame was broken on the left side so I kind of had to sleep at an angle lol. Also, the doors really stick so it's difficult to open and shut them, so if anyone had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke everyone up because of how loud the doors were!

Great stopping spot
We needed a few days pit stop between family reunions that allowed for my husband to work remotely. This totally met our needs. A great little basement apartment!

Great Layout
We loved the space for our family. Having a washer and dryer available was very helpful. The fridge was huge and clean. The host had detergent, soap, shampoo, and other items needed there. We woke up every morning around 6 am to loud noises above. Be sure to talk to host about that if that is a concern you have. Hopefully that can be resolved.

Decent for the price
The pros:
*convenient access to freeway
*comfortable mattresses
The cons:
*no individual thermostat to control temperature in apartment
*clogged bathroom sink
*no door to separate apartment from stairway leading to garage and entrance to main floor of house

Great Location and Beds
This was our last property to stay at on our long road trip. The beds at this location were the most comfortable beds of the whole trip! It was a perfect rental for our needs and we would stay here again.

Great apartment for family
This was a clean apartment that served our family's needs well. The beds and pillows were comfortable and warm. The towels were large and fluffy. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a good stove. The kitchen had china dishes and glass glassware, but there were a few colorful plastic dishes for little children who might benefit from these. The kitchen was well stocked with new pots/pans, new silverware, a comprehensive set of knives, and a good selection of cooking tools. One thing that we would have appreciated were washcloths, and quieter upstairs neighbors in the morning.
