The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything was as advertised. The host (Derrick) was great. We will definitely be staying with him again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house. It was perfect.

The house is lovely and location was good for our group because it is close to Truist Soccer Complex where we were playing in a tournament. Derrick, the host, was courteous in all of his responses.

We were a group of business women in town for a major convention. There was not enough toilet paper for 6 women. We had to ration. Not enough trash bags to clean up (only 2 for 4 days). Also no basics such as napkins, oil or spray for cooking.

My experience was bittersweet. The home was great. Host surprised us with wine and snacks and clean home. Superb decor. All beds were very comfortable. The blue Diamond pots were amazing and cooked the food perfectly. There is plenty seating for large families. I love the openness floor plan. I would recommend the cleaners making sure the toilets are cleaned prior to guest check-in and pressure washing the outside as spider webs and spiders are very visible. Our hiccup was incorrect arrival date. Within hours of making the reservations I emailed and requested a date change on July 8. The host Derrick contacted me by phone on the 12th and said he would get back with me. I emailed again on the 16th. He replied offering me half day refund. According to the cancellation policy, I should have been refunded 1 full day. Overall very nice.

Really nice place. It was clean and easy: if I had to be nitpicking, I would just say that since it slept 8 people, we should be able to take at least 3-5 showers at a time with out waiting, but we only waited about 10-15 min for the next shower. Other than that, well stocked and owners very responsive. I would stay again.

The house was impeccable! Absolutely gorgeous, clean, perfect location to restaurants and grieve grocery store, etc. We were really impressed and did not want to leave. Derrick is extremely responsive and hospitable. Sweet introduction note written in board in house upon our arrival and icing on the cake bottles of wine for us to indulge in. First VRBO rental for me and now because of this great experience I'll be renting instead of booking hotel lodging. Thank you Derrick!

We stayed her for a girl’s getaway (ages 35-40). The house was perfectly appointed and added nice little amenities like a snack bar. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a convenient location as well. The only confusing part was needing to message for the access code. They replied right away with clear and comprehensive instructions, I’m just used to those being communicated in advance. I’d absolutely book this property again.

Pictures accurately reflect the home. We had 7 adults & 1 teenager stay comfortably - all in beds. It’s recently been upgraded & finishes are nicely done. House is clean! Owner is responsive, helpful & accommodating. I would recommend renting this home. If back in the area, we will definitely look this home again.

We had a truly lovely time in Greensboro this Thanksgiving. The house is lovely and was recently updated. All of the bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen and living area are modern, fresh and spacious. The pictures on VRBO are recent and very representative of the decor and condition of the home. There is a carport in back with off street parking and easy access to the property with an electronic code for easy check-in and access throughout your stay. Derrick was in-touch at the beginning of our stay and offered assistance if we needed anything during our stay. There are plenty of stores and restaurants available with 5-10 minutes driving, but the neighborhood is totally residential. This is a really nice option if you are looking for a place in the greater Greensboro area!
