Manque d insonorisation

La vue et la localisation

Lorsque l'étage supérieur est loué le manque d'isolation acoustique vous donne l'impression que vos voisins sont chez vous. Par exemple on entendait parfaitement la communication téléphonique des voisins bien que ce dernier parlait très normalement. Leurs pas, la TV etc.

Comfortable bed, facilities were good, nice place to stay.

Quiet, comfortable, had everything I needed and the hist was very helpful

Cleaning hadn't been done from previous guests. Bed not made. Was cleaned next day while I was out. The host did provide an explanation which was acceptable

Everything was nice and tidy except the smelly spare blanket

The brown spare blanket in the room was rather smelling of really bad toejam.

Nice well situated unit, quiet area. Had everything we needed.

Very nice clean apartment, well situated not too far from everything. There is a small shopping centre within walking distance. Had a well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the lounge, like most rentals not the best. Would have liked use of the laundry but was locked. We did find a laundromat not far away and used the unit clothes line.

We were a family in grief and we found the focus of the landlord was to gain as much money from us as she could. We need

The location was perfect for us to join our wider grieving family

In the upstairs kitchen there was no tea towel available and when text sent to landlord about this we had no reply so we found one in the garage, we also found a cockroach. In the downstairs unit the sofa bed is really uncomfortable, and the shower head flops around.

Disappointing for what I paid.

The location was close to my cousins house which is where my family gathering was.

We were there for maybe half an hour and were sitting on the balcony just unwinding from our long trip. We were playing music but it was not loud. The neighbour came and told us to keep it down because his room is right next to the property. It killed our vibe straight away because we were there for one night and the majority of that time would be spent at my cousins. So we were only really at the house for about an hour before we had to leave to go to our gathering and then again to sleep. The bath had pubic hair in it and the couches were quite uncomfortable.

Very average for the charge and no presented as described. Booking.com should have sent instructions

Breakfast was not provided. The kettle had ants in it, yuk. We had to ring the owner to find the basement flat,(not apartment as stated). The noise from the people renting upstairs was as if they had jack boots on and as they finished their stuff at 3.30am, they woke us up and made loud noise for an hour at least. Not their fault, the house has no noise separation between upstairs and downstairs.

Noisey, no instructions for entry from booking.com, and ants in the kettle is discusting. No proper harbour view as promised, photos of the view may have been from upstairs. There was only one proper bed and yet two were offered. The fold out bed in the wardrobe looked very uncomfortable.

Downstairs apartment

I liked the facility (downstairs apartment) nice size. Peaceful although you could hear planes, I didnt mind. I see the top half of house also gets hired out, I however was the only occupant which might have contributed to the enjoyable peaceful stay

Zero contact with owner

The kapahaka at 2 till 5 in the morning from guests staying up stairs and then the neighbor having a go at me for the noise!

Not as clean as should have been .. the 3rd person bed was unsleepable couch was very uncomfortable... was expecting a tub ...upstairs noise was outrageous

Good location, very clean, good kitchen.

Upstairs had other guests staying part of the time and you could hear any little noise quite loudly. Also the couch was very small and super uncomfortable.

I like the painting and decor beds where comfortable

The place was dirty hair all over, mugs where brown inside, a coack-roch in the bedroom, spider webs inside the bathroom window, why should pay for cleaning yet I must load a dishwasher? And place isn't clean. Coffee in the sugar. Wifi wasn't really working.

The upstairs apartment had great views. Also nice quiet area. Close to Mount Maunganui where we spent most of our time Comfy bed in main room

Recycling bins were full so we took ours with us. Over priced for what you get. No spa access. Not worth $350 a night.
