The property is new and modern. Extremely clean. The roof deck has an amazing view of downtown Cabo and so does your seat in the jacuzzi. The fire pit was beautiful at night.

The only negative are the car traffic noise and dogs barking.

Tolle Suite mit einem kleinen Abstrich

Die Suite ist neu und sehr grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon oder Essbereich über die Stadt zum Hafen ist der Hammer. Der Rooftopbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Die Garage ist grosszügig und safe. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig in 10 Min. erreichbar.

Schade, dass die neuen Fenster nicht dicht waren und der Strassenlärm und sonstige Partygeräusche der Gegend sehr gut zu hören waren.

Comfortable and generally well-stocked apartment. Decent location, albeit noisy at night.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in, however, he came quickly and was helpful to tell me where the room was and a general layout of the building. We found out from another guest we met at the rooftop that we could ask for items we were missing in the apartment, including even a blender. We didn't get a chance to do that as it was already our last night. The rooftop and pool were lovely, as well as the hot tub. We made use of it one night and also enjoyed the sunset and sunrise views. Overall, it's a top choice for me in Cabo - far enough away from the crowded marina but close enough that we could get to the boats every morning to go diving.

The lock on the door looked a bit loose. It was very noisy in both rooms which were facing different sides of the building. However, the apartment was comfy. The safe didn't work for the duration of our stay, although they tried to give us instructions over whatsapp on how to fix the problem. Sadly that still didn't work. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the apartment upon check in, as there weren't really any convenience stores close by we could go to get essentials for our stay.

I didn't mind the fifteen minutes walk to the marina area but it was in a loud part of town with heavy traffic early and all day.

Nice, secure apartment, close to everything!

The property is in the perfect location. It was close to everything, just a short Uber ride and we even walked some places. The apartment has a secure entrance with an attendant there most of the time.

The couch was dirty in the apartment we stayed in and there was an odor under the kitchen sink. The management company only provided a few garbage bags and one extra roll of toilet paper. No, dish liquid or even wash cloths in the bathroom, only body, hand and beach towels. It would have been nice if they communicated that initially, but luckily Walmart was near by. I would have liked to have more basic courtesy items and even a few bottles of water to start. The traffic noise was loud at times, but not unexpected for the area, as it is downtown. We got used to it after a couple days.

I loved the rooftop area. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The gym rooftop was very cool. I love love loved the bathroom amenities. I really wanted to take the shampoo and conditioner. The room was a great size and comfy bed. Also the restaurant downstairs has the best BRICKOVER PIZZA!!

I loved everything!! It’s in a busy area and in the morning you will hear cars and horns.
