It was either freezing or roasting and theres a pub right below so the entire night we were listening to drunk people shouting

Breakfast WOW!! Staff had all the time in the world to make you welcome, and your stay comfortable. Truly a traditional irish welcome! I haven't experienced this kind of hospitality in a long time. QUALITY.

Would definitely recommend

The rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. We went as a group and requested the rooms close together and they were able to. The breakfast exceeded our expectations- they had a menu with lots of option and also accommodated people with allergies. All the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

The location wasn’t as close to our destination as we had hoped but other than that it was in a great area with a marina close by.

Lovely welcome from Carmel. Guesthouse is modern, clean lovely room and ensuite. Great location in a lovely little village.

A lovely welcoming, warm feel to this place

Forn the minute we walked in we were met with a welcoming smile. We were late arriving as it was a last minute decision but it was no problem we were shown our room immediately. The room was warm and spotless. There was a mini fridge with water for us, tea and coffee facilities and a TV in the room. The bathrrom was spotless and plenty of towels. As I am having treatment for cancer we were looking for a quiet break away and this was the perfect place. Also breakfast is served late and this was perfect for us. Highly recommend this accommodation and its location as perfect for touring Leitrim. We will definitely be back maybe even this year!

I honestly cannot find any fault in this property. It is above a pub but we didn't hear anything and our window was open all night.

A hidden gem

Omg what a venue. A little hidden gem. The rooms are absolutely spotless, all newly furbished. The most comfortable bed iv ever slept in. Thank you to Carmel a very helpful and friendly host. The breakfast was top quality such an array of choice.

It was very clean and comfortable. New furniture, good bedding. Nice staff.

The price of accommodation includes breakfast, I would like to make a wish to get breakfast at least from 8 am.

Exceeded my expectations!

Excellent place to stay for a short period. All facilities needed there are in the room. The room is brand new , tidy and comfortable. Nice pub on the first floor, Helpful staff. Nice breakfast included

A great room, great food, great staff: you couldn't want for more if you're in the area

The room was clean, recently refurbished and the facilities top-notch. I had mild concerns about the accommodation being right above the bar/restaurant below but that wasn't an issue at all. There was a function on below with loud music but once we went to our room we couldn't hear a thing! Whatever sound-proofing has been carried out, it's worked wonderfully! The staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly, got us checked in early and were on-hand whenever we needed something.

Beautiful area, with lovely walks in and from the village. Parking nearby. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Good food. Bar facilities, great for socialising, or just chilling. A get-away place.

Sometimes the access door to the premises slammed shut. Quite loud. Could do with a soft-closing feature.

Room spacious and spotless, bed very comfortable. No noise, peaceful sleep. Pub next door with cosy open fire, great staff and friendly local customers. Plenty of choice on the menu and the best curry I've had in ages. Lovely breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My first time in Leitrim and I'll definitely go back.

Friendly, comfortable, very modern settings with more than you get in an average B&B.

Breakfast was fantastic. Nice to have Boxty served. Lady serving breakfast for very helpful and friendly. She even gave a bottle of water for my journey when i was leaving - I travel a lot and it's the small things that make a difference (kettle in room, an iron, a fridge and plenty of water).
