Whether you visit in the Winter Wonderland, beautiful Spring time or exciting Summers, this gorgeous home will soon be your new, favorite location to work or play! The property is available for short, mid and long term bookings. It's an elegant, spacious home, in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. The property has 6 beautiful bedrooms (9 beds: 2 full, 6 queens, 1 King),
4 full baths (all bathrooms are fully stocked with hair care products, extra towels & the upper floor master has a large, spa experience tub with jets), 2 living areas (one being a game room or preschool play room depending on your needs) & 2 kitchens (fully stocked main kitchen, for cooking and dinning). Request Hot Tub when booking or 48 hrs in advance before Check in ($)

It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Farmington, Utah. Located simply 15 minutes from Salt Lake City. You'll be surrounded by hiking trails, biking paths and the Legacy Event Center, Fairgrounds, Front Runner Train, Lagoon Theme park and much more. You will love strolling to local favorite restaurants offering cuisine from around the world: Japanese, Brazilian, Chinese, Hawaiian, Tex-Mex, Greek, Vietnamese and American, just to name a few. Enjoy spending time at Station Park shopping center, lounging at the outdoor fireplace in the winter & fountains w/music in the summer or listening to a concert, & watching a movie at the theater. We had three family’s stay in the property while we went to the Lagoon. It was a great location for this vacation. The property was well stocked and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall wonderful trip!

This property was great for the family and friends that came to lagoon. The host was AMAZING and even went WAY beyond to get my birthday girl (age 10) cards, balloons, cake, ice cream and just her feel so special. I would stay at this location again and recommend it!

We had a great stay in this home. Plenty of amenities. We would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a house that sleeps a lot of people. Our host was amazing. Great communication and worked her best to provide those small details to accommodate all of us. Those little touches made our stay special.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation!! Its many bedrooms are inviting, clean, and well made. All the beds we slept in were very comfortable. Lili and her team went above and beyond staying in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, or if we had questions. Our stay was flawless. The kitchen is magnificent! They have everything you could possible need and then some! The basement area is a wonderful play area for little kids and big kids alike. Both my grandson and granddaughter beat me at air hockey! It snowed while we were there, so this was a comfort for all of us having to be indoors at times. I can’t say enough about this rental, it’s well worth it!!

Great location and house for our small work group. Plenty of room to socialize and enjoy each others company. House was perfect location to restaurants and to area we needed to visit for work. House was clean and host provided a lot of great snacks and fresh fruit for us to enjoy.

I booked the house for family coming into town for my wedding. Lilana was amazing! I provided her the information for our guests and she communicated with them directly so I didn’t need to worry! The house was amazing and well stocked with entertainment for the children. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the house.

Amazing property for multiple families to come together. A ton of children’s amenities and the host was quick to respond and very thoughtful with her accommodations. I would totally stay here again if my family decides to come back!

I don't know where to begin. 1) Location. If you're going to Lagoon, THIS IS THE HOUSE YOU WANT! Neighborhood is so beautiful, clean, quiet, and well-kept. It was in such close proximity to so many things, but was also quiet. 2) Decor and Cleanliness: TOP NOTCH. This is honestly the first vacation rental I have stayed at where it was just as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the online pics. No catfishing here! It felt fresh, clean and cozy. The yard could use a good weeding and trim, but it was still very beautiful. The swinging bench in the front yard was a great touch. Every part of the house was clean and furnished neatly. 3) Vibe. The hostess made us feel right at home with so many personal accomodations and touches. She set up a changing table and playpen with clean sheets for our 3 month old grandbaby. she had a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruits and light snacks as a welcome, and there were very helpful brochures about local attractions. 4) Check in and out was a breeze! Communication was efficient and directions were very clear and we were able to check in and out without any issue. I hope this location is available next time I need a large (and it is LARGE!) space in the Farmington area. I would give it extra-credit star ratings if I could. It's exactly what we needed, and then some. :D

Lili was very communicative from the time I booked the property. She made every effort to make the stay feel special for my whole family. The house was large and well taken care of. It felt very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. She left the best selection of teas, coffees, and special snacks for the teenagers! It was also a very convenient location for the Lagoon theme park, while also close to a good selection of restaurants and shopping. The view from the front of the house was pretty gorgeous as well. Would definitely stay again, and Lili was one of the best hosts I have rented from.

We came into town because my wife needed to have surgery. The house was perfect and comfortable for our family, and for my wife to recover in after her surgery. Extremely clean and nice, with lots of room for our 10 kids. The host was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us in multiple ways. Definitely recommend this property!

This property was perfect for family and extended family that all travelled for a funeral. It was very comfortable and open for family to drop in… Iliana, the host, is amazing. Very caring and helped accommodate for circumstances and my littles. Highly recommend this property and will look at returning for family get togethers.

We flew in for our nephew’s wedding in Bountiful and needed a home base for our family and some extended family. We felt right at home. The house was clean and well prepared. It had everything we needed to cook meals and serve our group. Check-in was easy, and the hostess was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, and have a good layout with bathrooms. Full-sized beds are best for two small people or one larger person. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We discovered a city park (Farmington Ranches Park) just around the corner with picnic tables, shelter, playground, walking trails, and tennis courts. We made wonderful family memories and would love to come back sometime for a family trip to Lagoon.
