Welcome to Sunsets in Paradise, part of our Hawaiian Luxury Collection. Sunsets in Paradise is in the Hali'i Kai community at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This gated community is situated on more than 30 acres and boasts stunning of the surrounding Waikoloa Beach Course and the ocean and mountain.
We pride ourselves on providing some of the most sought after homes on the Kohala Coast. We have partnered with the owners of Sunsets in Paradise to provide you with an exquisite home away from home.

Sunsets in Paradise is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home that sleeps 8. This is an two-storey upper-level unit with an amazing view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The open-concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and covered lanai with grill. The indoor dining room table will comfortably accommodate 4 people. The lanai has a dining table with room for 4 and overlooks the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and ocean.
The living room features a large Ultra HD 4K TV.

Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend time with your friends, family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; we hope this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
There is a $25/night fee per group for access to Hali'i Kai's amazing Ocean Club, which is a short walk from the home. The oceanfront club has a tiered saltwater lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and spa and an oceanfront fitness center. The Ocean Club Bar and Grill is a great spot for convenient and delicious food and drink. The fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office at the time of checkin.
The resort has two world-class golf courses and there is a tennis court in the community.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home and the Waikoloa Beach Resort are sure to create a great experience.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy free use of our collection of bikes (adult and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort you'll find the white sand A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay) beach. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
