About this apartment rental

Modern flat with 2 bedrooms and a south-facing terrace which can accommodate up to 3 adults + 3 children under the age of 14.

This flat, which is only a few steps away from the centre of Ortisei, was built in 2021 and stands out for its modern and elegant furnishings.

The property consists of two bedrooms, of which one is a double and one is a twin room, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed.

There is a wonderful south-facing terrace with a view of the Dolomites of Val Gardena.

The state-of-the-art kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

House Dami rents two modern apartment, both equipped with a south-facing terrace or balcony, located 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei.

Built in 2021, this holiday rental stands out for its modern, high-quality interior and the wonderful view.

In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you for free (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cable cars. Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.

In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (10 minutes on foot - approx. 600 metres), with the Luis Trenker promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous.

You will find a bakery 50 metres from the house, where you can also buy a range of other groceries. The greengrocer is 150 metres from the house, and for the rest you will find everything in the centre of Ortisei.

House Dami also has outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage and linen and towels for free use.

Pets NOT allowed.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

So much fresh air flowing through this beautiful apartment. Only complaint is necessity of walking to the office to check in. If travelling without a car this is a bit of a treck from bus stop to check in office then to apartment.

This was an exceptional stay on the top floor. Pristine condition, well appointed, very modern styled with stunning view of the mtns. Very new and everything you’d need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Ski bus was so much easier than expected. Quick walk in and out of town so enjoyable. We mostly ate lunch in the ski huts (outstanding). We ate most dinners in. Pictures made me think we’d be on top of other homes/apts but no. VERY quiet if not silent. Thank you to our lovely host who is always magically there if needed! Grazzi!
