Excellent staff. Easy check in and check out.
The screen door was broken, the toilet felt like it was going to sink in or fall through the floor

Smell, no hot water usable in shower, no proper security etc etc.

Cute little cabin - the owner was extremely friendly and helpful and kind. Very personable & the cabin was comfortable & felt like a safe space. It felt homely even as a pit stop on an interstate trip.
I do wish there has been soap in the cabin, but not a big deal as I managed to find my own. It was freeeeeeeezing inside the cabin - however the lady did offer to bring me a heater when I checked in but I insisted it wouldn't be necessary. But it was much colder inside the cabin than outside, which I didn't expect. The neighbours who were long time tenants of the park did blast music & were a bit loud for the first part of the evening (I went to sleep very early though after a very long drive) but overall it was still very nice & the cabin was really cute & roomy!

staff were wonderful, happy to provide info and extra blankets
cabins were too close so couldn’t sleep as the park is VERY noisy. budget cabin very budget, the shower leaked all night, the floor in the toilet was almost ready to fall through, there were bugs on the walls, very cold inside

easy to find and really cheap
they automatically assumed that a group of three people were one couple plus an extra which meant my two friends had to share a bed. they said had they known they would have given us a different cabin that was no longer available when we got there

This is Country Australia and I loved meeting some cool outback dudes! Great pub meals and cafes close by. Very close to the shopping centre.Great staff and clean showers and toilets. Accomodation options including tents, caravans and cabins. Just a short drive from the Western Plains Zoo
Currently no barbecue facilities or a fridge for tent or caravan camping but upgrades are on the way!

Good location, check in lady was very nice.
Bathroom and kitchen were clean.
Instantly met by a shady character walking through the check in lane. Very poor lit park with angry dogs tied up and permanent residents were very rude and suspicious. Cars pulling in and out of the cabin next to us revving loudly and people arguing and yahoohing at all hours of the night. The room was full of bugs and cockroaches and a vent missing from the roof above the kids bunks, dropping bugs and spiders around. No curtains on the kids bed windows which was disturbing with a permanent resident living right outside the window and no cleaning equipment for washing dishes etc. Very uncomfortable bed and very noisy place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES.

The location
The long term residents appeared to be dealing in substances over the fence and within the park. This was not ideal when we had children with us. The reception was not open when we arrived and the hours were very hit and miss. we had to ring three times to get a key for the amenities so we could use the toilet, the man that answered the phone told us to ask our neighbours to open the door for us. The park was very untidy with overflowing bins, long grass and inefficient camp sites. The long stay residents had a lot unsightly rubbish around their sites and there were people living their in tents. The caravan dump site was located right in the centre of the park.

Some bloke hitting his kids next door and then screaming

The cabin has new blinds, bedding, bathroom etc.
Shops are close.
Accepts pets.
Mostly quiet (except for multiple vehicles coming and going next door)
Cabin smells of stale cigarettes. The hot water system requires attention as it’s freezing one minute the boiling the next. After an 11 hour drive, it was quite disappointing being unable to enjoy a shower.
Most of the residents must be permanent. The couple next door to cabin 10 (my cabin) are most definitely drug dealers. There were cars of young people visiting for a minute or 2 late into the night. The grounds require an urgent clean up. I paid $117 for 1 night while traveling. It was worth about $20 for the bed. Apart from the water issues and the scent of cigarettes, the cabin was fine. I would not recommend the environment outside of the cabin for most people.
