The Blossom is a wonderful apartment only minutes from the central old town, the port and many other attractions. This apartment has everything, is very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and it is perfect for a family of 4. All modern appliances plus a dryer for after washing clothes which was very helpful. We had a slight problem initially finding parking but we called the host, Georgia, and she immediately helped us. The central parking lot is only a 3 minute walk to the apartment so very closely located. She also gave us a few other helpful recommendations for restaurants, beaches and tourist sites to see in Heraklion. The overall experience was fantastic and we highly recommend her apartment. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

Warning! Reserve this location at your own risk!! We reserved this location in February for a family trip in March. We paid for the location well in advance as per the agreement. On the day we were leaving the US for Greece, we received a cancellation notice. It was literally 2 hours before we were leaving for the airport. We quickly found another location on Crete and paid more than double the rate we paid this location for the same time period. When we arrived in Greece, I reached out to both VRBO and to the owner of this location to understand when our refund would be processed for the cancellation. That's when the games started. The owner blamed VRBO for the cancellation. VRBO blamed the owner. While they pointed their fingers at each other, they both refused to give us our money back. We provided screenshots to both of them showing that the location showed as canceled. I've sent numerous emails and spent an hour with VRBO customer service. VRBO states that they understand how ridiculous this situation is, but that the owner of this location must refund us. After emailing the owner several times, the latest update from the owner is that she received our correspondence. Nothing more. We did NOT stay at the this location as it showed as cancelled. We were traveling with 2 children and couldn't take the risk of not having secure accommodations. By booking this location, we ended up having to scramble at the last minute to find another location on the day we were heading to the airport to go on this vacation. Despite this location being canceled, both the owner and VRBO have refused to refund us for the cancelled reservation. If you want a huge headache and to have to pay last minute booking prices for another location, this place is for you. If you want peace of mind knowing that the rug is not going to be pulled out from under you at the very last minute, you should book another location. It is inconceivable that this location not only cancelled at the last minute, but that they are also making us fight to get our refund back when we were the ones that received the last minute cancellation. Due to the lack of response from the owner and VRBO simply stating the owner has to refund us, we have finally given up and turned the whole mess over to American Express to deal with it. I highly suggest finding another location as this owner will take your money, cancel the reservation, and refuse to refund you.

The apartment was just as pictured and described. Once you enter the building, it’s like another world. It was very clean and controlled by smart features. The personal details like the essential oils diffuser, nesspresso coffee, bookmarks, etc. made the experience well thought out. For kids would be amazing with the layout of the beds, books to read, games and even silverware. Georgia went the extra mile by providing delicious desserts to celebrate my best friend’s 50th birthday as a surprise! The apartment is so convenient to stores, restaurants, port, bus, etc. A definite must stay! Again! ~KT

I wish we had premium blossom living residences in every city. This is the most brilliant high-tech apartment in a central location that I have ever stayed in. The communication with the host was very good. The apartment is very clean. The instructions are precise. The location is near the central square, the archeological museum in one direction and near the embankment on the other. Taxi drivers sometimes have difficulty finding the building. The entrance is under the car park. My family would stay again.

Brilliant apartment with high quality facilities very close to the city centre. It was a great pleasure to say we all enjoyed the stay at the property and highly recommend.
