3 KING BEDS and 4 FULL SHOWERS plus a jacuzzi brand jet bath tub in the master suite. Blackout shades in every room.

Lake house meets tech world with smart TVs in every room with the ability to airplay music through the entire house. Reclining theater chairs provide a cozy spot to relax after a long day. Pool table, ping pong and four hole putting green with adult and kids clubs. Loft above garage is a great separate space. Full bathroom, TV, massage chair, double bed and single bed trundles. It’s a great place for kids to sleep and hangout or a private room away from all the action. Kitchenette including mini fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.

This property is in a fantastic location. It's just far enough from the city but close enough to enjoy all of its amenities. The house is located on a peninsula so the views are great from just about every room in the house. You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout at the large pool. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is near the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use. The house has the BEST SPOT TO WATCH JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. The fire work show is right in front of you. The Frisco Star, Shops of legacy and Stonebriar mall are within 30 minutes.

We enjoyed are 9 days there. Traveled to play baseball 8u world series. House was clean pool everything i really recommend to stay there. Danny was great and always on top of everything thank you so much

Location was amazing. Surrounded by lake waters for the vacation feel yet close enough to town when things were needed. Plenty of space both indoor & out. Spent a lot of time by the pool & playing outdoor games. Plenty of things to keep teens busy. We had 3 families with us total & there was enough space for all of us to get wedding ready. Highly recommend this house. It checks all of the boxes for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Gorgeous views & very nice up to date amenities.

We had a wonderful time using this property for my wedding weekend! Our host was so gracious and communicative in just the right way! My aunt stayed here with us also and she uses a walker. The home was accessible for her and she was very comfortable in the space. We had lots of fun using the games as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a space!!

Nice home in a good neighborhood in quiet private culdesac. Great pool area for outside relaxing and gathering with view of lake. Perfect house for sports or movie enthusiasts - comfy theater chairs and large TVS! Good area for gathering around the table for dining! Would recommend this home by the lake!!

No lake access, but the house is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and other outdoor games available. We also enjoyed the pool/ping-pong table inside. The views of the lake were awesome. Recommend this property really did enjoy location and the peaceful atmosphere.

This place was great. Loved the atmosphere and location. We do a family/ friends gathering many times in the summer and I would definitely recommend this place. So relaxing and viewing the lake out the windows is always a place. Will definitely look for availability next summer.

Spacious home that accommodated our golf team and 6 parents. The boys loved having a pool to cool off in and their own hang out space in the large room above the garage. The air conditioner in this room dripped a lot of water from condensation. House was overall clean but some of the kitchen cabinets could use some attention. Manager was quick to respond to questions.

The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit as well as the time spent at the pool. There were also plenty of TVs to watch movies. We did not stay in the loft but the other rooms in the main house were large enough to accommodate our family and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed here over the Fourth of July. We enjoyed the fireworks at Little Elm from the yard. Spent time in the pool. Loved the loft and areas inside the home to play games and watch movies. WE also loved all the touches of home. Spices, grilling tools, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and some paper goods. Which odd really helpful when traveling and trying to cook in a new place! We really appreciated that. All in all we had a great family vacation!

The room over the garage was great for the teenagers. The younger kids enjoyed the pool. You could see the lake but no immediate access. The only bedroom with a private bath was the master. The garage room also has it's own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend with sons and their families, spent 3 days by the pool. The kids had a blast, when kids are happy everyone is happy. It was a quiet property and very private. Great place for a getaway!

We stayed in Danny’s place for our son’s wedding weekend in Aubrey. It was a great location for us and a great home base for our family and friends.. The lake views are amazing. It is spacious and well stocked. The theatre chairs and the two large TVs in the living areas were a hit. Especially with the NCAA tournament going on. We’d definitely love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool too.

We had such a wonderful time! We had family from 4 states come in for my son wedding. Danny was so accommodating. We had plenty of room to hang out, eat together and enjoy some fun. It was also super helpful to have 4 bathrooms when getting ready for the big day. Thanks again Danny!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed the clean, well decorated, spacious home for our Thanksgiving holiday. The theatre room was my family’s favorite for karaoke. I appreciated the specific details and household items. The host was courteous and answered all of my questions. This is a place for all to enjoy.

Our family had an amazing time at this home. It was beautiful, spacious and also allowed the group of teenaged boys and young adult boys their own space as well! Danny was great with the communication. He gave some suggestions for entertainment and ensures that everything was going well. The kids were able to utilize the pool the first day which they loved! The ping-pong/pool table was used daily and was a great hit with our group. We would definitely rent this location again(especially in the summer!)

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House this past weekend while we were in town for a family wedding. The house is a cute ranch style home with an abundance of televisions, separate living spaces for anyone who wants seclusion, a meticulously maintained lawn, a large pool with a ledge on two sides that was great for the little ones to walk along, a putting green, cornhole and outdoor speakers. The pool was a little chilly but it was nice to sit outside and soak up sun and then dip your toes in to cool off. The master bedroom was very spacious, as well as the master bath and closet. While the other bathrooms were not ensuite, there were plenty of bathrooms. Having the separate loft apartment was also great for our group. We stopped and picked up house supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, but found that it would not have been necessary as our host had supplied us well. The theater type reclining chairs were a hit with the men and children, but the best part was the setting with views of the lake from three sides of the house. We loved the location and it was so convenient to other activities we had going on. A big shout out to Danny for being so responsive and helpful with answers to questions and suggestions of things to do. Thank you!

The house was great! The pool, the putting green, and ping pong/pool table provided great entertainment in the house. The loft was perfect for the two 12 year old boys. And, the location was close to the beach, entertainment, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this Lake view property for a family birthday weekend. We had a great time here with plenty of room for our 13 guests. The owners are easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. Highly recommend.
