Very comfortable, pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, warm and welcoming. Felt safe as a lone traveller. The rooms were neat, clean and cosy. Spacious and clean bathrooms.

Great value, clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The convenience where the hotel was situated, short walk to shops ect.

The doors slammed with people leaving for work at 4 am

Great value stay, clean and quiet and comfortable

Old world charm, super clean, large rooms. While the bathrooms are outside the room it isn’t like a row of showers and toilets, they are individual lockable bathrooms with toilet, basin, dual shower. There is also a sink in the hotel room.

Love this place, will always stay here on our roadtrips!

Staff are lovely! We love staying here. Food is delicious. Bathrooms are nice, big, and clean.

Excellent location for an inexpensive business stay in the Queanbeyan or Canberra area.

Facilities of a hotel are available right below at Pub prices. Despite Hotel below, room was quiet and comfortable.

Really great, would stay again.

The place was super cute and clean! Perfect for a quick stopover on a road trip. Me and my partner loved it, will definitely stay again next time we are passing through.

Great Weekend Night Life at Accommodation

Perfect central location for an overnight stay. The Hotel staff were amazing and extremely helpful on check in. Definitely recommend. Great night life downstairs on the weekend at the hotel.

There are only stairs to access the upstairs rooms so ensure you don’t have too much heavy luggage

I didn't get to stay there as the room was up a massive staircase and I cannot climb stairs. I booked online and the adv. did not mention rooms upstairs. I stay in hotels in Sydney and Melbourne and they have lifts to get guests to their rooms. I feel that my money should be refunded to me. So please refund via my Pay Pal Account with $107.10 Regards Monica Martin

Stairs to second floor. Stood for about 10mins in the bar waiting to check in, and then got taken to a separate counter.

More than satisfied. The positives far exceeded the (relatively minor) negatives.

Spotless and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Accommodation up two flights of stairs. A fair distance from other amenities in Qbn.

easy to find, comfortable, felt safe, shared showers weren’t a problem, they are huge and for 2 people, everything you need is in the bathroom, no noise and pub had long hours, just love it

I love the place because it is old and The staff make you feel welcome n it is close to everything

They is nothing i would say bad about the place well except for the bed bugs that they have to get some bicarsoad n put on mattress and then vacuum it off and they all gone

I LIKE HOW NICE IT IS TO STAY HERE I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WELL FIRST IT IS AN OLD BUILDING N THEN THE LOVELY FRIENDLY STAFF THEY MAKE YOU FEEL SO WELCOME N THEN YOU GO TO YOUR ROOM N IT FEELS LIKE YOU HAVE STEPED BACK IN TIME IT IS SO NICE

That they don't have any where to park they need to get there own spots for the guest
