Our large family had a great stay at your beautiful home! Trempleau is such a small and beautiful place. Our kids loved the frequency of the training going by. It was a very relaxing and memorable weekend. Your home had everything we needed!

Our family of 16 - from 4 months to great-grandmother - had a fabulous stay at this house. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and gathering spaces for all our needs. Kitchen and house were well-supplied (except shampoo). Cell service was spotty but normal for tiny town, wi-fi was adequate. Loved Trempealeau vibe, local parks, and views of the Mississippi. You might want earplugs for first few nights until you get used to the regular trains coming along the river a few blocks away.

Five retired couples (70+ ages) take an annual Fall bicycle trip. For 2023 we chose Trempealeau, Wi, and found this VRBO rental. It more than met our needs, especially the huge living room!
Except for rain; nice town & rental!

Our group of 14 siblings and spouses stayed at and enjoyed this property immensely. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved watching the barges and trains from the porch. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!

We very much enjoyed the property and area. The only complaint is when reserving property. It doesnt say how many are included in original price. With room for over 12 people, we weren't expecting to be charged for so many extra people. It really seems like false advertising. It's not that it's not worth it, just would like a little more honesty. I would book it again if we decided to return to area. There were a lot of unexpected charges.

This is a beautiful house with a view of the Mississippi River. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lock and dam #6 is within walking distance and it was interesting to see a barge pass through it. All in all this was a great place to stay.

We were in town for a long weekend with friends and family and stayed as this beautiful home. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home is updated with newer furniture, beds, applicances. All the rooms are spacieous and the beds are very comfortble. The living room was an awesome place to hang out and they had plenty of blankets in the living room to just cover up. We weren't there long enough to cook but the kitche is modern and had everything we needed for cooking. Loved this place. I had a question for Ashley the host and she responded within 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place, worth the price. Oh and the view is beautiful. We will stay here again.

I'd walk every morning along the River , watching boats and trains pass buy. My grandkids would walk a block to the ice cream stand or bakery. My kids & guests would would walk 2 blocks to the historic Trempealeau Hotel for walnut burgers, or cocktails, or listen to the evening live music in the parklike back yard. What a great vacation!

Everything you need in a very well equipped kitchen. Only thing missing was enough dinner plates, but we made do.

We’re a group of 8 friends, couples and singles, who just needed a respite. This place was amazing. Spacious with gleaming hardwood floors, modern kitchen, and baths, appealing and functional furniture and decor. It wasn’t over furnished, and every bed was deliciously comfortable. There are river views from the balcony and the breeze through the windows was delightful. Plenty of places to gather and chat as well as spacious private places to sneak off for a nap. Deep gratitude to Ashley for Providing a perfect retreat for the weary.

We all enjoyed our stay at this very spacious, and well furnished home. We appreciated the Christmas decorations! Our only concern was that the garbage container was pretty full when we got there, and placing our bags beside it, might have attracted some animal to tear open the bags.

Perfect stay for three generations - you won’t be disappointed!
We stayed three nights while my daughter graduated from UWL. The location is perfect - a quiet corner of a charming neighborhood, and a two minute walk to the river. The river has paved walkways and an outdoor venue with live music. We met neighbors as we walked about. I’d love to share pictures my father took. He’s nearly ninety and a photographer. The huge eagle’s nest (just five houses away) had two babies and to feed them, the adults flew back and forth throughout the day. The lawn furniture is comfortable and the balcony delightful. We had coffee on the front porch each morning. There was a total lunar eclipse and the viewing was spectacular because we were away from city lights. And the house… comfortable beds, great linens, huge rooms, big windows. Well appointed bathrooms. The kitchen was very easy to get around and had everything we needed. One night steak & potatoes, and other night spaghetti & meatballs. There’s a terrific festival grocery store about 8 miles toward La Crosse. Don’t know if I’ll be back to Trempealeau, but will definitely stay here if I am. Ashley was communicative and check-in was seamless.

Very large, clean house
We loved this place and will probably stay here again when visiting the area.
We experienced a hiccup with the check in procedure as the keys in the lockbox were NOT for this property so we had to wait ~30 minutes for someone to show up with the proper keys. Even then the guy almost locked himself out of the place because he thought the keys in the box were correct.
Other than that, this place was pretty awesome. Comfortable couches huge dining room table.
Make sure the keys are right next time and it’s a 5 star place!
