Overall 8 ½ out of 10. Parking was challenging and would have been impossible if all units were full. Toilet seat needs

With a little more care and attention this could have been a very nice place to stay

Room was hard to heat Cutlery and cups needed replenishing one cup one knife Used Cleaning cloth left hanging in bathroom Exterior entrance and garden very neglected Arrived at night there was no property or outside lighting Off site and removed management ,room had little effort made to make one feel welcome

Great location and clean room. Rooms are modern but old joinery could do with some maintenance.

Walking distance to beach and town centre. We had seen this house for the last fifteen years so were looking forward to stay

Ranch slider to room kept getting stuck making it hard to open the door. Needs new rollers. Latch on window joinery by bed didn’t work so hard to lock window. Window was open when we got there and wife could close but could not move latch and lock. Latch is corroded so new window latch would fix. Nails starting to come up on the deck need to be hammered down.

Great location but not value for money in my opinion

only place left to stay as hadn’t booked. Didn’t realise we would need to😱 comfy bed though😊

A lot of money for what it was. Paint peeling and fixtures a bit worn out.

Loved the decor. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

(Queen studio) - Booking was for 4 people however, only three towels were provided. There were ants all over the toiletpaper and wall in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit small and no extractor fan so everything gets wet and moisture drips from the door frame after you've showered.

Lovely property with easy walk to main street

The studio was well presented and clean and comfortable

I didn't know how to access the key when we arrived so luckily the neighbour was there to explain as the owners don't live on site

We had a comfortable stay in a bright, airy unit which was conveniently close to town.

The unit was bright and airy and appeared to be newly refurbished.

I felt it was expensive for what it was. We couldn’t get the heating on the reverse cycle air conditioner to work. Small plates would have been good as there were just two large dinner plates.

The bed and sofa bed were very comfy. Everything was really good except that it was raining hard.

We have no meal option in our booking.

There was a cockroach crawling on the wall. It was very difficult to find the entrance driveway at night because it was totally dark.

Location Location Location as they say!

A very attractive &(spanish)styled house, location is ideal close to town center only 200m walk..& beach is only 3-400m. The Lovely front apartment which can sleep up to four also had a beautiful cobblestone courtyard with a covered porch with plenty of seating & also an outside fireplace if you so desired to light up is an extra very few places have. The entire site has excellent top quality paving & car parking areas.

Nothing was disliked, the apartment was perfectly situated for a whangamata stay.

Not worth the cost

Tidy. Both bed and couch were comfortable.

No milk, no tea bags (apart from green tea), have to say for the cost it wasnt worth it, it was a last minute stay due to a sick family member in the area.
