Have been here the second time and it won't be the last time.

Best located Surfhouse I have seen so far. Beach just across a small street (1 min walking).

Great for surfing.

Fantastic location with less than a minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was very spacious and curtains that gave a lot of privacy.

Only one mixed bathroom between three rooms so was crowded at some times. Floor wasn’t entirely clean with lots of sand but that can be expected.

A good experience but the accomodation was far too expensive for what it was.

It is located in the city centre and close to the beach. The staff is easy going and the relaxing room is well furnished and maintained.

It is way too expensive. The room is small and pretty simply furnished. The staff is not so well organized.

definitely the hostel to go if you want to surf in zarautz. ultra modern and perfect location.

very modern functional and beautiful.

The bathroom floor is often times wet. The shower water turns off too fast. The light turns off too fast. the stairs to the upper bad is unconfortable

Great surf hostel!

Hands down, one of the best surf hostel I've ever visited. Very clean, close to the ocean and the bed was super comfortable.

Automatic lights sometimes didn't work on bathrooms

you really can’t ask for more from a hostel. bed was comfy, showers were clean, staff was excellent, location was prime. they even offered yoga classes for free!!!! ahhhh!!!

the shower cuts off after 45 seconds. my only complaint.

Very nice place. Perfect for surfers and pilgrims. 2 minutes to the beach and right next to the old town.

The dorms are too cold and the air con ist constantly running. Also, the light in the dorms seems to be on 24/7. Yes, when you pull the curtains on your bunk bed, you won't see the light, but it's still very weird. Also the backyard is nice, but as it's all stone it gets very hot there. There should be more trees or something. The drawers in the dorms are very loud. So when you open your personal drawer you wake everybody up.

Clean, comfy and welcoming hostel

The beds were the best I ever had in an hostel. Clean, good pillow, matras and all really comfy. Smell in the hostel was nice. Everything really new and big rooms. They were really friendly, welcoming and willing to help. The shower are good, warm and big (and to help the environment it goes with one minute at a time so you won't use it for hours)

Be aware of the fact that the kitchen is for staff only

Loved the location and the hostel

First of all. Great personnel! They are so sweet and welcoming. The whole hostel looked very new and facilities were great. Loved the curtains that complete blacked the bunkbed inside. The beds were really comfortable and the internet was quite good. absolutely perfect location!! Close to old town, right in front off the beach, and close to the bus stop to visit for example Getaria or San sebastian.

-Some extra coat and/or towel hangers inside rooms. After showering there is not a great place to put them. -The showers are a bit tiny (but really nice and warm) so your clothes can get wet if you want to hang them inside to change when you are done. (maybe some sort of separator to keep them dry would be handy) -Way to turn off the automatic light in the room/ or make lights a bit less bright at night. Although the curtains of the beds are great and block almost everything, the lights are a bit intense if you just want to go for a bathroom break. -As it is a hostel. We were missing a fridge for the guests..
