Nice big rooms and a good Hot Tub and the daily service of it. Overall, it was a good stay with some issues but it didn't put us off.

Mould in the back bedroom bathroom and smell more mould when you enter the house. Bins were left full in the front garden, and you couldn't open the kitchen window as the flies were all around it and were coming in the kitchen. As a guest house, it should be emptied each time a new guest arrives. Take the rubbish to the tip or hotel bins. Sofa bed arm was broken, and the bin in the kitchen should be replaced as the lid was broken.

Was just what we wanted an extension to our stay in Scratby and a comfortable base to catch up with friends

It was beautifully decorated very clean and very comfortable. Dog friendly and hot tub was lovely too.

Parking was an issue.

Easy to collect keys, very clean! The jacuzzi was lovely! If was a quick walk to the beach and was fantastic because it was dog friendly!

The stairs are very steep and if you have bad knees they are a struggle and you may need to have someone spot you as you come down. Besides this it was fab! Could be helpful if the owners put down a grippy material or rug so it isn’t as slippy.

Pier Plain relaxing stay.

Queries answered very quickly and very helpful. Great location, short walk to the beach and Cliff Hotel for good food and dogs welcome on covered terrace.

nothing major , little things really. The coat hooks in the kitchen need moving nearer the door or at the bottom of the stairs. The stairs are extremely steep & possibly move the sign , so as you come down the stairs you see it. Didn’t notice it on the side wall until the last day. The bathroom at the rear has a low ceiling & the beams could be painted a darker colour , so they’re more visible. Parkings a bit of a pain but the FREE car park down the road needs to be shown on arrival or when people collect the keys.

Excellent stay in a lovely house

Well presented, clean, well equipped. The hot tub made it perfect. Free parking around the corner but could drop off outside the house.

We did not find anything we didn't like even the stairs that are steep my elderly parents were able to manage due to the double Bannister's.

Hot tub is a cheeky bonus for the price 😍 The place was immaculate great location to having a pub just across the road and the pier at the road!

lovely property, great location!

The property was decorated lovely and very modern! it is also located in a really good part of Gorleston-on-Sea especially walking to the beach! A Hot tub in the property is an added luxury which did sway us, and tv’s in each room is also great! The size of the bathrooms was really surprising and having baths was lovely too! The sofa pulling out to a sofa bed made lounging around much more comfy ..

The stairs caused quite a few issues for us. As well as being very steep they are also slippery. As a property that allows pets, it would not be safe for pets to use these stairs which would cause issues for people wanting this as a dog friendly stay. we found it worrying for ourselves. The beds we’re comfortable but due to being 2 singles pushed into a double it made them less comfortable as a double bed on other staycations. As a family that uses air bnb a lot and dog friendly stay cations for years we felt providing guests with recommendations of the area / food / drink / dog friendly restaurants/ things to do would benefit greatly! and also providing guests with a small welcome pack like other stay cations which includes milk coffee biscuits is really appreciated by guests.

Great weekend break with our dog, will definitely be back in the summer.

The decor was great, really clean and modern, had everything you would need and a great central location for dog walks on the beach. We liked that the garden was fully enclosed, so that our small dog could not escape. The hot tub was fabulous, it’s was great watching the fireworks from it.

Very steep stairs inside and a little slippery. Also no parking outside but a big free car park 2 mins walk away so not too bad.

A lovely few days in a great location and staying in a very comfortable, clean accommodation.

A nice newly refurbished property which has been done to an exceptional standard throughout. Everything was provided including a hot tub.

No immediate parking due to the main road location but there is a free car park a few minutes away. No big deal really.

The property was fantastic, lovely and clean throughout, well equipped and in a quiet location

The parking was a bit of a downside as it’s on street but directly outside the property it is double yellow lines so not recommended to park directly out front! I was lucky as there was parking available on the opposite side of the road so wasn’t too bad

Great weekend stay

The property was very well equipped with plenty of everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided alongside blankets, pillows and other little touches. Fairly close to beach. Impeccable cleaning of the property and hot tub was amazing to relax in.

A beautifully presented, comfortable home from home within walking distance of the beautiful Gorleston beach.

Walking distance to the beach. Well equipped. Hot tub.

The steep stairs were bare wood and were very slippery. Our small dogs tumbled down the stairs on a couple of occasions, and I should imagine small children or the elderly would struggle with the stairs. We have stayed in similar properties where a hessian type runner has been used to allow for a better grip on the stairs.

An exceptionally nice property, the photographs do not do it justice. parking a little difficult.

A quaint well decorated cosy property. Very clean with en suite in each room and a bathroom downstairs, with hot tub outside. Well equipped. Pets allowed as well. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was difficult and the two single beds were uncomfortable. We were so tired when we first arrived we chose the two singles put together as they were also at the back of the house but the double bed may have been comfortable. Very close to the pier and two minutes in the car to the beach.
