Perfect breakfast location. Staff was helpful and extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

We were very satisfied with this location and the staff members.

Staff were very friendly and nearby shops

The floor and walls are thin. I could hear the people in the room above me walking around and even closing their window blind. Everytime someone slammed a door on my level my bed shook.

Lits confortables, chambre propre. J’ai bien aimé avoir gel douche et shampoing directement dans la douche. Micro-onde et frigo disponible dans la chambre. Mes gars ont adoré la piscine. Le déjeuner était parfait, beaucoup de variété. Un hôtel de qualité et à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Modern room and furnishings. Very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly, efficient and professional. Great location right off interstate highway.

Could has used a few more outlets for some plug-ins.

Glenn was our cook and food preparer and the food was fantastic! He made his own banana bread! He was friendly and had all of us laughing. I will book this hotel again. Hope Glenn will be there.

Breakfast was very good. It was cold being that it was right at the front door. The breakfast was not cold. I was cold.

It’s impeccable clean. Comfortable hotel I love how the room is clean everything in the hotel is great!

Had a convention at the Kartrite Resort Fri thru Sun, was way too expensive to stay there. For the price and size we needed, the Hampton Inn was perfect. Room was clean, staff was kind and respectful.

The only downfall was the watermane break that happened - could not shower the entire stay. The water had a strange smell to it although it was told to us that it was safe to shower. I know there was nothing that could be done but it was just a huge inconvenience.

Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean.

The pool was closed and we were counting on it as part of our stay.

Great breakfast prepared by Glenn who personally greeted breakfast guests. Very nice and accommodating manager who also greeted arriving guests and made an additional nights reservation for me. Able to walk to next door shopping mall for Asian restaurant and grocery store.

This hotel is a GREAT improvement over any other hotel in the area. I liked everything and would suggest it to everyone.

My reservation was cancelled by Hilton this past weekend. I called the front desk directly to request early check in, I spoke to Brooke. She confirmed my reservation and told me she could bit guarantee early check in. I changed my plans so I could check in later. When I called later to confirm my room size & non smoking, I was told I had no room, hotel was fully booked. Brooke did not tell me when I called that my room had been cancelled. No one from Hampton Inn called me to inform me. I spoke with Kaylee who told me the only option was a room in Middletown, it was after 6 pm, I was far from home, in a remote area & I had no choice. I had to drive 55 minutes out of my way to the hotel. I then had an hour and a half round trip drive to & from my daughter’s camp which I was visiting & had to take that hour and a half drive multiple times. I had my 80 year old mother with me as well. I then was charged $497.00 by Hilton for the room in Middletown!! Had Brooke told me when I called at 9:30 am on Sat that my reservation had been cancelled NONE of this would have happened and I would have had a chance to book something much closer. Hilton is responsible fir their employees and despite Booking.com overbooking the reservation, Brooke, a Hilton employee, not only confirmed my reservation at 9:30 am, but never said anything about my reservation being cancelled. Furthermore, Kaylee knew at 3:30 pm that my reservation had been cancelled and never bothered to call me directly. She said she messaged Booking.com & they said they would contact me. She should have taken a minute to call me to make sure I knew, but neglected to do so. I am entitled to a refund of the amount charged to my Amex for the huge inconvenience Hilton & Booking.com caused me.
