This quaint little apartment is conveniently located yet comfortably secluded. The lot is located at a dead-end street; nestled in a beautiful grove of trees and fauna.
Home was clean, hostess was readily available and we had a wonderful stay.

First of all communication was terrible. The pics were very misleading and in my opinion false advertising. They cropped out the house thats connected to the place we stayed. So we were basically staying in a well decorated garage… centipedes crawling on the floor, the coffee pot in the pics was def not the coffee pot in the property, the stove was vintage and ony for looks( does not work) so they provided a toaster oven which is not equivalent, the individual creamer cups were spoiled so instead of them pouring out it was one big clump of spoiled creamer, The so called living room doesn' have an actual couch, its a twin roll away bed with throw pillows to prop up against the wall just to watch the tv. Couldnt get the wifi to connect, so i attempted to contact 2 different people. Angela & Faith, never got a response for help on the wifi, dirty wet area rug on the top of the driveway that im assuming is suppose to keep you from scrubbin the underside of your car which only got hung so it drug under my car. No central air, 2 ac window units, going up to the bedroom is a major hazard if you are taller than 5’4 because of the low ceiling it will knock your head off, it says secluded sanctuary but its actually on a side street with houses all around and out back there is a bunch of junk piled up. For example, old artificial flowers from the graveyard piled up beside the bench. I will never stay here again! I feel like my money was totally wasted and complete false advertisement!

Nice tiny home.
We love Fort Payne Alabama, beautiful little fall colored town. The home was small and cozy it was very clean and well kept. We loved the view of the hills from the upper bedroom window. Great experience we will return soon.

Fort Payne/ Mentone mini vacation
Enjoyed our stay in Fort Payne. This little cottage was cute and spotless. Only has one bathroom downstairs and bedroom is upstairs. That creates a problem if you have to get up at night and use the bathroom.

Great last minute getaway!
We had a great last minute getaway! This little cottage was wonderful. It was centrally located to many attractions and restaurants. We had a very relaxing and comfortable weekend and our stay at the cottage was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great little house.
Needs to have the oven fixed or replaced and central heat/air.
Otherwise, a darling property. So sweet to think of the puppy guest by providing puppy bags, bed, towel and bowls. We much enjoyed our stay.
