How close it was to Graceland, big house, comfortable beds, owner was very nice
House could use some updating, couldn’t figure out how to use the tv, kept asking us to sign in, just wanted to get local channels. Other than that, everything was fine

This property was bigger than expected when looking at the original pictures. We stayed here for a baseball tournament, and our boys loved the house. The game room was a big hit! The beds were comfortable, nice size bedrooms/bathrooms, and close to shopping/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
The house itself is nice, the neighbors were nice. The “area” was a little sketchy, but no one bothered us. I would stay again if I was back in the area.

This home was very clean and stocked with everything we could have needed! We had a wonderful time, it was close to attractions, and we will definitely be back!

Lots of space and living rooms
Great large bedrooms

Proximity to Graceland and surrounding attractions was very convenient. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangements. Nice bathrooms to get ready in the mornings. Quiet area. Responsive host when needed.
There were a lot of bugs inside the house. Spiders, mosquitoes... a broken window in the king room . Along with a hole in the bedroom door. The backyard was not a pleasant place to sit and hang out. The wifi was out (not their fault). The dish channels didn't work the majority of the time.

Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful house.
neighborhood was a little sketchy across the street. No one bothered us tho.

The location. Was right by what we wanted to do and could walk instead of drive.
The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. And the plastic cover was very annoying when sleeping.

Property was very cute and clean on the inside. Remodeled so it was a nice place to stay.
Plastic/rubber covers on the mattresses. Very hot, uncomfortable and loud. The yard needed to be cleaned up. Lots of leaves and sticks around. Outside area needed to be tended to.

It was very spacious. The owner was very friendly and humble about the needed repairs when I brought them to her attention.
It wasn't enough towels.

Inside the house was very clean, (huge plus) plenty of room, well equipped and great location for attractions.
The yard (front and back) was unkept: leaves and branches everywhere, couldn't sit outside on patio due to this (even though we visited in Feb- the weather was nice) ..... why aren't the leaves raked in the fall??
The beds were just ok, as far as comfort, however the mattresses are covered in plastic (I'm assuming for protection from bed bugs) which is thoughtful, but make you sweat and every time you rollover, would make crinkling sounds.
The internet for TV, kept buffering and the pool table is broken (looks good in pic) and not usable: bumpers broke, tear in cloth and not level.

Went with family and friends. Instead of going back to indiividual hotel rooms, it was nice to go back to the house to relax and all still be together.

Clean, great area, so nice to come "home" to! Our hostess went the extra mile for us and was so so nice!
Couldn't open the back doors and would have liked to sit out there in the mornings. But definitely not a deal breaker!

This home is located in Whitehaven. When we drove to the home it was located in a cul de sac . The neighborhood was very quiet. The home looks just like the pictures. The game room was a add on bonus for the family-fun fun. We were able to access the patio due to no smoking inside the home. We clearly respected that. There was cleaning supplies and extra items they allowed you to use in the fridge. We slept so good and very peaceful. It was really a quiet area and I recommend this place for family, couples because there is literally 3 full baths. I have nothing bad to say about the property at all. We will definitely be back-no more hotels in Memphis ever again. It was a great stay.
Nothing at all

it was clean on the inside and very presentable
it wasn’t in a very good location and therefore I didn’t feel safe especially when I noticed a bedroom window broken. I would’ve loved to be notified ahead of time.

The property was very clean. The picture shown are exactly how the house looks inside. The game room was an added plus for the males in our family. Also the host was excellent. She checked in to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything.
Also, the location is convenient as you can visit many attractions that are minutes away from the retreat.

The property was in a low key spot and once we stepped in it was perfect. I wish I would have booked another night that’s how much we enjoyed our stay.
It was very spacious and comfortable and everything thing was clean.
