In the spring of 2025, a courtyard house will be completed in the yard of the cottage, with 3 bedrooms, shower, toilet, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, the use of the courtyard house is included in the price. In the summer customers can find some games in the villa (eg. Mölkky, croquet, badminton game). Starting from June 2017 there is also a sand box for children to play in. The front garden has outdoor lights with twilight. Boat trip to Haikko Manor is approx. 800 m. The manor has a free public pier. Behind the villa's backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience. On the Kråkö island there has been a tradition to built wooden boats. In past there has been over 20 boat builders at best times. There is a boat carving museum on the island. The museum is possible to visit only by separate agreement / payment.
