This cozy 1920's Mill house is the definition of a small-town getaway. This home-away-from-home is only 1 mile from historic downtown Waynesville and is walking distance to Hazelwood district. Also an easy 30 minute drive to Downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Sylva. The Smoky Mountains National Park lies 45 minutes west, and Cattaloochee Ski Resort is only 15 minutes down the road in Maggie Valley. After a busy day of sightseeing, you'll love coming back here to rejuvenate. A vaulted ceiling sits over a newly remodeled kitchen, with a large island for folks to gather around and reminisce about the day. We were in town for a quick weekend visit. The home was very comfortable, beautiful kitchen with all the cooking items you would want. Updated kitchen and baths. Helpful to have a full size washer/dryer. Great outdoor area, big backyard, games to keep you busy. We will certainly return if we have the opportunity. Highly recommend!

House is perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything you need for the house is available the second you walk in. It’s less than 4 minutes from downtown but is secluded and private. We will be coming back again very soon. You will not regret booking here!

I lived in Haywood County for over 25 yrs, before moving to TN. This visit was to visit friends and conduct business. Property is conveniently located in town. Convenient to the great downtown area. Easy access to main highways

Cute house in good neighborhood. Walked a few times, nice neighbors. Walked about half mile to Ingles grocery store; no issues. Ate close by at a beach-themed cafe in Hazelwood-excellent large breakfast plates. Hazelwood Soap Company is my favorite for special scrubs, locations, soap & more. We have family in Waynesville so this was a perfect location for all our needs. We had no issues with any of the amenities. Received address & entry instructions in a timely manner.

Great location for us. It was close to our friends’ home in Waynesville. We didn’t want to be in the mountains, we wanted to be somewhere relatively flat so this property was perfect. Still had great views. We had an AC issue but it was resolved in less than 2 hours!! Great host, great place.

Great indoor and outdoor space and good value. We were in town for Folkmoot which was a block away. We had easy access to all that Waynesville offered. We loved the decor and the well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds were a plus.

Great place to stay! Super clean and cute. Great communication with property manager. Stocked with everything you need and then some. Worked perfect for our family of four! We especially loved the outdoor area and the dart board!!

A friend and I took our cars up to drive thru the mountains and this was a great starting place. The cottage was clean, new and perfect for us. Very accommodating host.
