Una breve estadía

El alojamiento tenía una muy linda decoración, la cual se destacaba de forma favorable. Las camas eran cómodas y las sábanas estaban súper limpias.

No me gustó que me escribieran para avisarme que me cambiaban a una habitación del patio a una de adentro porque había niños muy ruidosos y debían colocarlos en la Habitación de afuera porque había gente que se había quejado. Me pareció un acto de discriminación hacia las familias que viajamos con niños.

Excelente estadia, buena relación precio calidad

El lugar es muy acogedor, la gente es muy amable y atenta para cualquier cosa que uno necesite, estaba todo muy limpio, tranquilo y silencioso. Realmente parece una casa. La cama, que elegí king, era increíble, super cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien, me ofrecieron huevos revueltos. Hay juegos en el living para jugar y el jardin es muy bonito.

Yo había reservado otra habitación, no pregunte porque no me dieron la que elegí, aunque me dieron una bastante grande, había elegido con vista al jardin y teníamos una ventana a la calle. Hubiera estado bueno que me dijeran. Teniendo en cuenta que reservé como 5 meses antes, debería haber disponibilidad. Esto es solo un comentario para tener en cuenta, no es que arruinó la estadía. El baño estaba super frío, habia una estufa pero era chica para el tamaño del lugar, fui en Junio así que tuve bastante frío.

Volvería una y otra vez

Muy cómodo, el personal muy amable y atento siempre dispuestos a lo que se necesite, el desayuno delicioso. Ubicados en una buena zona cerca a restaurantes.

Me robaron el equipaje del auto

Si bien las instalaciones están bien y el personal fue muy amable, deje el auto en la puerta del Hotel (no cuenta con estacionamiento) y me rompieron un vidrio y me robaron dos maletas.

La piscina, la habitación limpia, el espacio, la calidad del hotel, la amabilidad en la atención.

Te mandan mails todos los dias para calificarlos. Ok. El baño no tenia insumos basicos como jabon o shampoo. La canilla hacia ruido al abrir. El agua de la pileta del jardin esta sucia. El desayuno es muy basico.

Voltaria se fosse outro quarto.

Excelente localização. Café da manhã ótimo!

A janela do quarto possui 3 metros, toda a extensão do quarto. Porém, ela não abre, não há nenhuma opção de ventilação, nem no banheiro. (Inclusive a porta do banheiro não fechava) Ou seja, o cheiro do banheiro sai e fica no quarto por horas, até voce respirar ele todo! E porque a janela não abre? Simplesmente porque é no andar abaixo do nível da recepção, e essa janela dá de frente para o estacionamento, que fica na calçada, ou seja, se chegar um carro, principalmente com os faróis acesos, a impressão é que o carro está entrando dentro do quarto!!! Além disso, não há cortina black out! Você acorda com a luz do dia às 5:30. Fiquem atentos, se te colocarem nesse quarto já peçam para trocar.

Ótima localização e custo benefício. Recomendo 100%, seja para jovens/casais/mais velhos.

Ótima localização (era possível ir a pé as duas ruas mais movimentadas de mendoza), cama excelente, quarto limpo e grande. Lugar muito aconchegante, com café da manhã com atendimento excelente (café feito na hora em prensa francesa, medialunas assadas na hora, ovos feitos na hora ao fazer o pedido, etc.).

Apenas o box, por ser uma banheira com cortina, o que não gostamos muito. Era limpo e com boa ducha, mas não é ideal. Mas aparentemente é comum na Argentina.

There was a difference of $20 USD between the booking.com price and the final charge. The hotel said this was due to the changes in exchange rate although this hasn’t happened at any of our other bookings in Argentina through booking.com. I would recommend confirming the price before paying

Casa Reconquista - convenient location

The location of Casa Reconquista is excellent within an easy walk to the center of Mendoza. The staff at Casa Reconquista were very friendly and served breakfast early for me so that I could make two tours.

The closets are big, but only had three close hangers. The closets could easily accommodate thirty close hangers. There were no rubbish bins in the guestrooms. At least my room lacked one. I'm not a big fan of shared bathrooms but knew about this in advance.

The location is great close to Western Union, Bars and Restaurants

The room I stayed in was at the front in almost like a basement style where the light from the entrance shown in the room all night. Even with a eye mask it was hard to sleep. It is also very noisy as you hear people coming and going. The breakfast was very average. The staff weren’t that helpful unlike my other stats but really what let this place down was the room I didn’t get a good nights sleep the bed wasn’t comfortable and the bathroom/shower was cold water and more dripped than powerful.

Pleasant

Friendly staff and good location. They were nice to accommodate an early breakfast for us before our flight.

The facility had a lot of mosquitoes in the room and especially in the shared bathroom.

Excellent place for a short stop when on a budget.

Excellent location and fantastic hospitality. The place had a welcoming and relaxing feel. My room was spacious and well equipped.

On the downside, unfortunately the wall are very thin so you can hear other guests. Although I had a private bathroom, my room was located just next to the shared showers and bathrooms and because how the door locks are designed, I could hear them slamming every time. The pool looked a bit abandoned (not maintained) so didn’t use it.

Very good

Good value. Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. The location is good because is within a medium distance of all the interest points. However, the public transport in Mendoza is good.

The bed cover and towels were with stains, probably a fail from laundry service but the housekeepers should see it when making the rooms. They left our window open when they made the service, this make me feel unsafe because the window was straight to the street.

Beautiful neighborhood location yet close to all the wonderful restaurants!

Room was warm but It was unusually cold in Mendoza so the tile floors we cold a bit cold on the feet.
