Welcome to your beach vacation home at Mrytle Beach Villas II on South Ocean Blvd ACROSS FROM THE BEACH! Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located first floor unit beach home.

Use the living room as your movie theater with a 150" screen!
Make your friends envious as you vacation with a private arcade room! Gamers will love competing on 5 arcade games all night long.

Walk to the Boardwalk, mini-golf, amusement park, water park, restaurants and shopping.

Reserve a seat on the nearby casino cruise! Or go on a ghost tour while in town!

The villa / condo has 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 14.

Highlights include arcade games, pool, granite countertops, large balcony, projector and multiple TVs for streaming!

Resort-style amenities include a lazy river (not heated), hot tubs, kid splash pad, and a grilling area with picnic tables.

Simply cross the street and be on the beach, walk a block to Family Kingdom Amusement Park or walk a few blocks the Boardwalk or even walk to the Skywheel! Restaurants and stores are also within walking distance!

Our home is just a 5 minute drive from the airport!

Guests are given two parking passes to use in the covered parking garage and an additional parking pass to use in the parking area beside the covered garage. Please note: all cars at the resort without parking passes will be towed. Additional vehicles can park on the street for free during the off-season and at paid meters during peak season.

Have little ones? Our home comes complete with a high chair and a playpen for sleeping! Each room also includes a sound machine to block out surrounding noise to make naps and sleeping comfortable. :)

We have a video Doorbell located on the exterior entryway for the unit. It alerts us to everyone entering or exiting our property.

We loved the size of the villa. Great if you have a ton of kids like we do. The location was great for a few restaurants, ice cream shop, and even a gift shop in close walking distance. Beach was a 2 min walk and crowed (4th of July week) but was still clean and fun. Would recommend to anyone with multiple children with extra grandmas (lol)

The property emits a strong odor and lacks cleanliness. Mold is present in several areas, including the water dispenser on the fridge and the range hood. A thick layer of dust covers the ceiling fans. The mattresses and box springs bear noticeable stains. Loose baseboards have dark brown marks. During our stay, we encountered a malfunctioning toilet that required replacement. Surprisingly, the power outlet on the balcony detached without any use. Despite these issues, we reluctantly stayed because it was the weekend before Independence Day, and finding an alternative venue for our family reunion proved challenging. Regrettably, the owner inundated us with 20 emails, which became quite bothersome. Perhaps they should focus on managing the property rather than micromanaging their guests.

The size of the pool was disappointing and the definition of a "lazy river" was not quite ours. The pool area is shared amoung condo buildings and there really wasn't a pool for our kids to swim; not enough room.

The property is located in a great location, very convenient and kid friendly. HOWEVER…. Everything is not up to par! The game room only had 2 out of 5 games that work, the LED lighting is falling off the wall. The pool table is broken and leaning to the side. The “theater projector” is covered by a TV that isn’t movable. Dressers/stands falling apart in each room, the front door handle is falling apart. Gotta be careful the keypad is missing its back so the batteries might fall out. Cleaning crew said owners hasn’t been to the property in over 3years to check on it, they just keep renting it out.

Lots of great fun to be had here. Lots of room with the multiple bedrooms and beds. Communication from the host was amazing. So close to the beach and all of the action. Everything was perfectly fine.

This is a nice big house, very close to beach. Nice lazy river and kids pool area, no bathrooms near pool, but had some weird smell, kitchen does not have clean utensils, some bathroom door does not lock, pool table is broken and useless. Parking in night was headache.

Enough room for 8 adults and 6 children. Location was great, just a short walk to beach. Could improve on the furniture to make it more comfortable. Update the kitchen set and living room for a more modern style. Beds was comfortable. I thought the main bedroom with the bathroom and hot tub should have had the single king bed. But overall everyone had a wonderful experience. Lots of thanks to the host.

PROS: Location is convenient. Host has a quick response time! Cons: moldy tub when we checked in, Cleaner was offered to come, but why should we be asked, someone should have just been sent out. cleaned it ourselves b/c my cousin had been traveling and was ready to shower. Host stated she had cleaned for 12HRs, but we found an old quesadilla and large crumbs under a couch. Home was cleaned 3wks before we checked in, but not checked 24hrs prior to checkin, if so, these things could've been resolved. She has a local cleaner, whom she fired, but she already hired someone else; home still not that clean. Old food on pots, uncomfortable beds-not beds just a piece of thin foam on top of box springs; my 12 yr old nephews complained about the beds. The pool table is heavy with double plastic legs; it’s already lopsided; be careful. When we checked out, she sent a bill stating that we STOLE 16 towels and 6 Beach towels. At least 6 of us had towels from my Mom’s house; told her during cleanup, there could have been a mixup, BUT NOT a 22 towel mixup! Asked for an inventory-NONE. When we checked at home, we did have 6 WASHCLOTHS, 4HANDTOWELS AND 2 BATH TOWELS---NO BEACH TOWELS and NOT 14 bathtowels. Who will intentionally STEAL a total of 22 towels KNOWING they will be charged and accused of theft! We returned what we found; but I later found out that she submitted a fraudulent claim to the insurance company for $188. When we left, there were still at least 10 gray bath and 3 beach towels that were still clean and folded in the laundry room. the rest were in the bathroom we were instructed to leave them in, but she claimed she did not see them. If you don’t want to be blamed for theft, DO NOT STAY HERE! She told me to “please stop threatening with reviews” but I told her I am just being honest. she can say the entire apartment had missing items, but there’s no posted or recorded inventory, she said she took pics, but those pics could've been taken at ANYTIME and saved! There was no "bad blood" between us. When I expressed my disappointment, she offered a free night, but no way; especially not after my sister was practically folded up when the bed frame gave out (she was just laying there talking to me at the BDRM door). She and my brother left to stay with my Mom after that incident. Not a good experience. If you stay here, take pics & Videos the first and last day! And count EVERY LAST TOWEL! 22 Towels means we would have taken every towel she owns! SMH
