Enjoy beautiful sunrises over Miramar Beach from the private balcony of this stunning, newly renovated coastal condo in the gated community of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort. You will be an easy walk or free tram ride to the soft white sands of Miramar Beach. This home includes new beds, flooring and fixtures, and kitchen appliances, and new smart TVs in each room will make this condo feel like home. Spend your days playing tennis and swimming in the resort’s pools, or unwind with the sound of the ocean on Miramar beach. This condo overlooks the historic Coffeen Nature Preserve, a 210-acre park, with a view down the coastline to Panama City.

On the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, you will find indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, and basketball. With access to a free beach tram around the resort, the two restaurants, walking trails, and fitness facility will make for a perfect vacation day. Beyond the resort, the many shops and restaurants of Grand Boulevard are less than a mile away and the fun atmosphere of The Village of Baytowne Wharf is two miles from Tops’l. There are five golf courses, three state parks, many wonderful restaurants, and family activities within a five-mile radius of this vacation home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
