Each apartment has a tastefully decorated outdoor area to enjoy the garden in total privacy. The whole property is equipped with Wi-Fi and a very efficient air conditioning system that serves every room.

The garden is embellished with a splendid private salt water swimming pool (12x5 meters) and a well-kept outdoor dining area equipped with a professional barbecue.

It includes a large double bedroom which also includes a bathroom with shower and small bathtub.
Aria apartment (2 + 2)
It includes a large panoramic living area overlooking the valley (the sofa can be used as double bed if necessary), equipped with a kitchenette and dining room. Then, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with shower.

Masseria Minetta is located in the spectacular setting of the Itria Valley close to the gentle hills of Cisternino's countryside. The property is well connected to the coast of Marina d’Ostuni and Torre Guaceto, via a panoramic road that offers a breathtaking view of the valley of centuries-old olive trees. The Masseria is a few kilometers from Cisternino, which has become popular for the excellent selection of typical restaurants and Ostuni "The White City", one of the symbolic historical centers of the region.
