Minimalistische Zimmer ohne Kitsch und Firlefanz in bester Lage.

Die Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer war leider - trotz Nachfrage - nicht abstellbar, ab 6:30 Uhr wurde man dadurch geweckt. Generell wenig Schallschutz zum Flur. Aber an sich ein ruhiges Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gut übernachtet und gefrühstückt. Freundliche und stille Atmosphäre. Zentrale Lage

Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage zur Stadtmitte. Neue Einrichtung, jedoch ohne Fernseher, was zum Konzept gehört. Gutes Frühstück. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service.

Abstellplätze für Motorräder sind etwas weiter entfernt und kostenpflichtig.

Für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt zum schlafen sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist als Tagungsgebäude zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für eine private Reise. Wenn man kein Hotel im herkömmlichen Sinne erwartet, ist die Unterkunft top. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig aber trotzdem ansprechend. Uns haben die Schubfächer unter den Betten gefallen, denn dort konnte man einiges verstauen. In unserem Fall war es Skikleidung. Besonders gut bewerten möchte ich bei dieser Unterkunft die tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, die Parkmöglichkeit, das wirklich sehr gute Frühstück und die stets sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Frühstücksraum.

Da es sich bei den Räumlichkeiten um ein Akademiegebäude und kein klassisches Hotel handelt, muss man auch ein paar Abstriche machen. Unser persönlich haben diese Punkte nicht gestört, Ich will sie dennoch erwähnen: - Kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer. - WLAN wird um 22 Uhr abgeschaltet - Gäste des Hauses erhalten leider keine Brixencard, was den günstigen Zimmerpreis etwas relativiert, wenn man bedenkt, das eine Bergfahrt mit der Gondel 24 €/Person kostet - Parkplatz wird onTop mit einer Tagespauschale berechnet - Der Früstückssaal ist sehr unpersönlich. Man sitzt eher wie in einer Kantine an langen Tisch Reihen. Das könnte man in Zeiten, in denen keine Veranstaltungen stattfinden, etwas netter machen.

Perfetto per una notte durante il tour dei mercatini di Natale.

La struttura è nuova, gli esterni sono molto belli e moderni. Le stanze nuove e pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Parcheggio a pagamento privato in centro e sotto alla struttura. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Location estremamente silenziosa.

La stanza un po’ essenziale e il linoleum per terra un po’ asettico. Peccato per le tende sporche e la mancanza di altri cuscini.

Posizione ottima per il centro

Posizionata a ridosso del centro storico a pochi passi dalla piazza del duomo. Ha una parte di struttura storica (ristrutturata) e una parte moderna. La struttura è accogliente, è una sorta di scuola di formazione pertanto le camere sono molto spartane, ma con tutto, pulitissime, con letti singoli separati, bagni nuovi e riscaldamento a pavimento. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio in struttura a pagamento ma 5€ ogni 24h direi ottimo.

Forse un po’ troppo caldo in camera e non c’è possibilità di regolare la temperatura.

Sehr schöne , erholsamer Urlaubstag. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Personal klasse.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wege zur Innenstadt sind sehr kurz und alles ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal hat mir mit allen Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ich konnte sogar morgen meinen Koffer in der Unterkunft lassen, da ich noch einen Termin in Bozen hatte. Einfach klasse. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl.

Nichts. Alles war top. Ich könnte nichts verbessern.

Nice place, great location, good value.

Fantastic location, very close to the centre and next to the river. Very helpful staff and spotless room.

Only downside was no AC - was a summer stay during a hot spell and the room was too warm at night. But everything else was excellent.

Good location close in historic centre and not too far from railway station. Clean. Nice staff.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms. The accommodation was not a hotel but bedrooms in an educational/theological institution. This is fine but there were very few of the facilities one would expect for the price being charged (i.e. hotel price).
